URBAN VILLAIN SYSTEM

Chapter 301: Family Matters

  • Next Chapter

The thick cloud of white spiritual jade dust slowly began to clear, drifting over the shattered remnants of the Faith Family’s grand courtyard.

Tony Clark stood perfectly still amidst the rubble, his hands casually tucked into the pockets of his dark hunting cloak with his standard, lazy posture fully intact. Beside his leather boots, the massive Crimson Shadow Griffin kept its eagle-like head lowered in serene devotion, its thirty-foot blood-red wings folded tightly against its muscular flank.

The entire front line of the family’s baseline guards lay groaning and unconscious across the marble floor, completely broken by the absolute kinetic force of the previous shot.

From the grand, heavily carved doors of the main ancestral hall, a group of remaining family elders frantically rushed out into the open courtyard. At the absolute front of the panicked crowd was the Head of the Faith Family—Julie’s biological father.

His fine silk robes were completely dishevelled, his face turned an incredibly beautiful shade of pale as he stared at the total destruction of his ancient, fortified iron gates. His eyes darted from the colossal spatial beast to Tony’s unbothered, smirking face, and his mind entered a state of absolute, chaotic terror.

"Tony... Tony Clark!" the Faith Family Head shrieked, his deep voice cracking with a frantic, breathless panic that echoed hauntingly over the ruined courtyard.

"You... you dare to bring a beast of destruction to smash our ancestral gates?! We are a premier lineage of this central district! The Imperial Family and the Grand Master of the Inner Peaks will never allow a ruthless, shameless criminal like you to slaughter us in broad daylight!"

Tony didn’t say a single word. A slow, ruthlessly brilliant grin curled the corners of his lips as he casually leaned his shoulder against a broken jade pillar, looking completely amused by the old man’s desperate, empty legal threats. He didn’t need to waste a single fraction of his own spiritual energy to answer the frantic shouting.

He subtly shifted his dark eyes toward the silent figure standing right behind his left flank. "Julie," Tony murmured smoothly, his deep baritone voice carrying a chilling, razor-sharp edge that made the ambient temperature in the courtyard drop by several degrees. "Your father seems to be incredibly confused about his current position on my grand chessboard. Step forward and show him the absolute reality of our new contract."

"Yes, Master," Julie Faith replied softly, her silky voice entirely stripped of any past royal pride or familial hesitation.

Before her father or any of the surrounding elders could even register the command, Julie stepped forward with smooth, fluid grace, her violet eyes completely calm and filled with the serene, brainwashed devotion that the Absolute Soul Servant Contract had permanently anchored deep within her core soul signature.

She didn’t look at her father with a single shred of affection or mercy; to her reconditioned mind, executing Tony’s absolute will was the single most important task in the entire universe.

"Julie! What... what in the world are you doing?!" the Faith Family Head gasped in utter, unadulterated shock, his body instinctively taking a rapid step backward as he saw his own daughter approaching him with a cold, expressionless face. "You are the First Lady of our premier clan! How can you stand beside this low-born beast and call him your master?! Return to my side this instant and help me activate our secondary hidden defense arrays!"

Julie didn’t answer his frantic cries with words. With a sudden, explosive motion that completely bypassed her father’s sluggish reflexes, she violently thrust her right palm forward, channeling the full, dense depth of her inner disciple energy.

A powerful, dark-purple wave of binding elemental force violently erupted from her fingers, instantly wrapping around her biological father’s limbs like an unbreakable physical vice.

BANG!

The Faith Family Head let out a muffled, choked gasp as the absolute binding force violently slammed his body down onto his knees against the hard, dusty stone floor of his own courtyard, completely paralyzing his meridian flow and pinning his arms tightly behind his back.

The remaining family elders stood paralyzed in sheer, unadulterated horror, their eyes widening to the size of saucers as they witnessed the proud premier genius of their bloodline personally subduing her own biological father on the spot without a single microsecond of hesitation.

"Your line has officially run out of moves, Father," Julie said flatly, her voice dripping with an absolute, chilling coldness as she kept her palm pressed against his spine to maintain the seal. "Everything the Faith Family owns now belongs exclusively to my Master, Tony Clark. If you dare to resist his absolute authority for even another second, I will personally shatter your core spiritual sea right here in front of our ancestors."

Tony let out a loud, confident laugh that echoed merrily across the ruined avenue, his signature villainous smirk returning to his lips as he casually strode forward, his heavy boots making a clear clicking sound on the marble floor as he approached the kneeling family head. He reached into his dark cloak and casually unslung the magnificent Void Dragon’s Shadow Bow, its dragon-bone frame faintly shimmering with a violet-and-silver magical aura under the morning sun.

"A truly magnificent display of family loyalty, wouldn’t you say, old thief?" Tony sneered coldly, his dark eyes locking onto the pale, trembling face of the family head with a sharp, predatory intensity that made the old man’s blood run completely cold. He casually tapped the vendor’s chin with the tip of an iron arrow, his tone full of shameless defiance. "Your elite vanguard of 10th-Class wizards has already been turned into microscopic gray ash back at my pavilion, and Lady Selena’s Golden Phoenix Merchant Guild has officially executed a total, permanent legal lockdown against every single business asset and banking account registered under your name. You are completely bankrupt, isolated, and defenseless inside your own city."

Tony leaned down just a fraction of an inch, his voice dropping into a low, terrifyingly sharp whisper that carried the full weight of his calculating, villainous ambition. "I didn’t march through your smashed gates today to listen to your pathetic complaints about the Imperial Family. I am here for the ultimate prize. Hand over the three Ancient Inheritance Tokens to your family’s primary secret resource vaults hidden deep within the mountain ranges right now, or I will have Julie personally erase your entire lineage from the face of this continent before the sun sets today. The choice is entirely yours, but I can assure you that my patience has an absolute limit."

The Faith Family Head stared up at the young man, his teeth chattering violently as the absolute, crushing reality of his total ruin completely washed over his mind.

He looked at his brainwashed daughter, his empty treasury, and the towering spatial monster waiting in the background, realizing with absolute terror that Tony Clark had completely won the match, and that trying to fight back would result in nothing more than an immediate, bloody grave for his entire bloodline.
