Villainess Breaker: Raising Broken Beauties Against Destiny
Chapter 316: The Pervert Gets Defeated
Some time later, Damian’s resistance finally disappeared completely.
His body went limp beneath Cassandra as his consciousness faded, the combination of Blood Qi overload, blood loss, and sheer exhaustion finally becoming too much even for his newly strengthened physique.
Cassandra blinked when she realized he had actually passed out, then slowly grinned. "Hehe... I never thought you’d be the one to lose."
Linsey, Helena, Cynthia, and Evelyn stared at Damian’s unconscious body in stunned silence.
For several seconds, the four women simply stared at Damian in complete disbelief.
Linsey’s eyes went wide. "No fucking way... Master actually passed out?!"
Helena looked between Damian and Cassandra as if she had just witnessed something impossible. "Wait... he really lost? Master actually fucking lost?"
Even Cynthia, usually the calmest among them, looked visibly shaken. "That shouldn’t even be possible. When it comes to this kind of thing, I genuinely thought Master had endless stamina."
Evelyn stared down at Damian for a long moment, her expression unusually blank. "...Apparently Mistress Cassandra just proved all of us wrong."
Cassandra threw her head back and laughed proudly. "Hahahahaha! Your supposedly unstoppable perverted master finally found someone he couldn’t handle!"
Linsey covered her mouth, desperately trying not to laugh.
Helena sighed. "He’s never going to hear the end of this once he wakes up."
Cassandra looked down at Damian again. Despite her crazed grin, her expression softened slightly. "Alright, enough."
She glanced down at the unconscious Damian before waving toward the wooden house. "Bring him inside first. Let him sleep."
Linsey raised an eyebrow. "You’re not carrying him?"
Cassandra grinned. "I already carried him enough today."
Helena sighed before helping Evelyn lift Damian. Cynthia and Linsey followed them inside, and before long, Damian was placed comfortably on the bed.
Cassandra stood at the doorway and crossed her arms. "Good. Now come outside. There are some things I want to discuss, and Damian doesn’t need to hear them yet."
Cynthia immediately became suspicious. "You’re planning something for Master?"
Cassandra chuckled. "Hehehe... maybe."
That answer somehow made everyone more nervous.
Still, the four women followed Cassandra outside and gathered around the large tree stump again.
Once everyone sat down, Cassandra leaned backward slightly and finally asked, "Alright. First question."
Her crimson-black eyes moved across the four women. "Why the hell were all of you in Valeria territory in the first place?"
The women exchanged looks.
Cynthia eventually sighed. "That... is going to be quite a long story."
Cassandra shrugged casually. "Doesn’t matter."
She crossed one leg over the other and rested her chin against her hand. "I’ve got plenty of time now."
Cynthia nodded. "Alright. Then I should probably start from the beginning."
Linsey immediately interrupted, "The very beginning?"
Cynthia glanced at her. "Not that far."
Helena sighed in relief. "Good. Otherwise we’d be here for days."
Cassandra laughed. "Hahaha! I wouldn’t mind."
Her grin became slightly sinister. "I did just finish slaughtering most of the people I needed to kill. My schedule is surprisingly empty."
The four women went silent.
Linsey awkwardly laughed. "Right... forgot about that."
Cynthia cleared her throat. "Anyway, our reason for coming here started with Master."
Cassandra’s eyes immediately sharpened with interest. "Of course it did."
Cynthia nodded. "According to our guess, Master already knew enough about your situation to suspect that you might eventually return to Valeria territory for revenge."
Cassandra raised an eyebrow.
Cynthia continued, "So he thought there was a chance you’d make your move soon. That’s why he wanted to come here."
Linsey grinned. "To help you."
Helena added dryly, "And probably drag you into the harem while he was at it."
Cassandra stared at them for a second before laughing. "Hahaha! That actually sounds exactly like something that bastard would do."
Cynthia smiled faintly. "That was basically our conclusion too."
Cassandra leaned back. "Not a terrible guess. He did think about me more than I expected."
Cynthia nodded, but her expression soon became more serious. "Still, Valeria territory was only the first place we decided to stay."
Cassandra noticed the change immediately. "Meaning?"
Cynthia exhaled. "The real reason we’re traveling right now is because we’re basically on the run."
Cassandra’s smile disappeared. "On the run?"
All four women nodded.
Cynthia continued, "Master ran into a serious problem inside the Heavenly Sword Sect."
Cassandra narrowed her eyes. "What kind of problem?"
Cynthia hesitated for a moment before asking, "Do you know Nolan Veyr?"
Cassandra’s eyes sharpened. "Ah."
She slowly nodded. "The man people call the Chosen One?"
Cynthia nodded.
Cassandra continued, "I heard about him before. Supposedly ridiculously talented, favored by fate, and protected by the sect... although his past is apparently ugly as hell."
Cynthia’s expression became strange. "Yes. That’s him."
She glanced toward the wooden house where Damian was sleeping. "And the reason parts of that ugly past started getting dragged back into the light... was because of Master."
Cassandra blinked. "You’re joking."
Cynthia shook her head. "Unfortunately, no."
Helena crossed her arms. "Master got involved in things he probably should’ve left alone."
Linsey immediately added, "As usual."
Evelyn nodded. "Very usual."
Cynthia sighed. "Nolan is also the Sect Master’s disciple, which makes the entire problem far more complicated."
Cassandra’s expression finally became serious again. "So Damian picked a fight with the Heavenly Sword Sect’s chosen genius, exposed parts of his past, and now he’s avoiding him?"
Cynthia nodded. "Pretty much."
Cassandra stared at her before looking back at Damian, currently inside.
For several seconds, she said nothing before finally muttering, "That fucking idiot."
Linsey nodded immediately. "Exactly."
Cassandra’s eyes narrowed thoughtfully. "So that’s why he’s running around outside the sect instead of going back."
Cynthia gave a slow nod. "For now, yes."
Cassandra frowned. "Still... why did Nolan mess with Damian in the first place?"
Cynthia shook her head. "We don’t fully know. I think it has something to do with Master’s disciples."
Cassandra blinked. "He has disciples?"
All four women nodded.
Linsey sighed. "Two of them."
Cassandra looked even more interested, but Cynthia quickly waved her hand. "Let’s just let Master explain it himself. He knows far more than we do."
Cassandra clicked her tongue. "Fine. We’ll wait for him to wake up."
Then her crimson-black eyes slowly moved across all four women.
Her grin returned. "And while we wait..."
The four immediately became suspicious.
Cassandra licked one fang. "Let me enjoy you four a little."
Silence.
Linsey frowned. "The hell does that mean?"
Helena immediately added, "Yeah. Explain that first."
Cassandra only laughed. "Hehehe..."
