Chapter 1446: Heading To The Academy
So... There’s some kind of test taking place there as well... Apparently to sift out those who were really unsuitable to be accepted into Aerialla Academy.
I also found out that the test only applied to people who have not graduated from a branch of the Aerialla Academy since there were people who would try to join the Academy directly.
The queue advanced quite quickly and I got to see a few more people getting kicked out as we were nearing the front of the line.
When it was our turn, the same guy who had been throwing people out took a look at me and frowned before pulling up a scroll.
"Are you a graduate from a branch school?" He asked.
I nodded, "Yes I am."
He hmphed before reaching into his sleeve and pulling out a small glass orb towards me.
"Touch this."
I could make a joke about touching balls in public but I decided against it after seeing this guy blow up several people for being apparently inadequate.
I placed my hand on the cool surface of the ball and watched as something swirled within the orb before it was lit up with golden light.
The guy’s eyes widened slightly before turning back to me, "Valedictorian I see. We welcome you with open arms Miss..."
"Aster."
He inclined his head, "Welcome, Miss Aster."
It felt weird for him to show such respect when I quite literally watched him berate, insult and show no mercy to everyone who had shown up in front of him so far.
He then shifted his gaze to my girls behind me, "I take it that they are all your friends?"
"Yes they are."
"I will have to warn you that I won’t show preference to them just because they are your friends, Miss Aster. We operate on merit here."
I nod, "It’s fine. I believe they all have the ability to enter the Academy of their own accord."
"Hmmm... We shall see. Please head inside first, Miss Aster."
Eh? He’s going to separate us?
I looked back at my girls, wondering if I should insist that I stay and watch them but all of them gave me a nod and jerked their heads towards the building instead, indicating I should go and wait for them inside.
Since it looked like they were of the same opinion on this, I decided to just do what they asked and headed into the building myself.
Inside the building was a small area that was set aside for people waiting to get on board the airship since there were chairs all arranged neatly inside.
That and there’s a giant sign pointed at the area showing where newcomers should wait at.
I settled myself and took a moment to look at the others who were also inside the waiting area with me.
Most of them seemed to be older than I was and some even looked like veteran Dungeoneers or Mercenaries with how they were handling themselves.
The others seemed to be normal students who were probably also graduates from the branch schools who made their way here to continue their education.
I only needed to wait for a moment before someone appeared at the entrance and stepped inside confidently, revealing a pretty smug looking Odeta to stroll into the hall.
She immediately made her way towards me and picked me up in a hug so that she could sit in my chair and put me on her lap.
"Wahahaha! It was worth putting my all to get tested first just for this!" Odeta laughed.
I wasn’t sure what she was talking about but I got distracted with her cuddling me so I didn’t ask.
The rest of my girls also started filtering in after that though I noticed that they each gave Odeta a pout when they saw her which she responded with a smug smile before they came over to sit with me.
Aside from Odeta, Delmare also passed easily because she was a graduate and Lisa got in because she was a teacher to begin with. My Infrid was using the reason of ’furthering her skills’ as a reason to enroll herself in the main Aerialla Academy.
Apparently they do encourage teachers to do more in expanding their capabilities and would let them attend the Academy as well if they wanted to.
As for the others... They would apparently need to undergo a test with that guy first before they could even come in here.
It was just a simple test where they show off their capabilities so I don’t think it would be a problem with my girls. After all, they are all pretty capable.
Although this was just a test to allow us to even get to the Academy’s doors to begin with and not an actual enrolment test. When we get to the Academy itself, there will be a proper test where they will decide if we were good enough to be students of the main Aerialla Academy.
Well... Aside from Odeta, Delmare and myself of course, since we were Special Class Students and our enrollment was pretty much confirmed already so we don’t need to be tested.
I’m not sure if my other fellow Special Class students would also be attending the Academy but if they were, I believe they would at least be a year ahead of me since I’m enrolling relatively late after I graduated.
I guess we’ll see once I’m officially a student.
The last person to walk in through the doors was Lilith and, as expected, all of my girls passed that guy’s test.

We were then told to register ourselves at one of the counters so that they could keep track of everyone that would be flying off to the main Aerialla Academy.
Once that was done, we were guided to the rooms that were provided for prospective students to stay overnight while waiting for the airship to arrive the next morning.
The rooms were just really simple dorm rooms with four beds in one room so unfortunately two of us would have to sleep in another room while sharing it with two strangers.
At least the two strangers assigned to the room were also female so I don’t need to worry too much about them... Not that I really needed to since the two people who were in that room were Ira and Tsara... I would be more worried about them blowing the entire building up instead.
Speaking of which... The three people I ended up sharing the room with were Lisa, Lilith and Delmare and I think we all knew what happened at night once we went back to the room.
I had to use my Aeromancy to make the room soundproof so that Delmare could sing her heart out which in turn made the pseudo succubus and the actual succubus go mad with lust and we fucked the entire night.
As I thought, Lilith was a complete sub and took Lisa from behind while I pounded Lisa herself from behind as well. All the while enjoying the sight of Delmare getting herself off watching us even while she sang.
Obviously I gave her a lot of attention after fucking Lisa and Lilith to unconsciousness and somehow, my Siren lover still managed to sing her love ballad even while I was thrusting inside of her and making her orgasm repeatedly.
Those pipes of hers are really something else...
Before it was even dawn, we heard the sound of a bell signalling us to prepare ourselves to board the ship and we did a final check that we had all our things and we were properly cleaned up before heading outside with everyone else.
I did have to point out to Lisa that she had some... Remnants of my love on her cheek though... Something which Lilith happily licked up.
We were all gathered at the harbour alongside a large crowd of people, all of whom were also heading towards Aerialla Academy.
The pier was empty and I was just wondering when our ship would arrive just as the sun rose from the horizon.
A speck then came down from the clouds and it gradually got bigger and bigger until it was revealed to be a giant ship that was comparable in size to the pirate galleon we encountered floating down towards us.
While it looked like a normal ship, one of the first things that made it stood out were the ’fins’ that jutted out from the bottom of the ship and the sides, making it look like a fish that was flying through the air.
The sides near the aft also had two large canisters that reminded me of plane engines except that they did not have turbines and seemed to be using magic to force air through them to act as thrusters instead.
The ship’s bottom ’fins’ then furled themselves to lay flat against the ship as it came splashing down on the sea for a landing, slowly sailing into the harbour.
Alright!! We’re going to the Academy!
