Chapter 1479: Chapter 1479: Remember to Close Your Eyes First

"It’s nothing." Matthew Saxon smiled, his long, cool fingers lightly tapping her lips. His eyes curved warmly as he chuckled, "There’s something on your lips, don’t move, I’ll get it off for you."

Something on her lips?

Scarlett Yates hurriedly reached up to wipe, wiping for a while but found nothing.

Matthew Saxon held her hand in place, slowly moving it away from her lips, while his own hand moved forward: "You can’t see it, let me help you."

After speaking, he leaned forward a bit more.

Scarlett Yates had nowhere to retreat; her back was pressed against the cold car door.

Thump thump thump, she could suddenly hear her heartbeat racing, like a drumbeat, strong and trembling, the area in her chest pounding rhythmically.

She really thought she was quite embarrassing.

She and Matthew Saxon were already married, they were a couple, but every time he got close to her, she still blushed and her heart raced.

A glance, a gesture, a word from him could easily stir her heart.

She thought, just how much do I like Matthew Saxon?

The dizzying aura surrounded her, she felt dazed and dizzy, seeing Matthew Saxon’s head gradually lean closer, her face grew scorching hot, nervously clenching her fists, biting her lips tightly, her heart beating fiercely as if it might leap out of her chest at any moment.

She probably didn’t know how enticing she looked right now.

But Matthew Saxon saw it clearly.

He saw her fair face turning red, soft and peach-like.

She was obviously nervous and a bit shy, but her eyes were wide open, bright and jet black, as beautiful as gems, staring blankly at him.

And her breath quickening with tension...

And her tightly bitten lips; he worried she might bite her own lips open, the area she bit had turned pale.

"Scarlett Yates, have I ever taught you something before?" he sighed softly, leaning forward, holding her little face in his palms, his deep, husky voice carrying a beguiling charm.

She blinked, unmoving, her hands clenched tighter, her body growing stiff with tension, her voice dry: "Wha... what?"

Matthew Saxon sighed again with some resignation: "I think I should’ve taught you before to close your eyes when kissing. With your eyes open so wide, how could I even kiss you properly?"

Kissing...

Scarlett Yates’s already pink little face blushed deeper, she felt as though her cheeks were on fire, heat radiating from her pores.

His cool, large hand covered her wide-open eyes.

Suddenly, darkness.

Though she couldn’t see, her other senses grew sharper.

The captivating aura drew closer, his warm, shallow breath grew nearer...

Matthew Saxon’s voice was ever deeper: "Now, let me teach you again, Scarlett, next time before kissing, remember to close your eyes."

His words fell, and his lips pressed down.

As if it were their first kiss.

Scarlett Yates’s heart trembled endlessly, her mind suddenly dizzy, feeling a swirling sensation.

At this moment, her mind was a blank slate, unable to think.

Once she had asked Stella Nelson what it felt like to kiss.
