Wizard: I Add Points and Hunt Monsters
Chapter 626 Shadi Cayetano (4)
"Who?"
"The Mutated Mage from the Ghost Soul School, Wei’en Loft..."
"Quiet, both of you. Can’t you see this is a place run by those Wizards?"
"I almost forgot. That bunch of weirdos don’t care who you are... If you piss off the Holy Professionals from the True God Church, it’s one thing; at least they’ll publicly announce whether or not they’re hunting you."
"But if you offend a Wizard, they won’t have any reservations. You never know when a Great Mage or a Legendary Mage might suddenly show up... Who wouldn’t be afraid of that?"
’Confirmed. It’s fear.’
Wei’en chuckled softly and led Tina into the Ghost Soul intelligence post.
’No one in the front hall?’
’But the decor here is very characteristic of the Ghost Soul School...’
Two specimens of Undead Creatures stood at the entrance—a skeleton and a Skeleton Knight. Strange patterns were carved into their ghastly white bones.
There were hidden rune nodes in the skeleton’s eye sockets, sternum, and both kneecaps.
’It’s a Rune Array—so this is how the Ghost Soul School sets them up.’
’Compared to the Saar metal used in mechanical devices, using the bones of Undead Creatures to conduct Rune Power is so much more convenient and cost-effective...’
Wei’en looked around, thought for a moment, then raised his hand and tapped the skeleton.
BZZZT!
That single tap seemed to trigger the Rune Array’s activation switch.
With the two Undead Creature specimens as the core, Rune Patterns spread out across the entire front hall, traveling from their heads, down their bodies, and extending all the way to a platform in the center of the hall, activating the rune node there.
Immediately after, a fissure appeared on the platform. Gray mist billowed out, a faint radiance shimmered within it, and the power of the Rune Array erupted.
The next second—
"ROAR!"
A low growl echoed as a tall, slender figure appeared and disappeared within the gray mist.

’Oh?’
’Ten survival points. Does that mean it’s a Regent-level Ghoul?’
Wei’en looked at the hunched Undead Creature before him and casually snapped his fingers.
A ghost cackled as it floated over, chanting the incantation for the newly learned magic: "Aumu, Erbie, Reyham."
A Rune Array instantly appeared at the Ghoul’s feet, and it was trapped inside a suddenly appearing Bone Prison.
BANG, BANG, BANG...
"RAWRGH—"
The Ghoul frantically clawed at the Bone Prison, but it didn’t leave a single scratch.
Wei’en chuckled softly. He spread out his Spiritual Power, raised an eyebrow slightly, and looked up toward the second floor.
There, a young man in a formal suit had appeared at some point. He stood ramrod straight with a handsome face, his pair of golden eyes glinting faintly. His shoulder-length hair was casually draped, and a black flame emblem was embroidered on the collar of his well-fitted black suit.
At that moment, the young man was leaning against the railing, frowning as he looked at him. "Someone from the School is here?"
[You have been scanned by Shadi Cayetano’s Spiritual Perception. Evaluation: An interesting Wizard~ Reward: Survival Points +10.]
Wei’en noticed the notification in his mind. ’An interesting Wizard?’
"Wei’en Loft, Shadow Intelligence Group Leader for the Cordo Sea Region."
"Oh?" The young man’s calm expression shifted slightly, his tone tinged with surprise. "You’re Wei’en?"
Wei’en raised his hand, revealing a card that represented his Shadow identity.
"My apologies."
The young man vaulted over the railing and landed, pressing a switch on the central platform in the front hall. He deactivated the Rune Array’s power and sent the Ghoul back to the Undead World.
"I am Shadi Cayetano, the person in charge of the Ghost Soul intelligence post on Aleksey Island, and also a member of the Shadow organization in the Cordo Sea Region. It’s a pleasure to meet you, Group Leader Wei’en."
