World Evolution: Starting With The Wind Monarch
Chapter 102: Skeleton Graveyard Again? (Part 2)
"You came here using an Entrance Authority Token, right?"
When Evan heard Alice’s words, his body couldn’t help but stiffen for a moment.
Although he had just obtained the Entrance Authority Token, he could tell that the value of this thing was extremely high.
Earlier, he had already decided not to reveal the existence of the Entrance Authority Token to anyone.
As for answering how he appeared here, he was planning to say something like he got caught inside a dungeon trap and was accidentally teleported here.
But this blue-haired girl directly exposed the fact that he had an Entrance Authority Token.
Just as he was about to act dumb, Alice added.
"You don’t need to deny it. I have seen my mother use an Entrance Authority Token many times, and the way you appeared was very similar to hers."
The excuse Evan was about to throw out died in his throat, and after a moment of thought, he nodded.
"Yes, I have an Entrance Authority Token."
Alice did not look surprised at Evan’s admission, but Liam and the others were different.
"So he came here using an Entrance Authority Token?" Liam muttered in a stunned voice. "Doesn’t it mean he is not from our planet?"
"It was already clear, fool," Erza rolled her eyes. "If he had been from our planet, how could he not even know the Elvish language?"
Kevin, on the other hand, looked at Alice and asked curiously.
"Alice, do you know him?"
Alice shook her head and frowned slightly. She knew why Kevin was asking her this question.
The holder of the Supreme Entrance Authority Token for Planet Elvador was her mother.
And to use his token to come here, Evan definitely needed permission from her mother first.
But as far as she could remember, she had never heard her mention anything about him.
"How did you come here?" Alice finally asked Evan.
Evan gave her a weird look before speaking. "Don’t you already know? I came here using an Entrance Authority Token."
"That’s not what I meant..." Alice shook her head. "I mean, how did you get permission from the Supreme Entrance Authority Token Holder of Planet Elvador?"
Evan was stunned when he heard Alice’s question. In fact, he himself was confused about this matter.
From the information he had in his mind about the Entrance Authority Token, he should have been unable to travel to any planet for the time being, as he didn’t have permission from any Supreme Entrance Authority Token Holder.
But for some reason, he still succeeded in coming to Planet Elvador.
Seeing Evan’s silence, Erza and the others exchanged glances and felt that something was not right.
Alice narrowed her eyes and asked in a low voice.
"Don’t tell me you came here without the permission of the Supreme Entrance Authority Token Holder?"
Evan’s mouth twitched slightly, and he wanted to say he had permission. But remembering how confident that blue-haired girl looked when she spoke about the Entrance Authority Token earlier, he felt she might know many things about it.
Especially when she had earlier said that her mother also had a token.
’Damn it, my luck is really being strange lately,’ He cursed inwardly before nodding.
"I just obtained my Entrance Authority Token, and right after I held it, it brought me here on its own."
"Impossible..." Erza immediately denied his words. "Do you take us for fools? We have all gone through compulsory education. Do you think we don’t know how an Entrance Authority Token works?"
Evan looked at the black-haired girl and shrugged his shoulders.
"It’s up to you whether you believe it or not. But I really did come here right after obtaining my token."
Alice remained silent for a moment before asking.
"You said you just obtained your token? Can you tell us how you obtained it?"
Evan frowned slightly at Alice’s question, as telling them how he obtained the token was equivalent to exposing his strength, as he would have to tell them how he succeeded in killing a Rank Two Magical Beast despite his low level.
Before knowing more about them, he did not want to expose his strength recklessly as it might bring him many problems, especially if they have other thoughts about him.
He thought for a moment before answering vaguely.
"I came across a trial ground, and after going through a few trials and passing them, I obtained my token."
"That’s normal," Liam nodded at Evan’s words. "Whenever a planet’s source condenses an Entrance Authority Token, it will release trial grounds all over the planet. You were lucky enough to come across one earlier. Otherwise, with the temptation of an Entrance Authority Token, I am sure many people far more powerful than you would have competed for it."
Hearing Liam, a look of understanding flashed in Evan’s eyes, and he finally understood why that grass field looked as if it had appeared out of nowhere.
’So it was because that grass field was a trial ground and had recently appeared there...’ He nodded in understanding. ’It also explains why other people who entered the Dream Forest previously did not come across it.’
Just as he was thinking, Alice spoke again.
"Have you been to Planet Elvador before you got your Entrance Authority Token?"
Evan looked at Alice in confusion.
"How would I come here without an Entrance Authority Token?"
"You can come here using a spaceship..." Erza rolled her eyes upon hearing him.
But suddenly, she thought of something, and she looked at him strangely.
"What is the level of your planet?"
"Hmm?" A look of confusion appeared on Evan’s face upon hearing Erza.
"What do you mean?"
Seeing his expression, Erza and the others exchanged glances and immediately understood something.
"It seems the planet he came from has been evolving only for a short time," Kevin said.
"Yeah, it also explains why he looked confused after hearing about spaceships."
Evan’s mouth twitched slightly when he heard their words, and for some reason, he felt they were treating him like a primitive.
Seeing his expression, Liam coughed lightly and changed the subject.
"By the way, what’s your name?"
Evan remained silent for a moment before speaking.
"Evan."
The instant they heard his name, the eyes of all four of them widened.
"Holy Hell! Don’t tell me you are the one who cleared the Skeleton Graveyard in record time," Erza immediately shouted.
