Lorenzo walked in the corridors that led him to his classroom. The corridors were filled with students from deferent departments but all then belongs to first years.

Rain has already been stopped by the time they reached the academy.

As soon as they reached the academy grounds, Sofia was gone by his side like she was running by some kind diseases.

Lorenzo didn’t mind her behaviour, he had more pressing matters to do.

’I need to create a organisation to gather members .’

Naturally, Lorenzo didn’t know anything regarding club since he didn’t attend any school in his previous life.

’What should I do?’

Vrrrm—!

At that moment, Lorenzo’s smart watch vibrated.

----

Sender:- Student Council President.

Come to my office now!

----

’Well, someone’s seems to walked up wrong side of bed today.’

Lorenzo thought as he sense the urgency in her text.

’Maybe she could help me.’

Yeah, if someone’s know how to make a club or it’s process it would Elise Valor.

Lorenzo decided to visit her office before the classes begin.

----

Knock Knock-

—-This is Lorenzo Riina. I’m coming in.

Click —!

’...come in."

Elise looked towards the door as she allowed Lorenzo to enter her office.

"Excuse me."

A white shirt that created the perfect contrast with his stylish black suit.

The necktie is embroidered with the beautiful crest of Golden Down Academy.

His attire was rather simple in its design but elegant nonetheless.

A rare breed of aristocrat clan who doesn’t indulge in extravagant clothes.

"So Senior Elise, how can I help you?"

"If you please, take a seat before we continue?"

Keeping his head lowered, Lorenzo took a seat before her.

’Is he embarrassed by what happened yesterday?’

Elise thought as she saw that Lorenzo wasn’t looking at her directly.

’No, that’s not kind of guy he is.’

From what she knows about Lorenzo, he wasn’t kind of guy that would ever be embarrassed by whatever he does in his life.

Casting away those useless thoughts, She looked at Lorenzo and said.

"Are you a trouble magnet by any chance? Because it’s only been one day you joined the academy and yet you were caught up in some kind of attack last night again and it’s just happened to be near Appetite Of Heaven."

Lorenzo blinked.

’Again?’

He had to admit that, from an outsider’s perspective, his life did seem rather eventful.

He had nearly shot a student during the entrance ceremony, dragged a horde of Ice-Yetis toward his classmates, and then survived an assassination attempt on the very first day of classes.

And now, the student council president was questioning him about it.

Wasn’t this a little too much for a seventeen-year-old?

"Senior Elise, I believe you have misunderstood something."

"Oh?"

"I am not a trouble magnet. Trouble simply has a habit of finding me."

Elise stared at him.

’What’s the difference?’

She resisted the urge to rub her temples.

"Fine. Let’s put that aside for now. I want you to explain what happened last night."

"An assassination attempt."

"I know that much! I’m asking how it happened!"

"Someone tried to kill me, so I fought back. Unfortunately, they weren’t very good at their jobs."

Elise’s lips twitched.

Unfortunately?

Was he disappointed that the assassins had failed?

She took a deep breath and reminded herself that she was the student council president. Maintaining her composure was part of her responsibility, even when dealing with someone as infuriating as Lorenzo Riina.

Lorenzo sighed as he saw complicated expression on Elise face.

It seemed that he wouldn’t be able to get away with this so easily.

"All right, Senior Elise. I’ll be more careful in the future."

Elise studied his face, trying to determine whether he was being sincere.

Unfortunately, his expression was so composed that she couldn’t tell.

"That’s all I’m asking. You don’t need to become everyone’s friend, and I’m certainly not asking you to tolerate people who attack you. But please, try not to turn every disagreement into a life-or-death situation."

Lorenzo tilted his head.

"What if someone tries to kill me?"

"Defend yourself!"

"What if they insult me?"

"Ignore them!"

"What if they insult my family?"

Elise paused.

"...Use your judgment."

Lorenzo smiled.

"Understood."

’He’s definitely going to cause trouble again.’

Elise had a sinking feeling that her advice had accomplished absolutely nothing.

Still, she had more important matters to discuss.

"There’s another reason I called you here."

"Oh?"

Elise folded her hands on the desk.

"I wanted to ask if you wanted to join the student council."

Lorenzo looked confused at the sudden invitation.

"Don’t give me that look, we have a quota of 2 students in the student council for first years....both are for the first rank and second rank. Which happened to be you and Joseph Goldberg. And looking at your strength. You seem like a good fit."

In all honesty, she didn’t wanted Lorenzo to join the student council but since she was tasked by look after Lorenzo, She decided to join him into student council. This way she could easily keep an eye on him.

That’s why she decided to asked him to join her.

Looking at the platinum-blonde haired beauty, Lorenzo couldn’t help but ponder on the sudden opportunity.

Although joining the student council seemed like a good thing. There would also be many constraints.

He wants to create his own organisation, not become part of someone’s organisation after all.

Still, he had some doubts that he wanted them to be clear before he gave his answer.

"Let’s say if I decided to join the student council. Am I allowed to create an organization as well?"

"Organization? Do you mean a club?"

Now it was Elise’s turn to be confused.

"Not a club. But an organization which will function just like the organizations outside the academy. In the future, if there need be, I might create a power of my own. Can it be done while being a member of the student council as well?"

"Hmm... while I am the president, there should be no problem. Many members of the student council already have clubs running. I don’t mind it unless you wreck havoc in the academy."

"Then I don’t mind joining the student council."

"....But let me tell you something, you need approval of at least three clubs to create your own club or this organisation of yours that you called."

Now Lorenzo become confused again. Looking at his confuse expression Elise chuckle and decided to give brief explanation.

"...You need to get approval from Bronze, Silver and Gold rank club from the academy to create the club of your own."

’...Then what’s the point of joining the student council?’

Elise seems to read the Lorenzo question that he didn’t said and let evil smrik.

"....Even if you get the approval of all three clubs, you need students council president to sign the documents to establishment of club at the end of day and I’m student council president."

Lorenzo stared at Elise.

Elise stared back at him.

A few seconds passed in silence.

Then Lorenzo slowly leaned back in his chair.

"...Senior Elise, are you threatening me?"

"Of course not!" Elise replied with an innocent smile. "I’m merely explaining the academy’s rules to you."

’This woman is definitely enjoying herself.’

Lorenzo narrowed his eyes.

He had a feeling that Elise had deliberately waited until he agreed to join the student council before mentioning the ridiculous requirements for establishing an organization.

And the worst part?

She was the one who would ultimately approve his application.

’What a cunning woman.’

"Senior Elise, I have a question."

"Go ahead."

"Why does the academy make establishing a club so complicated?"

"Because the academy doesn’t want students creating organizations recklessly." Elise leaned back in her chair. "Clubs require funding, facilities, and supervision. More importantly, some clubs have access to resources that could become dangerous if they fell into the wrong hands."

She paused before continuing.

"That’s why the academy established a hierarchy. Bronze, Silver, and Gold clubs have different levels of authority and privileges. Getting their approval ensures that a new club has a legitimate purpose and won’t disrupt the existing structure... You can get more information regarding the clubs from your homeroom professor."

"I see."

Lorenzo nodded thoughtfully.

In other words, the academy has created a system where established organizations decide whether newcomers are allowed to compete with them.

The Bronze, Silver, and Gold clubs would naturally protect their own interests. If his organization threatened their influence, they could simply refuse to approve its establishment.

And even if he somehow convinced all three clubs, Elise could still reject his application.

Lorenzo smiled.

"Then I suppose I’ll have to work hard to earn everyone’s approval."

Elise blinked.

She had expected him to complain, negotiate, or perhaps attempt to intimidate her.

Instead, he had accepted the situation with surprising ease.

Lorenzo placed a hand over his chest.

"As a prospective student council member, shouldn’t I set a good example by following the rules?"

Elise stared at him.

He’s definitely planning something.

Nevertheless, she had already invited him to join the student council. Unless he did something outrageous, she couldn’t simply withdraw the offer.

"Very well." She opened a drawer and retrieved a document. "Then let’s complete the formalities."

Lorenzo accepted the document and glanced through it.

His expression remained pleasant as he read the contents.

----

[Student Council Membership Application.]

----

After filling in the required information, he signed his name and returned the document to Elise.

She examined it briefly before placing it in a folder.

"Congratulations, Lorenzo. I will contact you when the procedures are done. Till then, enjoy your day. Now you can leave~~"

Looking at Elise smiling happily, Lorenzo couldn’t help but sigh.

’Does she want to keep an eye on me?

He already knows the answer. He just nodded back to Elise and thanked himself that he didn’t do anything ridiculous like he did yesterday and got out of the office.
