Smack!

One hand precisely grabbed the back collar of the pink-haired girl’s pajamas.

“Trying to run?”

Lilia sneered, lifting her arm.

The little girl was hoisted up like a kitten caught by the scruff of the neck, her limbs flailing helplessly in the air, unable to touch the ground.

“Let go of me! Let go of me, you villain!”

The little girl struggled wildly, kicking her short legs.

“You’re trespassing! I’m calling the guards! I’m telling my mom!”

“Oh? You even have a mom?”

Lilia lifted her in front of her face, their faces only a few centimeters apart.

“If your mom finds out you’ve been secretly watching this kind of inappropriate stuff at home, do you think she’d beat your butt black and blue?”

Lilia pointed at the crystal ball still looping the footage.

The pink-haired girl instantly went quiet.

Her chubby little face flushed bright red—whether from embarrassment or anger, it was hard to tell.

“Um…”

She blinked her big eyes, trying to squeeze out a few tears to gain sympathy.

“Big sister… pretty big sister… hello…”

“This is just a misunderstanding. I just… just thought you looked pretty and wanted to look a bit more…”

“Do you think I’m cute?”

She widened her eyes, trying to act adorable.

Lilia stared at her expressionlessly.

“Cute.”

The pink-haired girl’s eyes lit up.

“…just asking to be beaten.”

Bonk!

Without hesitation, Lilia flicked her forehead with a loud, crisp knock.

The sound alone made it hurt.

“Wah!”

The pink-haired girl let out a miserable cry, clutching her forehead as tears instantly streamed down.

“So it was you causing all this trouble!”

Lilia shook her slightly.

“That white room, that damn classroom, and all those tricks turning people into dolls—were they all your doing?”

“Wuwuwu…”

The pink-haired girl cried while rubbing her forehead.

“I didn’t really plan to harm you…”

“I was just too bored. Finally someone came to play with me…”

“And…” she glanced at Dora pitifully, “who knew this dragon was so dumb? Those roasted meats were obviously fake—what kind of roasted meat talks? And she still rushed in like an idiot…”

“Who are you calling dumb?!”

Dora instantly exploded, rolling up her sleeves as if ready to throw hands.

“Enough.”

Lilia stopped Dora and tossed the pink-haired girl back onto the sofa.

“Talk properly.”

She picked up the crystal ball from the table and tossed it in her hand a couple of times.

“Who are you? What is this place? And—”

She pointed toward the seemingly endless corridor outside.

“Where exactly is the treasury that the Siren mentioned?”

The pink-haired girl curled up in the corner of the sofa, hugging her knees. Looking at these two fierce bandits, she knew she had fallen today.

She had thought two new “toys” had arrived.

Who knew the toys would turn into a demolition team.

“My name is Sera…”

The little girl sniffed and spoke softly.

“This is the entrance to the treasury. That maze is meant to keep bad people out…”

“I didn’t lie. I just wanted to scare you a bit so you’d retreat…”

Lilia narrowed her eyes, examining this seemingly harmless little creature.

“Then where’s the treasury?” Dora asked impatiently. “Where are the gold coins? The gems? And the food?”

“Below…”

The little girl pointed at the floor.

“The core of the treasury is right under this room…”

“But…” she glanced nervously at Lilia, “it can’t be opened without the key. The key is with my mom…”

Lilia took out the spiral-shaped crystal given by the Siren.

“You mean this?”

The little girl’s eyes widened instantly.

“How do you have that?!”

She looked as if she had seen something unbelievable, springing up from the sofa.

“If you have the key…”

Her eyes rolled, and her expression instantly turned fawning.

“Then we’re family!”

“Big sister, you should’ve taken it out earlier! If you had, I would’ve brought you down directly—there wouldn’t have been all these misunderstandings!”

“Come, come, eat! This is my treasured seaweed snack!”

That speed of changing expression—

Faster than flipping a page.

Lilia looked at the half bag of chips forcibly stuffed into her hand, then at this shameless little girl, and the corner of her mouth twitched.

Why did she resemble that useless system inside her?

“Cut the act.”

“Lead the way.”

“Okay!”

The little girl jumped off the sofa and scampered to the corner of the room, using the key to unlock a mechanism.

Rumble…

The floor beneath the beanbag slowly split apart, revealing a staircase leading underground.

A rich, pure magical aura surged up from below.

That was the scent of treasure.

Dora’s drool immediately began to flow again.

“But big sister…”

The little girl returned the key to Lilia.

Standing at the entrance, she turned back, looking at Lilia innocently.

“Before we go down, can we discuss something?”

“What?”

“Can you… not take that crystal ball away?” she pointed at the crystal ball still in Lilia’s hand, her face turning red. “There’s still… stuff inside I haven’t finished watching…”

Lilia looked down at the crystal ball in her hand.

Lilia: …

“In your dreams.”

She casually stored the crystal ball into her system backpack.

“Confiscated.”

“If you behave well later, I might consider giving it back.”

“No—!!!”

The little girl let out a despairing scream, as if she had lost her entire world.

“My spiritual sustenance! My source of happiness!”

“Shut up.”

Lilia kicked her straight into the passage.

“Say one more word and I’ll record you crying just now and loop it.”

The world instantly became quiet.

Lilia adjusted her collar and glanced back at Dora.

“Let’s go. Let’s see what good stuff is hidden down there.”

“Hopefully there’s something valuable, or this trip will be a total loss.”

Dora nodded vigorously, wiped the drool from her mouth, and jumped down after her.
