Chapter 1631: Council Elders Felt the Crisis

I used the remaining reserves to completely kill the Venom Maws. All 10 of them had died in the end. I sat down on the ground and began to wait for the secret land to eject me.

At the same time, the Red Mark Warriors let out a loud cheer. They had survived the battlefield. They couldn’t believe Zack Lockwood had fought till the end to kill the rest of the foreign creatures.

The massive creatures were extremely powerful foreign creatures. The Red Mark Warriors had never seen such foreign creatures before.

It didn’t take long for the secret land to push them out.

I felt my body descending somewhere.

The next second, my body was inside the seawater. I had been ejected from the space crack. I swam towards the sea surface.

After coming out, I used my flight ability to appear in mid-air. I started heading towards the flat residence. Just as I covered a short distance, I heard the loud cries of the people.

Hearing that, I paused my movements in mid-air. Next, I turned around and looked down. I saw Red Mark Warriors coming from other secret lands.

But their numbers were fewer than a hundred. There were even injured people among them. They were taken to the medical center.

My expression shifted dramatically. I didn’t expect the situation to be this bad. The casualties were worse than I thought. But I was not surprised at all.

The Venom Maws were extremely dangerous. It took everything I had and the fusion of four inheritance powers to destroy their internals.

"It’s bad news. I don’t know what your elders will do," the ancient spirit’s voice said.

"What do you mean?" I asked.

"I think the foreign creatures must have found out your identity. Otherwise, they wouldn’t have sent their elite race to the battlefield," the ancient spirit’s voice replied.

Hearing that, my eyes flashed with understanding. I saw the brutal scenes. I had an urge to do something, but I didn’t know whom to talk to.

Next, I collected my thoughts and darted towards the flat. The return of the few warriors had terrified the rest of the people.

The news quickly spread across United City. It scared the sh!t out of everyone. The news reached the ears of the administration as well.

The appearance of the elite race had terrified them. They didn’t expect the elite race to appear. Usually, they appeared in the main battlefield inside the Tier-3 Main Post.

United City was inside the Tier-3 Sub-Post. The foreign creatures usually sent their ordinary forces to fight. They had never sent an elite race before.

The administration office requested orders from the council elders. They didn’t know what to do next. The media houses would request answers from them.

Inside the council, the scene was different. There was a huge uproar. All the council elders were there. They were discussing the situation of the secret land battlefields.

"How could the elite race appear here?"

"It’s not even the main battlefield," a council elder from Silver University said.

"Something is wrong. They have appeared for a reason," a female elder from Giant Tower University said.

The faces of everyone were not good-looking. They didn’t know what to say.

Among them, elders of Star University, Red Moon University, Eclipse, and Dark Shadow University were present as well.

The Star University elders were discussing among themselves. The faces of the Dark Shadow University elders were not good-looking either.

It was not the time for internal rivalry. The appearance of the elite race was bad news for the human side. They didn’t know whether the enemy side had increased their attacks.

Elder Rowena was among them. She was from Red Moon University. Unlike others, she had a guess as to what was going on.

She thought changes were happening after the appearance of Zack Lockwood, especially when Zack Lockwood had won the first secret land battlefield alone.

The danger of the foreign creatures had increased one after another as Zack Lockwood fought and won other battles.

She had her doubts earlier, but she had confirmed them now.

The elders of the other universities were looking towards each other as well. It didn’t take long for them to notice the pattern.

"I think it’s related to Zack Lockwood. The young man has killed the elite creatures this time. He won the battle in the first secret land battlefield," an elder from Silver University said.

A loud exclamation occurred. The faces of the elders changed drastically. They understood what had happened when they thought about it.

They were able to connect the dots right then. Then the elders turned towards the Star University elders and Elder Rowena.

One of the Star University elders said, "I think the foreign creatures must have found out the identity of Zack Lockwood."

"I spoke to Dean Jerome of Star University some time ago. He told me that foreign creatures had made assassination attempts multiple times on Zack Lockwood."

"His name was on their kill list," the elder added.

The faces of the elders tightened further. It was one thing to see bad results, especially the injured and the casualties.

If something happened to Zack Lockwood, it would have even greater consequences, because Zack Lockwood represented the next generation.

He had already proved himself by winning battles for them. Now he had killed members of an elite race, and that too, Venom Maws, which were known to appear only in the main post battlefield.

Even veteran Red Mark Warriors would struggle against such creatures. Yet Zack Lockwood had killed them. They knew this would further alarm the foreign creature side.

Who knew if it could make them send even more powerful creatures to the Sub-Post. If that happened, nobody would survive on the battlefield except Zack Lockwood.

Everyone was looking towards the Star University elders and Elder Rowena from Red Moon University.

"You guys have to send a message to Quasi-God Jane. The news will reach the enemies fast. We have to come up with a plan before that," an elder from Dark Shadow University said.

He was honest. He was concerned about the whole human side.
