Ascension Of The Blood Supreme

Chapter 238. Blacklisted

The man who stepped out of the elevator had an expression of shock on his face.

What was currently happening on the ground floor was being streamed on university forums at the moment.

Because of this, even the team members of Operation Wipeout, all top-ranked professors of the university, had seen it.

Following the man were the rest of the team members of the operation.

They were all extremely angry.

The student had mistreated their guest. Even if the guest had taught him a lesson, they still had to act and put the student in his place. This was the right thing to do. The man was a cherished professor from another institution who was here to help them on a mission. There was no way they would let one of their students mistreat him.

Apart from that, he was a madman. Aiden Vhorn.

A madman who treated killing like a chore.

And he was also the disciple of a legendary Rank 4 warrior.

Only a fool who had a death wish would try to antagonise someone like that.

"Look, it’s Professor Halbart."

"He’s a top ranker on the professorship rankings."

"All the professors following him are well-known academics in the state."

"Where are they going?"

Discussions brewed among the students on the ground floor.

The fellow on the ground was shaking in fear. He didn’t dare to look up. But he heard the conversations.

"Don’t tell me... Aiden Vhorn is their guest?"

If Aiden Vhorn was the guest of the professors, then he would most likely be expelled to appease the man.

Even if the man was not angry, the school board would still insist on the matter and expel him.

He had to put on a begging show and get some sympathy for himself, so that he would be pardoned.

Bang...

He hit his head on the floor again.

"Senior, please, this junior did not know the difference between Mount Hulo and the Earth!"

Aiden looked at him and took his eyes away.

Why was this guy still here?

Shouldn’t he have left?

Aiden couldn’t be bothered with him.

He could kowtow for as long as he wanted and leave when he was tired.

Suddenly, a group of professors trailed over, causing Aiden to lift his eyes.

"Professor Vhorn, we are sorry for our bad hospitality," Professor Halbart said.

"Please, it’s nothing," Aiden said politely and stood up.

"Thank you," Professor Halbart, the team leader of Operation Wipeout, said.

Aiden nodded warmly.

The professors stared at Aiden Vhorn with various looks flashing through their eyes.

So this was the famed Crimson Reaper. One should never judge a book by its cover. He looked so normal. The thought of him killing thousands of people would never cross one’s mind if they met him in the crowd.

This was what made him extremely terrifying.

Each of the team members made mental notes to not offend him.

Halbart looked at the student shaking on the floor.

"You dared to offend Professor Vhorn? And where is that girl who was your accomplice?" Professor Halbart scanned the crowd of students on the ground floor.

A streak of water formed in front of him and turned into a water whip. The water whip shot towards the crowd of students. It wrapped itself around someone hiding at the back and yanked her forward.

The lady fell on the ground, near the gentleman who had tried to bully Aiden earlier.

She had an expression of fear on her face.

The gentleman looked at her with venom-like eyes.

"This is all your fault, bitch. And you dared to attempt to run away?" he sneered.

"You... "

Before she could respond, Professor Halbart said:

"Shut up. From here onwards, you are both expelled from York City University. You will also be blacklisted, according to Academic Federation law, for trying to assault a professor on baseless grounds. Pack your stuff and leave campus."

The surrounding students gasped.

They felt chills crawl up their spines. Each of them made mental notes to never offend a professor.

They could be expelled and blacklisted?

That would mean their future would be destroyed.

They would become vagabonds without any resources to aid their cultivation.

They looked at the two students crawling and begging at Aiden Vhorn’s feet with tears and snot on their faces.

"Sir, I come from a normal background. Please, let me off!"

"Sir, I am the only child left in my family... my parents are dead and my uncle is the one taking care of me! Please have mercy!"

The two screamed at the top of their lungs as they wailed.

Aiden calmly stood up.

He didn’t even look at them.

He didn’t tell the professors to punish them. In fact, whatever happened to them was none of his business.

He was aware that the professors simply wanted to maintain diplomatic relations between Sauna City University and York City University. If they did not salvage the situation, an accident of this manner was bound to travel back to campus and repercussions would follow.

Imagine sending a faculty member somewhere to help them, then the faculty member gets bad treatment and the people who need the help don’t do anything about it.

Considering Aiden’s political weight now, Sauna City University would have definitely acted on his behalf.

"I have to admit, these senior faculty members of York City University are really smart. They salvaged the situation with clinical efficiency," Aiden thought.

"You are still making noise? Scram for me!" Halbart said.

Water ropes wrapped themselves around the two students and yanked them through the glass doors at the entrance, into the outside pouring rain. The glass doors tore apart.

"Someone should get the glass doors fixed," Halbart said to the receptionist at the counter.

"Yes, sir..." The receptionist replied with a professional expression and made a call.

"Sorry about that, Professor Vhorn," Professor Halbart said.

"No problem at all," Aiden replied.

"Please, let’s head into the chopper, and we will give you a brief overview of the ruined city’s current situation," Halbart said.

"Sure," Aiden replied politely.

Halbart, Aiden, and the other team members entered an elevator, under the shocked and fearful expressions of the students on the ground floor. The elevator door hissed and closed.
