It looked like he was starting to regret ever saying such words but I wasn’t about to let him off.

"What do you need?" Before the fight between the two women could escalate, the old man stepped in.

I nodded.
"Rhadamanth is quite reluctant. He wishes to fight you at your strongest, nothing less."
"Then let’s not make it a fight, I just need you to act like a training dummy for me."

"Alright, old man, you just stand there and use Your law of negation, nothing else!" I called out to the old man as we stood facing each other on a cleared out field that had been graciously expanded by aunt v.
"Haaa... let’s just get this over with." The old man sighed, spotting a brand new black eye.
I couldn’t bring myself to laugh this time around, since I had been in a similar situation not long ago.
"Alright old man, I’ll be attacking now."
He just nodded, indicating I start.
"Hoooo..... alright. Let’s do this."
"Wrath of Helios!" The moment the words left my lips, the temperature of the entire area shot up exponentially, the earth dried up, the air became parched and the life around us started combusting, yet before it could gain any momentum,
"Begone!" A single word from the old man instantly negated everything.

My eyes glowed immediately as I activated the Eyes of Truth(MYTHIC).
"Woah!!" I exclaimed as I saw in truth what was happening around me.
The reddish gold particles that represented the flames in the area, those being commanded and directed by the law, were being covered by a transparent form of energy that nullified whatever effect the had.
What made them flame particles were instantly negated and they became dull.

"HELLISH FORGE." The entire world ignited as the flames reappeared, but this time, hotter.
The air burned.
The floor turned into lava.
Weapons of different kinds were spawned by law flames as they launched themselves at the old man with blistering speed.
"Futile." A shake of the head, and everything was gone.
No theatrics.

I smiled.
"Old man... you’ll make me excited if you keep doing that." I grinned harder.
"Stop fooling around and get serious." Was the reply I got.
"Alright then. You got it."
My eyes flashed once more as runic vein like etchings appeared within my already glowing eyes.
Collapse vision was active.
"Inverse point." I raised a finger and an inverted singularity materialized on it, the space around it fractured and unraveled as the essence of collapse bled into the air.
The old man’s face finally turned serious.
"Catch." Before the words even left my mouth, the attack had already connected with the old man’s midsection.

A brilliant flash of multicolored light and the old man’s form was complete devoured.
"Fate Annulment." The world blinked and the light was gone.
There, still standing where he was, the old man hadn’t been ruffled in the slightest.
"Try harder."

"Entropic collapse!" I pointed my finger at the old man in a shooting gesture.

"What are you....." the old man’s eyes widened before he could complete the statement as he hurriedly shrouded himself in the essence of negation.

A raging inferno of impossible heat erupted from within the old man, his body collapsing within the flames.
"BEGONE!!!"

The flames only burned hotter!!
"Hahahahahaha!!! Old man! You’ll have to try harder than that!!
"FATE ANNULMENT!!" At those words, the flames finally started dying down, but before they could,
"ETERNAL BURN."

They erupted even higher.
"NULL VOID!" A crack opened within the burning flames as the were instantly snuffed, whatever damage they were causing being cancelled out immediately.
"Haaa.. Haa..." the old man finally appeared.
Gone was the nonchalance of earlier, now he looked like he was ready to take this serious.
"Did he just...."
"Damn! This kid got stronger again?"
I could hear the disbelieving voices of both Tian and Dakota from the back.
"Heh! Old man, you look tired." I laughed.
"Heh! Alright, Dante. You have my interest. Now let’s see how much more you’ve got."
The moment he finished saying this, his form started changing.
A pitch black armor covered his body, nothing of his could be seen.
The space around him ceased to exist.
I could feel the atmosphere there being rejected violently.
Nothing had an effect on him anymore, not even... reality.
It felt like he existed outside any know scope of the imagination.
"Let us see what you do against this." His voice came from everywhere and nowhere at the same time.
A chill ran down my spine as I took in the scary new look.
My system was going wild as notifications kept blinding my vision, I pushed rhem aside and focused on the being before me.
"You want it! You got it!"
Fear? Never! I was thrilled.
"ZONE!....."
"ANTI-ZONE... NULL VOID." The move I was planning to pull out got shutdown before I could even start.
"What??"
"Try again."
My stupid ass actually did, only to get shocked at the fact that I couldn’t activate any zones.
"Within my field of negation, I have annulled any usage of zones, what will you do now?"

"Absolute series...." I joined my index and middle fingers together as I raised them before me,

"... Did he miss?" I could hear Dakota’s confused voice from the distance.

"Dante, you should stop playing around and....." the old man couldn’t finish his words as,

"Impossible...." Dakota’s mouth opened wide at the scene she was witnessing.
"No... That’s.... How???" Tian was halfway from passing out at the sheer nonsense he was seeing.
"Dante...." Raven clenched her fists as she watched the scene unfold.
The pieces of the null armor visibly unraveled and fell apart.
Yet that wasn’t what shook them the most.
The reason for their disbelief was the fact that,
"Valen.... He’s not recovering... he.. isn’t voiding the damage.." Tian couldn’t even believe the words he himself was saying as he just watched on In stupefaction.
