Creepy Pharmacist: All my patients are scary!
Chapter 868: He’s the One Who Has Improper Designs on Me!
He had successfully avoided the risk of getting snipped.
Of course, Lynn hadn’t forgotten what he’d planned to do today yesterday, either.
But there was no way Lynn would pass up a chance to take advantage of things. He’d already softened up both little girls, after all. If he didn’t collect some serious interest, he’d really be letting himself down after all that dry-mouthed effort!
He fiercely kissed and sucked on the little loli in his arms.
Just to quench his thirst.
He kept at it until she was panting and her gaze had gone hazy. Only then did Lynn stop, as if punishing her.
After all, he’d nearly gotten snipped just now. There was no way Lynn would let an opportunity like this slip by.
“Brain, although I might really be dead in two days, there’s still something I’d like to ask you all to do for me. Can you promise?”
Lynn spoke to the little girl in his arms in a very earnest tone.
The Colossus’s Brain was breathing slightly hard. “What is it?”
Lynn immediately pointed at his right eye, blinking as he said,
“Here’s the thing. Ever since my right eye shattered in Cursed City last time, I’ve been looking for a way to repair it. They say persistence pays off, and I really have found some special methods recently. But to repair it, I need enough powerful energy to drive the process. Only then might I be able to restore my eye completely.”
“And after thinking it over, you’re the only powerful loli… I mean, Root, who has enough strength. So could you get everyone to help me with this little favor?”
There was nothing wrong with what he said.
But no matter how you looked at it,
his tone made it sound as if he were living off a rich girl.
The Colossus’s Brain paused. Looking at Lynn, who was still holding her around the waist at close range, she said,
“Can’t you use Flesh Calamity? Wouldn’t repairing an eye be something you could do just like that?”
Lynn solemnly adjusted his Monocle.
“It’s different. This eye of mine is just like the Colossus’s Heart. They’re both Unique, incredibly powerful bio-armaments. If it were an ordinary eye, I wouldn’t have needed to bring this up with you. Don’t you agree?”
Lynn had been thinking yesterday about what excuse he could use to get his family to lend a hand and help him repair the Cursed Eye.
And now, he had the perfect opportunity.
How could he possibly let it go to waste?
Seeing the hopeful look in his eyes, the Colossus’s Brain thought for a moment before recovering her composure. She twisted her body, trying to escape his hold, but when she realized it was useless, she could only gaze at him quietly and say,
“Fine. It’s a small favor. But I’ll help you only if you agree to one condition afterward.”
“Huh? There’s a condition too?”
“Of course. But don’t worry, it won’t put you in a difficult position, and it’s for your own good.”
Lynn thought it over. Looking at the Colossus’s Brain’s serious expression, he gave a cheerful smile and raised his thumb.
“Deal.”
Since she’d put it that way,
there was no problem at all.
After all, he’d already gotten Brain to this point. There was no way she’d make some impossibly difficult demand of him. He’d been tirelessly trying to shape and train her human side into that of a lively, adorable, obedient girl!
“Then can I kiss you one more time?”
Thud!
【Ding! Your health has decreased by 10.】
“……”
……
Several hours later, in the plaza of Nightfall City.
Although it was technically daytime on the second day, the sky was still shrouded in thick, undispersing black mist. Only the light shining from several tall towers in Nightfall City offered a faint sense of the time.
At that moment, the Colossus’s Brain, still dressed exactly as she had been yesterday, had already informed all the Roots and summoned them to the plaza.
The crowds had been cleared away.
The Titan family and Sir Aiwen had all received the message and hurried over as well.
“That’s how things stand.”
Lynn adjusted his Monocle. In his black Night Doctor’s robe, he looked full of energy. He smiled slightly and said,
“So I asked Brain to gather everyone here this time to help me with this little favor. Once I’ve repaired my Cursed Eye, I’ll have a better chance of staying alive when Hell’s Gaze comes in two days. So I’m really counting on everyone.”
Sir Aiwen and the Titan Head exchanged glances, then looked toward the Colossus’s Brain, who stood there calmly.
With Lynn out of earshot, the four Roots quickly opened a small group chat in their minds.
Within their shared consciousness,
the Titan Head immediately turned toward the Colossus’s Brain, who was among those present, and asked in a displeased tone,
“Has my son-in-law… already found out about the plan we arranged for him behind his back? And why did he… come with you? Did he spend the night at your place yesterday?!”
The Colossus’s Brain remained composed in the face of his suspicious, hostile questions. She ignored his second question outright, closed her eyes, and said,
“He doesn’t know about the Summoning plan yet, or that we’ve already spread the targeted incantation text for summoning him. From what I know of him, he hates being called a loli-con more than anything. If he found out, he’d refuse to let us summon him with that spell, no matter what.”
“So when he asked me to help repair his Cursed Eye, I used the opportunity to get him to agree to a condition. I plan to invoke that condition during the Summoning in two days. By then, he won’t be able to refuse.”
Sir Aiwen and the others looked at one another. Their gazes toward the Colossus’s Brain were full of admiration.
After all, they were now allies, all in the same boat.
Put in plain language, the four of them were fathers who’d carefully arranged matters for their spoiled “foolish son” before his death. They were doing it for his own good, so of course they couldn’t let him know before everything was done.
But the Titan Head still looked at her uncertainly and said,
“But why did he come to you first about repairing his eye…? Let me tell you, he’s my son-in-law-to-be. Don’t get any improper ideas about him…”
The Colossus’s Brain gazed at him as calmly as an ancient well.
She clenched her rock-hard fists with a crackling sound.
She took a deep breath.
Then, murderous intent in her voice, she said,
“You think I’m the one with improper designs on him? He’s the one who has improper designs on me! You big-headed blockhead.”
Her fists were already rock hard!
The Titan Head instantly flew into a rage and was about to say something. Then he suddenly remembered the vile things his son-in-law had done yesterday. He exchanged a hesitant glance with Wushen, and his suspicions grew even stronger.
Because, although it annoyed him, when he considered his son-in-law’s lecherous nature, along with all the little girls who had clearly started appearing around him during this time apart…
It really did seem like some seriously improper, ominous signs were stirring.
