Dimensional Keeper: All My Skills Are at Level 100

Chapter 1770: Terrifying Cursed Pet!

Chapter 1770: Terrifying Cursed Pet!

Max slowly lifted Dragonheart.

His expression remained calm, but his grip on the sword tightened slightly.

"I know."

The red light in the Abyssal Witch Eye became brighter.

The ground beneath everyone began to tremble.

Caroline looked at Max’s back and said again, her voice filled with warning, "Do not fight it like a normal enemy. This thing belonged to the Witch who once ruled this world. If it still carries even a fragment of her cursed authority, then one mistake could be fatal."

Max did not look back.

A faint golden light began to gather around his body, and his Dimensional Sovereign Body spread its senses through the space before him, watching every distortion around the eye, every movement of its tendrils, and every hidden path where its attack might appear.

"Everyone stay behind me," Max said calmly.

The Abyssal Witch Eye’s pupil finally opened wider.

The red beam was about to fire again.

Max’s eyes became sharp.

"I will cut a path out."

The Abyssal Witch Eye’s huge central pupil widened, and the red light gathering inside it became even more intense than before.

This time, the creature did not release its attack immediately. The veins across its spherical body pulsed rapidly, and the smaller eyes at the ends of its tendrils all turned toward Max at once, blinking in a strange rhythm as if they were helping the main eye lock onto his position through space itself.

The cursed mist near the entrance was dragged toward the pupil and swallowed by the red glow, while the surrounding air twisted so violently that Jessica and the others felt their vision bend for a moment.

The first beam had already blasted Max away even though he had blocked it with Dragonheart, and now, as the second beam gathered, everyone could clearly feel that this attack would be stronger.

Caroline’s face turned pale. "Max, it is charging more power than before."

Max did not answer.

His eyes remained fixed on the giant eye. The Dimensional Sovereign Body spread his perception through the distorted space around the monster, and he could clearly see the path of the beam before it was even fired.

The creature was not simply aiming at him this time. The red light was spreading across several possible spatial paths, meaning that even if Max dodged, the beam could bend its route and strike the people behind him. If he wanted to protect Caroline, Jessica, Nancy, and the other third faction elves, then he could not simply avoid the attack.

He had to block it head-on.

Max slowly exhaled.

Then his body changed.

The first Divine Vein opened.

Vein of Origin.

A deep sound echoed from within Max’s body, like the first heartbeat of an ancient beast waking from the depth of creation. His foundation surged, his aura became heavier, and the power hidden in his flesh began to stabilize and expand as if every part of his body had been strengthened from its root. The ground beneath his feet trembled as invisible force spread through him.

The second Divine Vein opened.

Vein of Vitality.

A powerful life force erupted through his body, making his blood roar like a river of molten gold. His muscles tightened, his bones seemed to become denser, and the numbness left in his arms from blocking the first beam vanished in an instant. His entire body pulsed with vitality so overwhelming that even the cursed energy of Witch God Valley was forced away from him.

The third Divine Vein opened.

Vein of Strength.

Boom!

The wooden ground beneath Max’s feet shattered violently. Cracks spread in all directions, and the branch path at the entrance of Witch God Valley sank slightly beneath the sudden pressure released by his body. His physical strength rose to a terrifying level, and the air around his arms distorted as if his flesh alone had become capable of bearing the weight of mountains.

The fourth Divine Vein opened.

Vein of Speed.

Max’s figure blurred for a fraction of a second, not because he moved, but because the power inside his body had become too fast and too violent for the air around him to remain stable.

His senses sharpened, his reaction speed soared, and the red beam that had once seemed nearly impossible for the others to perceive now appeared completely clear within his eyes. Every ripple of space, every pulse of cursed light, and every possible route of the attack became visible to him.

Behind him, Nancy’s eyes widened.

"This is..." she whispered.

Jessica felt her breath stop. She had already seen Max display monstrous sword power, but this was different. This was not his Pseudo Cosmic Path. This was not his Heavenly Luminance Divine Bloodline.

This was pure physical strength, a terrifying body power that seemed to rise from the deepest foundation of his being. Caroline also stared at him in shock, because for a brief moment, she felt as if the person standing before the Abyssal Witch Eye was no longer simply her sister’s son, but a young dragon in human form preparing to tear apart the curse of the valley with his own hands.

The Abyssal Witch Eye fired.

A second beam of deadly red light burst from its pupil.

It was faster than the first.

Stronger than the first.

The beam tore through space with a sharp scream, and the path between the eye and Max collapsed into a burning red line. Jessica and the others could not follow it at all. They only saw the eye flash, and by the time they realized the attack had been launched, Max had already moved.

Dragonheart rose.

Max stepped forward instead of retreating.

The beam crashed into his sword.

BOOM!

The impact shook the entire entrance of Witch God Valley.

The branch path beneath him exploded into countless cracks, and waves of red light swept outward like a storm, forcing Caroline, Nancy, Jessica, and the others to retreat despite standing behind him.

However, this time, Max was not blasted away. His feet dug into the shattered ground, his arms held Dragonheart steady, and the power of his first four Divine Veins roared through his body like four divine furnaces burning at once.

The beam pushed against him.

Max pushed back.

The Abyssal Witch Eye’s huge pupil trembled, and the red light became even more violent, but Max’s body did not bend. The Vein of Origin stabilized his foundation. The Vein of Vitality kept his body from breaking under the curse pressure.

The Vein of Strength gave him the force to resist the beam head-on. The Vein of Speed allowed him to see every shift in the attack and adjust his sword at the perfect angle.

Dragonheart hummed sharply.

Max’s eyes became cold.

"You are strong," he said softly. "But not strong enough."

The Severing Sword Concept gathered along Dragonheart.

Then Max took another step forward.

The red beam, which had been pressing against his sword like a river of death, suddenly split at the center. A thin golden-black line appeared where Dragonheart touched it, and that line stretched forward through the beam as Max pushed his sword out.

The beam screamed, distorted, and tried to repair itself, but the Severing Sword Concept continued cutting through it, dividing the deadly light into two streams that flew past Max’s sides and blasted into the distant cursed trees behind him.

The trees exploded.

The ground burned.

But Max kept moving forward.

One step.

Then another.

The beam was being cut apart.

The Abyssal Witch Eye’s tendrils thrashed wildly as if it had finally sensed danger. The smaller eyes blinked faster and faster, releasing waves of curse power into the main pupil, but Max’s strength had risen too far after opening four Divine Veins.

He pushed through the beam with terrifying force, Dragonheart cutting the red light apart inch by inch until the distance between him and the giant eye rapidly shrank.
