Following the direction the young man pointed, Lin Yun went straight to the room’s door without a word. Standing outside, he could hear a young woman’s sweet laughter coming from within.

It wasn’t just Lin Yun who heard it; everyone behind him did as well. At that moment, Lu Bingning’s expression turned grim. Without another word, she kicked the door open.

BANG! The door flew open. Hearing the crash, Lu Tao, who was holding a young woman in his arms, didn’t even bother to see who it was and roared furiously.

"Who the hell are you? How dare you kick down my door? You got a death wish?"

Lu Bingning glared furiously at Lu Tao. But when Lu Tao saw Lin Yun, an idea seemed to strike him. He suddenly burst out laughing as he walked toward him.

"Haha, brother-in-law, what are you doing here? Why didn’t you tell me you were coming to the Pharmaceutical Instrument Master’s Guild? I would have come to pick you all up." As he spoke, Lu Tao strode towards Lin Yun, winking at him meaningfully.

Lu Tao was hoping for Lin Yun’s help, but Lin Yun pretended not to understand his signals. Just as Lu Tao was approaching Lin Yun, Lu Bingning shouted coldly, "Get over here."

Hearing his sister’s command, Lu Tao gave a sheepish laugh and then nervously walked toward Lu Bingning.
