Chapter 1625 - 1667: Playing Together

Seeing Mabel Quinn return, Amelia Foster quickly said, "Ma’am, you’re back."

"Okay," the little one said naively and then added, "I’ll also draw daddy, godmother, brother Jeremiah, brother Kyle, and Levi..."

Levi was taken aback; she wanted to draw him too? Her drawings were so ugly that even if she did draw him, she’d probably make him look ugly.

But inexplicably, there seemed to be some anticipation in his heart.

After putting down the drawing book, the little one tugged at Levi and said, "Play... play with Nanny..." While saying this, she pulled Levi up the stairs.

Mabel Quinn saw this and quickly followed, seeing her daughter take Levi into her playroom, wanting him to play house with her.

Dolls, and all kinds of toy kitchens, pots and pans, dolls’ sleeping beds, little gardens, and more—all were available.

Still, Levi didn’t refuse to play together, which made Mabel Quinn breathe a sigh of relief. It seemed the child was still willing to interact with Nanny.

When Kyle Kinston returned in the evening, Mabel Quinn told him that Levi would stay here temporarily. Kyle Kinston had no objections, "But you might be a bit tired. If your body can’t handle it, let the servant do some things." he said.

Mabel Quinn smiled, "It’s fine, most things are actually done by the servant. I really haven’t done much, it’s quite easy for me." Then she continued, "By the way, has anything been found regarding Daniel taking medication?"

She’s very concerned about Daniel Harris’s case.

"The investigation is still ongoing. Today, I went to the police station to look at the case files, and I suspect it might be related to the Landon Family."

"The Landon Family?" Mabel Quinn was surprised; her understanding of the Landon Family was only from returning a White Jade Ring to Mrs. Landon.

Later, she learned from Kyle Kinston that the daughter Mrs. Landon recognized was Grace Yowell.

"Daniel Harris last came from the Landon Family," Kyle Kinston said.
