Falling For My Alpha Stepsister (GL)

Chapter 184: Honeymoon Ends

  • Next Chapter

April and Angel spent the remaining days of their honeymoon trip enjoying every moment they could share together.

They played all kinds of couple games, turning even the smallest competition into something serious. Whenever one of them lost, the other would celebrate like she had just won a championship, which usually ended with both of them laughing.

Their truth and dare sessions became another favorite part of the trip. Even after knowing each other and living together for so long, there were still little things they had never asked about. Some answers surprised them, while others gave them another reason to tease each other later and another reason for someone to start sulking.

They also took turns cooking.

Sometimes April would stay in the kitchen while Angel sat nearby, watching her prepare everything. Other times, Angel took over the stove while April stayed close, waiting to see what her wife would make.

There were moments when they worked together, passing ingredients between them and trying not to get in each other’s way inside the cabin kitchen.

It was simple, but neither of them needed anything more.

Whenever they weren’t playing games or cooking, they simply enjoyed their privacy as newlyweds, spending quiet and romantic time together without worrying about anyone else or the past.

They also went jet skiing across the water, racing each other and laughing whenever one of them managed to get ahead. The wind rushed against their faces as they sped across the blue surface, leaving long trails of water behind them.

Other times, they slowed down and stayed close, enjoying the peaceful ocean around them. Angel made sure April never felt left out during their adventures. She kept an eye on her pregnant wife throughout every activity, making sure she was comfortable and safe.

April appreciated every bit of it. The days continued passing quickly. They took countless pictures during their trip, filling their phones with memories they could look through years later. Some pictures were carefully posed, while others were completely random, taken in the middle of laughter or while one of them wasn’t paying attention or when someone was busy crying.

Angel even went deep diving alone while April remained safely on the yacht.

By the time they realized it, their honeymoon was already coming to an end.

The final day arrived far sooner than either of them wanted. They stopped the yacht at a new location along the shore and decided to spend the day exploring the city before returning home.

They visited historical museums, walked through public parks, and spent time at a local zoo watching the animals. April took her time looking around each place, while Angel enjoyed watching her excitement more than anything else.

After hours of walking, they eventually stopped at a cozy little café to rest.

Angel ordered a large cold gelato for her pregnant wife, who happily accepted it.

April ate slowly, enjoying every spoonful until a tiny spot of cream ended up on the tip of her nose.

Angel noticed immediately. Instead of saying anything, she leaned closer and gently licked the cream away.

April smiled brightly at her. Their little stop at the café gave them enough energy to continue exploring. Not long after leaving, they came across a loud arcade filled with flashing lights, music, and excited customers.

There was no way they were simply going to walk past it, they went inside.

The first games they tried were the racing simulators.

They sat beside each other and grabbed the steering wheels, immediately turning the friendly competition into a serious race. Their eyes stayed fixed on the screens as they pushed their virtual cars around every corner, each trying to finish ahead of the other.

After the racing games came the action shooting simulators.

They stood beside each other, holding the guns and aiming at the moving targets. They moved from one machine to another, enjoying the fast-paced games and laughing whenever one of them missed an obvious target.

Then they found the dance battle machine. Angel immediately stepped onto the dance pad. Before long, she was competing against another crazy couple who clearly wasn’t planning to let her win easily.

The music started. Angel gave the game everything she had. By the time the song ended, her score appeared at the top of the screen.

She had won.

Her prize was a giant, fluffy teddy bear.

Angel didn’t even hesitate. She took the huge teddy bear and handed it straight to her love April.

April hugged it immediately. She looked genuinely happy with her new gift, carrying it close as they continued through the city.

For a while, Angel was happy simply watching her wife enjoy it.

But after several minutes, she started noticing just how tightly April was holding the teddy bear.

It stayed pressed against her chest everywhere they went.

Angel couldn’t help thinking that she wanted those arms around her instead.

Still, she allowed April to enjoy her prize.

They continued walking until they reached a famous love-lock bridge. 100 of metal locks covered the railings, each one representing a couple who had visited before them.

April and Angel found an empty spot and brought out their own lock.

They carefully placed both of their names on it before securing it onto the bridge.

Angel recorded the entire moment on her phone. She wanted to remember exactly where they had left it, even years later.

Afterward, they continued exploring the streets, stopping at different stalls to try local snacks and street food.

They sampled several different things throughout the afternoon. Eventually, though, April’s stomach began to protest.

The nausea came suddenly. Angel noticed the change in her immediately and stopped their little food adventure.

She made sure April was comfortable before carrying her on her back so they could continue without making her walk while feeling sick.

April rested her head against Angel’s back. The giant teddy bear was carried along with them as well, making the sight of the two newlyweds look almost comical as they continued through the city.

By the time night arrived, they finally stopped at a peaceful park. The busy streets were far behind them now.

April sat on a bench with a large amount of fresh fruit Angel had bought for her. She had already eaten plenty throughout the day, and after becoming nauseous earlier, Angel had refused to let her continue eating greasy junk food.

Instead, she made sure April stuck with the fruit.

Angel sat beside her with a double beef burger in her hands while Teddy rested comfortably between the two wives.

April eventually looked over at Angel’s burger.

"Are you going to give me any of that burger?" she asked, staring hungrily at the food.

"No way. You threw up all the food that entered your body earlier. Focus on your fruit right now. I am eating this one all alone," Angel said firmly.

April looked down at her fruit. After a moment, she smiled.

"Okay, you can eat it."

She leaned back against the bench and looked around the quiet park. The lights around the area cast a soft glow across the grass while the sounds of the city seemed much farther away.

For the first time that day, they weren’t rushing anywhere. They could simply sit together.

April looked at Angel with a peaceful smile.

"I really liked today. Thank you so much, Papi. We did so many fun things together... I love you."

She leaned across Teddy and kissed her wife’s cheek softly.

Angel smiled brightly.

"I love you too, bebe. Let’s finish up here and head back to the yacht. Then tomorrow we will go back home."

They finished their food and soon received a video call from home.

The call gave them one last chance to talk with everyone before returning. After spending some time together through the screen, they finally ended the call and headed back to the yacht.

Their final night was much quieter than the others. They arranged their belongings and packed everything carefully into their luggage. Clothes were folded, souvenirs were placed safely inside their bags, and the little things they had collected throughout the trip were gathered together.

The cabin slowly returned to its original state.

The honeymoon that had felt so long when it began suddenly seemed incredibly short.

By the next morning, they were back in Playa Linda.

The moment they reached the harbor dock, they found everyone waiting eagerly for them. It almost looked like they had been gone for years instead of just a few short days.

Their loving grandmas were standing right there. All of their close friends were there too.

The twins just wanted their yacht and check if Angel brought it back in one piece.

Everyone seemed super excited to see them back safely.

Dante took care of carrying Angel and April’s luggage back to their house, while the grandmas escorted the happy couple straight to their mansion.

And before April and Angel could even properly settle down or rest, another huge welcome party was already being prepared for the couple.
