Chapter 2576: Your Belly... You’re About to Give Birth, Aren’t You?

Moreover, this is Old York, her territory.

The bars, restaurants, shopping malls in Old York... which of them don’t give her face? Where doesn’t she get VIP treatment?

"You two really have no manners at all, arguing and bickering with a pregnant woman, making faces, and throwing harsh words. You’re truly a match for one another." Erin Janus’ face looked grim.

Jasmine Yale said casually, "Don’t shout and scream here, be careful not to affect the baby’s education. Aren’t you worried the child will learn these traits in the future? You’re already a mother, isn’t it better to speak with some decency?"

"What are you pretending for? You think I want to talk to you? You, talking about prenatal education? Are you even qualified as a mistress?"

"Erin, speak to me politely!" Will Caddel slammed the tableware down with a "bang," his face dark!

Erin was startled, her eyes evasive, but she quickly composed herself.

She sneered, "Is CEO Caddel acting as a defender of the flower? Can’t you see whether this flower is worth protecting? Nothing but a withered flower, fallen willow."

"Erin, don’t blame me for getting physical with a woman." Will looked at her, angered.

Erin saw the reddened eyes of Will and, afraid, took a step back, daring not to provoke him further.

This man is an illegitimate child, he has suffered all kinds of hardships since childhood. Even though he seems refined, he probably would dare to get physical with a woman.

She slightly moved her lips, but dared not provoke Will any further, only giving Jasmine Yale a cold glare.

Jasmine Yale felt uncomfortable being stared at; she really didn’t want someone staring at her during a meal.

Just as they were caught up in the heated exchange, a waiter led a middle-aged man in his forties over.

The man was very fat, like a Buddha statue, wearing a Zhongshan suit, beaming with smiles, with a string of small-leaf red sandalwood beads in hand, and walked with composure.

Erin Janus immediately greeted him with a smile, "Boss Qiyana, do you still recognize me? I’m really sorry for making you come here personally."

"How could I not recognize Miss Janus? You visit our tea house often, there’s no way I wouldn’t recognize you." The man smiled at her, his accent heavily flavored with Hong Kong, "Did you come alone today? Your tummy... you’re about to give birth, right?"

"My husband is with me; he just had a call to make downstairs, so it’ll be a while before he comes up."

"You two are so sweet, what kind of tea would you like today?"

"The usual, rose tea."

"Alright, Miss, since you’re here, I’ll personally brew it for you. Why don’t I first take you to visit the newly built tea room? It’s stocked with many new teas you haven’t seen before. How about it, interested in taking a look?" The middle-aged man smiled, skillfully maintaining courtesy without losing face.

Erin didn’t immediately respond.

Jasmine Yale sneered, truly a cunning old fox, speaking flawlessly.

When they return from the tour, Jasmine and Will will surely have finished their morning tea, and that way no one is offended.

Certainly, to establish oneself in Old York’s business circle, one must be a fox.

Erin hesitated for a moment, held Boss Qiyana’s arm, and coquettishly said, "Boss Qiyana, wait a moment. I’m afraid my husband won’t find me when he comes up, let’s wait together."

"Sure, sure, together. When are you due?"

"Less than two months to go." Erin gestured with her finger, her face full of happiness, "After breakfast, I still have to go to the hospital for a maternity check. Ah, being a woman is really tough. Being pregnant, at first, I was vomiting almost to death, and later it’s backaches, sleepless nights—thank goodness my husband is attentive and takes good care of me."
