Chapter 2065: Chapter 1626: Help, Someone’s Attacking Me

The next God Star is as large as eight Little Firemen. Fortunately, there isn’t much life on it, only a few scattered Star Descendants here and there, and no Tree of Ten Thousand Realms on its surface.

This is a perfect target. Dalasso seemed afraid that Anthony and the others would find another excuse to spare this God Star. After observing carefully, he wasted no time and took action.

This yet unnamed God Star couldn’t have imagined that not hatching life would also become the spark for its demise. As it was idly humming a tune there, a black shadow suddenly slashed across.

Dalasso now has two Stacked Pieces. When he fixes one, he uses force to swing the other, allowing him to hurl it at high speed, resembling a high-speed black semicircular blade swiftly slashing at the God Star’s body.

The God Star didn’t even react before the blade slashed into its body, carving a massive ravine, cutting in a quarter deep, as if trying to split it in half like a watermelon.

The God Star reacted, its Thought condensed, clamping tightly, and the massive ravine twisted back, with Star Flame entangled on the black blade.

But it was too slow; the Star Flame wasn’t entangled tightly, and the black blade retracted, with the other Stacked Piece anchored at its original position, swiftly pulling the blade back.

Then, the other Stacked Piece transformed into a black blade, slashing down.

And so, with one on the left and one on the right, the two Stacked Pieces were like two sharp blades. One anchored into the body, the other slashed out, as if Dalasso were wielding two machetes chopping a watermelon.

After enduring more than a dozen strikes, the God Star finally seized an opportunity, a massive Star Flame pillar erupted from its surface, directly shooting at Dalasso.

Dalasso flicked a Stacked Piece to the side, anchored it upon arrival, pulled, and his entire form shifted to a third of the way around the God Star’s side, repeating the previous actions, with black blades repeatedly slashing down.

The God Star had never encountered such an offensive, spraying Star Flame in a panic, with towering fire pillars rising and falling, resembling a Sea Urchin growing spikes.

Dalasso kept moving, the two Stacked Pieces endowed him with nimble mobility, profoundly altering his combat style. Previously, his blades were like a plough, ploughing wherever it touched, retreating upon encountering obstacles.

But now, his two Stacked Pieces were like two blades, one blade could slash out and immediately anchor the position, pulling the other piece over, or pulling back the slashed blade, while the other swung again.

Or two blades could swing out simultaneously, one hacking and one displacing. When the hacking blade hit the target, and pulled back, it was already displaced to another position, even if the enemy tried predicting its landing spot, they couldn’t.

Anthony and Ursman watched in awe. This was entirely different from the way Dalasso fought with the Star Flame Colossus before. With the addition of one disc, his combat power had surged severalfold, with changes multiplied.

The Immortal was covered with wounds, giant ravines crisscrossed his body.

Every massive object has a stable gravitational structure, and the God Star is no exception. When this structure is damaged, the God Star can no longer bind its body, leading to dispersion or explosion.

However, Dalasso’s attacks had already sliced into its gravitational structure. If this continued, he might directly chop the God Star to pieces.

The God Star’s Star Soul jumped wildly, tightly locking onto Dalasso’s position, angrily roaring, "Who are you?"

Dalasso was hit as if struck by lightning, his entire form blasted away.

The Star Soul’s roar wasn’t an ordinary roar, but rather the anger of a God Star, a powerful consciousness impact.

Dalasso was unharmed, stood up and flew back, his hand held the blade and slashed down.

Initially, he wanted to concentrate to withstand it, but when the opponent’s Star Soul impacted him, Dalasso felt his consciousness rise with a gigantic shadow, connecting his mind to a powerful node far away.

The Star Soul’s normally disorienting roar, akin to water crashing into hard rock, directly split apart.

Great, he also has someone backing him now. Dalasso relaxed, no longer guarding against the opponent’s conscious assault, continuing his bold and wilful attacks.

Two large blades, blindly chopping like this, even if the ’watermelon’ is very large, it will eventually be chopped to pieces.

Seeing this, Anthony joined the fray instead of merely spectating. If this continued, Dalasso might destroy it entirely, leaving no chance to practice.

Moving to the other side, Anthony imitated the same, working with double Stacked Pieces.

He preferred sharpening them into javelins rather than blades. Two javelins continuously pierced into the God Star’s body, each impact creating bottomless hollows.

However, javelins have one downside; they can easily penetrate the Immortal’s body, and if caught, he would have to withstand the Star Flame’s consumption.

So Anthony quickly altered his strategy, roaming around the God Star’s other side. When it dealt with Dalasso, he’d sneakily stab it, determined to pierce through the core and emerge from the other side.

This inflicted far more damage than Dalasso’s series of strikes, as the God Star’s core is the critical node for maintaining the gravitational structure. A stab from Anthony inflicted more damage than Dalasso’s prolonged hacking.

The God Star dared not ignore Anthony any longer, shifting most of its attention to him. Unperturbed, Anthony randomly roamed around, requiring no attacks, merely wandering around to capture the God Star’s attention.

The God Star emitted bouts of angry ’rumbling.’ This was its power boiling, the massive trembling of its body, capable of spreading through the vacuum of the Void.

Star Flame Embodiments arose one after another from the God Star’s surface, targeting both Dalasso and Anthony.

Dalasso turned to attack these Star Flame Embodiments, slicing each one in half with one slash.

However, the scattered Star Flame quickly coalesced again in the Void, supplemented by the continuously released Star Flame Embodiments from the God Star, the numbers increased continually.

Yet, Anthony disregarded these Star Flame Colossuses. When they charged forward, he swiftly moved, soon arriving in another area.

If those Star Flame Embodiments pursued him, Anthony would move sideways back, and sneakily give the Immortal another stab.

Repeating this, unless the Star Flame Colossuses enclosed the God Star entirely, there’s no way to prevent Anthony from attacking its body.

When Ursman also joined the battle, the God Star finally couldn’t withstand it. Its surface suddenly brightened, Divine Light burst forth in all directions.

Ordinary people couldn’t comprehend this Divine Light, but in Ange’s eyes, it was a panicked message: Help, someone’s attacking me.

An energy-state World-Ending Magic Formation structure formed in front of Ursman, slowly accumulating energy.

Negris stared wide-eyed with shock, fully aware of the difficulty in crafting such a formation bare-handed.

This is not a stable material structure. A physical World-Ending Magic Formation remains unchanged once placed, but this energy state requires constant energy input to maintain its stability.

With tens of thousands of components and thousands of energy circuits in the World-Ending Magic Formation needing simultaneous articulation, even ten Gods of Truth and Law combined wouldn’t dare attempt this, yet Ursman is doing it alone?
