That guy was trying to get close to War Rhino Barce to fulfill his duties as an assistant.

But Barce stared him down with its massive, bell-like eyes, which clearly read: Stay away from me!

Mo Ning stood his ground with a smile, leisurely enjoying the show unfolding after the lunch break.

In truth, if he just gave the order, Barce would certainly cooperate with Andy.

But he had no reason to. Only a fool would help an ingrate.

Barce was panting heavily, snorting again and again. The look it gave Andy grew increasingly dangerous.

Andy let out a long sigh and turned to look at Mo Ning, his gaze filled with unconcealed hatred.

He knew perfectly well that Mo Ning’s earlier initiative in brushing down Barce was the root cause of the rhino’s "betrayal."

At the same time, this filled him with an unprecedented sense of defeat.

His opponent had defeated him so utterly by just waving a brush a few times, with no other wasted motions, and Andy couldn’t even begin to understand why.

"Mo Ning, you win."

Andy said coldly, "But you won’t be winning forever."

With that, he strode toward the Tamer Rock’s office.

Mo Ning looked thoughtful.

The phrase "you won’t be winning forever" instantly brought to mind the information Anya had shared—that the academy planned to combine the management of the previous and current classes of new apprentices.

Andy’s meaning was clear: ’I may not be able to defeat you, but someone from my year of new apprentices definitely will.’

Mo Ning glanced at Andy’s retreating back and shook his head slightly, thinking to himself, ’What a brainless idiot!’

’I can’t believe this guy actually dared to provoke me to my face.’

’If I were even a little more petty, all I’d have to do is give War Rhino Barce the slightest hint, and I’m sure it would flatten that guy without a second’s thought.’

Mo Ning tore his gaze away and turned to the two big lugs, clapping his hands with a smile.

"Alright, fellas, let’s go get some afternoon tea to recharge, then we’ll head out for some exercise."

The two War Rhinos responded with enthusiasm.

Andy faltered for a moment, then quickened his pace.

"Our Taming Center’s Chief Wizard, Lord Budi, has also read this report and believes it could be named this center’s model Suggestion Letter of the year."

Andy was completely dumbstruck.

’That damn Mo Ning... he actually did something so huge that his name reached Lord Budi?’

The Second Level Apprentice pointed to the door, his tone growing harsher. "Hand over your assistant’s badge. You can leave now."
