Fuck!!!! I'm Having The Alpha Princess's Baby.
Chapter 414: Meeting Guru
Princess sat in the backseat of her Porsche, wiping tears from her cheeks while Beam drove and Kiara relaxed in the front passenger seat.
The Alpha had been sulking and sobbing ever since her pups started uttering the word Papa instead of Mama.
Both Beam and Kiara reached into their pockets and put on wireless earbuds, totally annoyed by Princess crying like a helpless baby.
They could still hear her loud sniffling, though. If they had advanced noise-canceling earbuds, they wouldn’t have been forced to hear that crybaby Alpha at all. They would have thrown her right out of the moving car, but it was Princess’s Porsche, and this whole mission belonged to Princess.
Beam kept her eyes on the digital map glowing on the central dashboard. They were heading straight toward a small town called Fireland, where Guru and his men were currently working.
The sports car finally pulled up to the location and parked along the curb.
It was a run-down local bar.
When the three girls pushed the entrance door open, they found Guru standing near the counter with two of his boys.
The bar floor was covered in dead bodies, every single one of them shot cleanly in the head. Pooling blood was already spreading across the wooden planks.
The trio looked surprised by the scene, but nobody panicked or screamed. They weren’t expecting this kind of sudden mess, but they had all seen far worse things in their lives.
"Oh my goodness, I think my heels just stepped on blood," Kiara gasped in disgust, lifting one foot to inspect her shoe. "Ewww! I bought these yesterday, and they’re the only design left in the world."
"I told you not to wear heels whenever we’re going out on something like this," Princess said, turning her head. "Do you see me wearing heels?"
She was completely back to her senses now, the heavy crying gone. She stood straight, trying her best to act cold and cool in front of Guru.
Kiara glanced down at Princess’s childish sneakers. Small pink drawings of Hello Kitty heads were printed all over the white canvas.
"Since you became a mother, I have never seen you wear heels. You are not..."
"Kiara, if you say another word, I’m going to dip that brand-new purse into that man’s blood," Princess threatened, pointing a sharp finger at one of the bloodied corpses near her feet.
"Please do it. I want to see it," Beam muttered, stepping closer with her hands tucked in her jacket pockets.
"Hi, girls. Welcome. How are you doing?" Guru waved his hand, cutting off their loud chitchat before it went any further.
"Hey, Guru. Great," Princess said, puffing her chest slightly to sound bold.
"Good. These are my boys, Stevie and Rolex," Guru introduced, nodding toward the two younger guys standing right behind him.
Both boys stepped forward, smiling widely at the three girls.
"Yeah, I know them. We met once in Redwood," Princess said, giving them a quick glance.
"Sup," Rolex greeted, leaning against a bloodstained bar stool.
"Hey. You can call me Steve," Stevie added with a casual wave.
Kiara crossed her arms, fanning the air in front of her nose. "Okay, excuse me, Mr. Guru. Why did you choose this place? Couldn’t you find somewhere a little less bloody?"
"Nope. You said it was urgent, and we had work to do," Guru replied without looking bothered.
"Mass murder," Beam muttered, her eyes scanning the bodies lying around the broken wooden tables.
"Anything to get paid. Money makes me raise my gun," Guru said calmly. "What do you girls want?"
Guru pulled out a chair, sat down at the wooden table, and rested his forearms on the surface, ready to hear Princess’s job offer.
"So, you want me to find someone named Prince Kings?" Guru asked, repeating the name back to her.
"Yes. Prince Kings," Princess said firmly. "And bring him to me alive."
"Picture?"
Beam reached into her jacket, pulled out a thick envelope, and dropped it right onto the table.
Rolex slid the envelope over, pulled out the contents, and held up a glossy photo of a small, young boy.
"How old is he again?" Guru asked, looking closely at the photograph before raising his eyes to Princess.
"35. He’s supposed to be 35 by now," Princess said. Since he was her mother’s twin, they were bound to be the exact same age.
"Is this some kind of ritual, or is this just an old photo of him?" Guru asked, flipping the picture over. "Because in this picture, he’s a young boy. He doesn’t look anywhere close to 35."
"That’s the only picture we have," Princess replied flatly.
"So you want me to find some fucking dude who is supposed to be 45 but looked like this when he was younger?" Guru scoffed, tossing the photo back down.
"On the Rogue platform, it says you can do anything," Kiara interjected, stepping up to the table. "You named it Rogue, and we’re looking for a rogue, so find us the rogue."
Guru’s eyes narrowed as he pointed a finger straight at her face.
"Did I talk to you? I’m talking to my client. Fucking shut up."
Kiara glared back without flinching. "I’m as much your client as she is. It’s my account she used to reach out to your stupid...."
"Kiara... respect," Princess warned, putting a hand on her arm. "He’s also my father-in-law."
"Oh, please. He’s not related to Faye," Kiara rolled her eyes, shaking off Princess’s hand. "And even if he was married to Paye, he would be your brother-in-law, not your father-in-law. And FYI, you and Faye are still in the dating stage."
Stevie leaned sideways toward Rolex, keeping his voice down. "God bless me. This girl is a venomous vixen," he whispered. They clearly weren’t expecting this girl to be so feisty in a room full of dead bodies.
"Still beautiful, though. Do you think I have a shot?" Rolex muttered back, his eyes locked on Kiara.
"I’d say no. Or run. We can’t handle her."
"Ruger can match her vibes."
Guru slammed his hand flat against the tabletop, making the bottles rattle. "Will you two boys shut up and let me listen to the girls?"
Stevie and Rolex snapped their mouths shut instantly, standing up straight.
"Okay. I’ll find your Prince Kings with the information you’ve given me," Guru said, turning his full attention back to Princess. "But first, tell me why you’re looking for Prince Kings."
