Chapter 431: Waiting For Faye

Princess had been sitting inside the gym for four full hours now, waiting impatiently for Faye to return from wherever she had wandered off to earlier in the day.

She remained resting on the gym floor with little Leonny settled comfortably in her lap. Across the room, Donny was busy crawling around in a corner with Charlie, while Minny and Ronny were happily playing with Kiara and Bambi.

Kiara was simply using the whole situation as an easy opportunity to kill extra time. She really had nowhere else to be right now and desperately wanted to talk to Faye about something pressing.

Malo was completely absorbed, busy studying the pages of the ancient Moon Wolf journal.

Sasha was sitting quietly on her girlfriend’s lap near the bench.

Everyone in the room seemed to be occupied with something, and it looked like only Princess and little Leonny were actively waiting for Mommy Faye to finally walk through the front door.

The little Alpha boy kept his bright blue pacifier tucked firmly in his mouth as his big eyes remained glued to the gym entrance, waiting for his Mommy to return to them.

Princess did the exact same thing right beside him. She was pouting her lips, her focused gaze firmly fixed on the door.

Both of the Alphas in the room shared the exact same core priority in common.

Faye.

"Okay, everyone, it’s time for story time!" Malo announced loudly, throwing his hands up like a dramatic broadcaster.

"Will you keep it down? You are aware that everyone in this place has supernatural hearing, right?" Sasha snapped back. She sat straight up on the bench, glaring hard across the room at the energetic boy.

Malo completely ignored her sharp glare and continued right on speaking anyway.

"Well, we are reading a story with or without Faye here."

"Isn’t it surprising that Faye isn’t around and you are right here? You should probably be worried," Kiara chimed in, grinning as she began teasing the boy.

"She is at Pali’s shop. There is absolutely nothing to be worried about," Malo replied confidently, turning a page.

"For almost eight hours now? I am sure she finally realized that you are a bad egg, and she is out there making a brand new best friend."

"I know exactly what you are trying to do here, Kiara, but I will not fall for your foul mouth. I am the one and only best friend that Faye Grande has," Malo said, puffing out his chest proudly.

Sasha let out a loud, exaggerated fake cough from her spot.

"I am also Faye’s best friend... tsk."

"You are her There is a difference, if you weren’t her Beta, you wouldn’t even be standing here right now. I am not a Beta, but I am the only real friend who stays with her through everything because I am the true BFFFFFF..." he shot right back at Sasha, holding out the long word.

"True indeed, but her Betas put her out of danger while you always put her directly into danger."

That voice belonged to Princess. She wasn’t even a part of their petty back-and-forth conversation, but she felt that statement deeply needed to be said out loud.

"I do not put Faye in danger. Okay... her being a Moon Wolf is the actual danger here. I am literally the only reason that she has survived all the way till this day," Malo argued back, pointing at himself.

"Oh, really?" Princess muttered under her breath, raising a single eyebrow at him. Her low voice was heavily dripping with pure sarcasm.

"Yes, and just to add to it... I am the exact reason you are holding that little boy right now, along with the extra three you have running around my gym," Malo stated proudly.

"What makes you think you are the reason I have four pups?" Princess asked, her tone shifting instantly.

"If it wasn’t for me who Faye that pill that led directly to their conception, I don’t think any of them would even be alive today...."

"Aww..." Princess said in a slow, dangerously quiet voice that chilled the air. "So you are part of the group of people who secretly conspired against me?"

Malo’s eyes went wide as he immediately realized the secret he had just blurted out to the room.

"I have absolutely no idea what you are talking about. All I am saying is that I am the main reason you and Faye are even together right now."

"No, I am actually the biggest reason here. If it wasn’t for me, this whole lovey-dovey thing wouldn’t even exist, who is a cutie, you are, you chubby little Alpha..... hahaha," Kiara interrupted with a smirk, smiling as she gently pinched Minny’s soft, chubby cheeks.

Princess looked around at them, a dark look crossing her face. "You all are a completely insane set of people, but I am going to thank you for that anyway. Now that the pups are going to be having younger pups, which is partly my doing and certainly not yours..."

"Whaaaaaattttttt?" Malo muttered, dropping the journal flat...

"What the actual hell?" Kiara muttered, freezing mid-play.

Every single person inside the gym clearly heard what Princess had just blurted out.

Faye had not yet announced to her absolute best friend that she was expecting another child.

Sasha and Bambi already knew the truth simply because they were her Betas and could sense her body’s changes.

Kiara didn’t know a thing about it, and she desperately needed Faye right now for something very important.

Malo stared blankly across the floor, his jaw completely open as he processed the massive news. "Wait... Faye is pregnant again?"

Princess tilted her head slightly, realizing she had accidentally spilled the news before Faye could tell them herself. Anyways

"Yes. She is. Guess you BFFFFFFFFF.... did not inform you...."

Kiara stood up and pointed at Princess, She was short for words and the only thing that came out...
