Chapter 199: The Hyperdimensional System

Chapter 199: The Hyperdimensional System

The backup plan for the warp tunnel was never needed.

After Moment sent the quark scale warp bubble into the celestial body that continuously released antimatter, only a little over one year passed before it successfully located the antimatter universe.

The warp bubble was then gradually expanded into a warp tunnel.

One end connected directly to the antimatter annihilation reactor.

From that moment onward, the annihilation reactor no longer needed ordinary matter as fuel.

It could generate an endless supply of energy to power the warp drive and the eleven dimensional device.

The original warp tunnel was extremely small.

Its diameter was only the size of a quark.

But as antimatter continued flowing through the tunnel and entering the annihilation reactor, the reactor produced more and more energy.

The warp tunnel expanded along with it.

Half a year later, the warp tunnel had reached an astonishing scale.

At full power, the annihilation reactor could produce as much energy in one day as one billion suns.

The resulting warp bubble was large enough to envelop an entire city.

With that, the warp tunnel project was complete.

The next step was the final completion of the Technological Ascension Project.

Only one technology from the antimatter energy age remained unrealized.

[Eleven Dimensional Device Accelerated Production]

[Eleven Dimensional Device Production Complete]

In the blink of an eye, an enormous machine finished assembling before Caelum.

It was several times larger than the matter reconstruction device, which already measured three hundred meters across.

The sight was magnificent.

At its core, the device was an immense particle accelerator.

This was the eleven dimensional device.

It could shift any object freely among eleven dimensions without causing harm or side effects.

Its capabilities were almost absurd.

Human beings could directly observe only three dimensions.

Length, width, and height formed everything visible to the human eye.

The remaining dimensions could not be observed directly.

That included even the first and second dimensions.

The first dimension was a line that possessed only length and was infinitely thin.

The second dimension was a surface with length and width but no thickness.

Because both were infinitely thin, human beings could not directly perceive them.

Above the third dimension lay further dimensions extending all the way to the eleventh.

There might be even higher dimensions, but human theory could currently reach only eleven.

The fourth dimension was not time.

Space and spacetime could not be treated as the same concept.

When discussing space alone, every dimension above the third and up to the eleventh remained difficult for humanity to understand or observe directly.

However, humans could infer their existence through the behavior of three dimensional matter.

Imagine a box filled with countless moving spheres.

The spheres possessed different colors and collided with one another, changing each other’s paths.

Humanity acted as the observer.

But because human beings shared the same frequency only with the blue spheres, they could observe only the movements of those blue spheres.

To human eyes, the blue spheres represented the universe they could see and every form of matter they could directly observe.

Yet the box also contained spheres of many other colors.

Human beings could not see them directly.

Even so, those unseen spheres still collided with the blue spheres and altered their motion.

By observing those disturbances, humanity could confirm that other spheres existed.

All matter that could not be directly observed was collectively called dark matter.

Returning to the analogy of the box and its spheres, humans shared the frequency of the blue spheres.

Because of that, they could perceive only the world formed by blue spheres and existed within that dimension.

There were also dimensions formed by yellow spheres.

Dimensions formed by red spheres.

And many others.

Together, there were eleven dimensions.

From this reasoning, an observer who entered the frequency of another color would naturally enter the dimension formed by that color.

Different dimensions operated at different frequencies.

Because of that, each displayed unique characteristics from a human perspective.

A simple comparison made the idea easier to understand.

If a human could transform into light, that person would possess the speed of light.

All other forms of speed in the universe would lose meaning.

If a human could transform into a neutrino and enter the world of neutrinos, that person would gain the ability to pass through almost any form of matter.

Entering the frequency of another dimension meant acquiring the properties of that dimension.

In certain dimensions, spatial distance became greatly compressed.

A journey of four thousand light years might require only a single step.

Some dimensions were relatively isolated.

Matter within them rarely interacted with matter from most other dimensions.

As a result, others could neither see nor touch anything hidden there.

Even if someone reached out to grab such an object, it would pass through their hand like a neutrino without leaving any sensation behind.

Once these concepts were understood, the astonishing nature of the eleven dimensional device became clear.

Through it, Caelum could freely enter and leave all eleven dimensions.

He could use the properties granted by any of them at will.

He would become something close to a true god.

A deep hum filled the air.

The annihilation reactor operated at full power.

Once the eleven dimensional device received sufficient energy, it activated immediately.

A robot standing before Caelum vanished.

A moment later, rapid signals sounded.

Moment displayed the robot’s location data.

In the span of a blink, it had crossed more than one thousand kilometers through another dimension.

It worked.

Joy appeared on Caelum’s face.

"Begin assembly."

"Understood."

The successful activation of the eleven dimensional device completed the final missing piece of the Technological Ascension Project.

Every branch of the antimatter age had now been realized.

Only then did the next stage of technology unlock.

[String Force Field Device Unlocked]

Caelum had no time to concern himself with the newly unlocked technology.

He began assembling a combat system designed exclusively for himself.

A quantum computer.

An antimatter annihilation reactor.

A matter reconstruction device.

A warp drive.

An eleven dimensional device.

A powerful magnetic field generator.

Beam weapons.

And many other machines.

Caelum assembled them into a single integrated network.

Under the coordination and control of the quantum computer, every component joined together perfectly.

The result was a combat system capable of almost anything.

He named it the Hyperdimensional System.

After the assembly was complete, Caelum placed the quantum terminal containing its control system around his wrist.

The enormous metal devices standing behind him vanished.

A warp bubble created by the warp drive concealed them within subspace.

Caelum slid a finger across the quantum terminal.

Space beside him twisted.

A beam of unbearable brilliance erupted from subspace.

It followed the distorted space created by the warp drive and struck a target one thousand light years away.

The beam pierced an unknown planet completely.

A brilliant burst of light bloomed in deep space like cosmic fireworks.

It was both beautiful and cruel.

That light would not reach Aquora for another one thousand years.
