Chapter 394: First Customer

Wang Rouqiu’s eyes turned wide in shock. She could not believe what she was seeing. How could this be possible? How come this delicious scent was coming from the big bear tribe’s stall? She wanted to charge at their stall and see what was going on, but just as she was about to take a few steps toward the stall, she could not help but halt in her stride. No, she could not go there. He turned to look at his mother curiously and asked, "Mother, what is going on with the big bear tribe? It seems like they are different from the last time. Look at this; they actually came up with something unique." No one knew what they were selling, but there was no copy of their goods in the market.

Chief Lu looked at her son and smiled. She raised her hand and patted him on the head. "It seems like the big bear tribe is being led by a different woman. I heard that she is the one who is controlling them this time around." Chief Lu was also curious about this woman, but she was the one managing the market and could not go over to see what was going on with the big bear tribe.

How could Lu Ye not see what his mother was thinking?

He immediately said in a cheeky manner, "Mother, how about I go and take a look? No one knows that I am your son; they will not be on guard against me." Lu Ye thought that the big bear tribe was making trouble by bringing something sneaky out; after all, the last time they tried to steal business from the black snake tribe. Thinking about the past, he was filled with an urgent need to fight back. He wanted to see what kind of sneaky trick the big bear tribe was going to pull this time around.

"Alright, if you want to see what is going on, then you can go ahead and see. But don’t make trouble for them unless they really do something wrong." Chief Lu also knew what her son was thinking, so she immediately warned her son. She was worried that Lu Ye would make trouble with the people of the big bear tribe without seeing things through. If that happened, then the matter of them bullying a small tribe would become known all over the place.

"I know, Mom. I am not a bully; as long as they don’t do anything wrong, I will not cause trouble for them." Lu Ye was not an unreasonable person. As long as the big bear tribe did not cause trouble, he would not do anything to them.

Seeing that her son was sensible, Chief Lu did not say anything and then allowed him to go and play to his heart’s content. Anyway, Lu Ye was not weak at all; in fact, he was quite a troublemaker. Since he was a child, he would fight with anyone and anything as long as he felt that they were looking at him the wrong way. Since that was the case, she was not worried at all. Lu Ye had no idea that his mother was worried about him getting bullied. At that moment, he was heading toward the big bear tribe. However, as soon as he stepped inside the market, he realised that there was something amiss. He sniffed the scent that was coming from the end of the market and frowned. He walked past the crowd and then came to a stop in front. When he saw that the scent was coming from big bear tribe’s stall, he couldn’t help but frown even harder.

Realising that the scent was coming from the big bear tribe, even though Lu Ye did not want to admit that there was something good in their hands, he still walked over to where the big bear tribe was working. He first looked at the pot that had been set up and then turned to look at the raging fire that was burning underneath the pot. Seeing the sight in front of him, he could not help but widen his eyes. What was going on? Didn’t everyone say that Big bear tribe was very protective of the holy fire that was gifted to them? Why did they bring it here?

"Hello?"

He was still thinking when he heard a charming voice calling him. He raised his head and looked at the woman standing in front of him. One look and he was completely sold! Because the woman in front of him was really beautiful!

He sucked in a breath and looked at the woman in shock. "You..."

"I am Ruan Chanchan." Seeing that the mer was interested in her instant noodles, Ruan Chanchan quickly took the first step. She smiled at the mer and greeted him. "Would you like to try our instant noodles?"
