After getting ready, Qin Miao arrived at the previously busy vacant office.

The interior had been rearranged to resemble a regularly used office.

Why not use Toto’s office?

While Qin Miao pondered, the Netflix director in charge of filming came over with a smile to greet Qin Miao.

As if reading Qin Miao’s mind, the director explained, "We can’t really film in Mr. Wolff’s office because there are many things in his office that can’t be disclosed. Filming there would inevitably leak a lot of privacy."

Qin Miao nodded understandingly, "Okay, when do we start?"

"Very soon. Mr. Wolff is currently getting his makeup done. We can go over the shooting process and your positioning while we’re waiting. After finishing, the director confirmed again, "Do you remember the dialogue from back then?"

Qin Miao shrugged, "Honestly, not very clearly, but I remember the general flow."

"That’s enough! You can start getting into character and prepare." With that, the director hurried off to handle other arrangements.

Ten minutes later, Toto, wearing the exclusive white shirt for Mercedes management, came out of his office and, upon seeing Qin Miao waiting, said somewhat helplessly, "Honestly, I really don’t want to relive that day’s events. It’s a nightmare that wakes me at night."

Qin Miao chuckled helplessly.

But at least Toto could now joke about it, indicating he wasn’t as bothered by it.

"I guess I should feel honored to appear in your dream," Qin Miao joked.

"You should come less often," Toto replied.

What followed was relatively simple; at least it didn’t require much thinking from Qin Miao.

Under Netflix’s camera, Qin Miao and Toto roughly recreated the scenes from back then.

Honestly, before reshooting this scene, Qin Miao never imagined Toto was also an acting talent.

Since Netflix wanted a continuous shot, it began from Qin Miao’s perspective.

Qin Miao walked out of his office and then went to Toto’s office door, knocked, and entered.

Sitting down, Qin Miao gazed at Toto’s smile.

After some small talk, Qin Miao got to the point.

Throughout the process, Qin Miao didn’t see any unusual expressions on Toto’s face; the whole thing felt natural.

It really gave Qin Miao a sense of déjà vu, revisiting the scene when he went to Toto back then.

Qin Miao could also see Toto’s disbelief and bewilderment upon hearing Qin Miao would leave Mercedes for Ferrari next season.

Toto was flawless during the whole process, while Qin Miao caused retakes twice.

There was no helping it; he just couldn’t help himself.

You can’t blame Qin Miao’s lack of acting skills because when he saw expressions on Toto’s face that were rarely seen, it was hard to stay composed due to his familiarity with Toto.

This was partly Toto’s fault, as he was too cordial with Qin Miao.

But compared to domestic fresh stars, Qin Miao was much better as at least he didn’t use a stand-in or say numbers instead of lines.

After some familiarization, they managed to get a satisfactory shot for Netflix’s director.
