Chapter 7: System Works, Mother’s Happy

Levi nodded his head. He clicked on the one-minute option and suddenly received a new message.

[Enlightenment Function has been activated]

The moment he read that message, his eyes suddenly went blank.

Sera and Morgan held their breath. At this moment, they were worried but also hopeful.

Suddenly, Levi started forming the Five Forms Fists in rapid succession.

He knew what he needed to achieve. Even though a minute of enlightenment didn’t help him reach that level, it didn’t matter.

Crossing the threshold meant he could do it.

"It worked."

Sera excitedly hugged her husband while watching her son perform the basic movements of Five Beasts Form.

Each form was getting better with each movement.

At this moment, Sera quickly thought of something and raced out of the room.

Morgan didn’t understand what she wanted to do, but when she returned, he saw two talismans in her hand.

Seeing these talismans, his eyes shrank, but then he nodded.

He understood why Sera brought them here.

"It’s already three."

Morgan looked at his phone and said.

Despite hours of training, Levi didn’t look tired. That’s because martial arts training consumed the extra blood energy.

So, while he was training, he was consuming that level six blood energy, but it wasn’t forcing his blood to produce more blood energy.

Without that, he generally wouldn’t get tired, as his blood wouldn’t consume more nutrients.

"Good job, son!"

Morgan patted his son on the shoulder and grinned.

"It’s thanks to that enlightenment, Dad."

Morgan nodded and walked out of the training room with his son. Levi returned to his room while Morgan walked downstairs.

While taking a bath, Levi carefully checked the system panel once more, especially his profile.

Levi hurriedly shook his head.

"No, no, no. From all the stories I’ve read, heroes are the chosen ones. You don’t mean to say a hero can be evil, do you?"
