Mo Ran slowly began drinking the earth heart nectar from the container.

As she drank, she felt something strange happening inside her. Just as Mo Yuan had explained, two choices appeared in her mind. Without hesitation, she chose her Cultivation Talent, just as her brother had instructed.

Then she continued drinking but after a while, she suddenly found herself unable to take another sip.

She lowered the container and focused her attention on what was about to happen.

Mo Yuan, who had been watching her closely, noticed her putting the Earth Heart Nectar container down.

’As expected, she has reached her limit. Around two liters. Not bad at all.’

He nodded to himself before reminding her once more, "Mo Ran, remember what I told you. The pain will be intense but you have to endure it. Hold on as long as you can."

Before she could respond, a sudden wave of pain spread throughout her body.

Mo Ran’s eyes widened. She had never experienced anything like this before. It felt as if every part of her body was being torn apart from the inside.

The pain was so intense that her mind almost went blank.

"Hold on, Mo Ran!" Mo Yuan’s voice reached her ears.

She gritted her teeth and clenched her fists. Her nails dug into her palms, leaving small marks but she refused to make a sound.

Her entire body trembled. Sweat poured down her forehead and her face turned pale. Even so, she did not let out a single painful groan.

Seeing this, Mo Yuan’s eyes widened slightly before a smile appeared on his face.

’Not bad. She’s doing much better than I expected.’

"Good, Mo Ran! Keep holding on. It’s almost over!"

He continued encouraging her and Mo Ran tried her best to endure the pain.

Five minutes later, the pain finally began to fade.

Mo Ran took a deep breath and suddenly collapsed to the floor. She sat there, breathing heavily, trying to recover from the ordeal.

Mo Yuan nodded before walking over and helping her stand.

Her entire body was covered in sweat. Her eyes were bloodshot and even her breathing was unsteady. It was clear just how much pain she had endured.

Mo Yuan took out a fruit from his storage space and handed it to her.

"Eat this. It will help you recover. Once the pain is gone, your body will feel much better."

Mo Ran nodded weakly and took a bite.

The fruit melted in her mouth and a warm energy spread throughout her body. The small wounds left by her nails healed and the exhaustion caused by the physical pain quickly disappeared.

Soon, her body felt fresh and comfortable, as if she had never experienced that terrible pain in the first place.

On the other hand, Mo Yuan checked her talent panel once more.

Seeing that her Cultivation Talent had risen from Standard Grade to Ultimate Grade, Mo Yuan nodded with satisfaction.

’Good. It worked.’

Mo Ran looked at him, still a little confused.

"Brother, what was that? It hurt so much!"

As she remembered the pain, goosebumps appeared on her skin.

"Hehe, don’t worry about it now."

Mo Yuan ruffled her hair before continuing, "When we reach the Holy Base, I’ll start teaching you how to cultivate."

Mo Ran was surprised.

"But brother, aren’t people supposed to be fifteen years old before they can start cultivating?"

"That’s right," Mo Yuan replied with a smile. "But the fruit I gave you earlier already increased your strength to the Origin Seed Realm and made your body stronger. Now, you can begin cultivating as well."

"You don’t need to wait until you’re fifteen anymore."

Hearing this, Mo Ran smiled and nodded.

"Thank you, brother."

"Haha, it’s fine. This was your effort, after all. Now, get some rest."

Mo Yuan ruffled her hair once more.

"Okay, brother."

Mo Ran let out a tired sigh. Although the physical pain had disappeared, the mental exhaustion remained.

She slowly left the cultivation chamber with Mo Yuan and went to her room to sleep.

After seeing her off, Mo Yuan turned toward Goldy and Kitty.

"Alright, you two can slack off now as well."

Both of them nodded before returning to their usual spots on the sofa and closing their eyes.

Mo Yuan shook his head with a small smile before thinking about what he should do next.

’Hmm... I need to inform the others that I’ll be leaving for the Holy Base tomorrow. They should have enough time to prepare if they want to come along.’

He also needed to visit David and ask about the next realm.

He already knew that reaching the Sovereign Realm required transforming Primordial Qi into Elemental Qi.

However, he had no idea how to begin the process or which element he should choose.

’Hmm... Which element should I choose?’

Mo Yuan thought for a moment.

David had once told him that cultivators could begin with a common element, such as fire or water and reach the Sovereign Realm that way. Afterward, they could study and master other elements.

’Then I should probably start with one of the basic elements. I can think about the others after reaching the Sovereign Realm.’

Having made up his mind, Mo Yuan stood up.

’I’ll visit David first, tell him about my decision and ask him for more information about the Sovereign Realm. After that, I’ll inform the others about tomorrow’s departure.’

With that, Mo Yuan left his house and headed toward the Human Federation Tower.

Within five minutes, Mo Yuan reached the Human Federation Tower.

He entered the elevator and pressed the button for the 100th floor.

Seeing that David’s voice did not sound in his ears as usual, Mo Yuan knew that he was aware of his arrival. However, David seemed to be in no mood to greet him this time.

’Looks like he’s busy.’

Mo Yuan shrugged and waited patiently as the elevator climbed.

Ding!

The elevator reached the 100th floor and its doors slowly opened.

Mo Yuan stepped out and immediately saw David sitting behind his desk, surrounded by piles of papers.

Several documents were scattered across the table and the usually calm Sovereign realm cultivator looked rather distressed.
