I Summon Female Knights

Chapter 83: Obtaining Rewards (1)

The grand throne room of The Iron Spire was bathed in a quiet, majestic twilight as Raphael stepped through the shimmering arc of the Waypoint Gate.

He pulled back his hood, revealing dark, messy hair sticking damply to his forehead. His clothes bore faint traces of black void-ash from his confrontation with the Abyssal Leviathan, but his posture was completely relaxed, his silver eyes bright with cold, quiet satisfaction.

Vanessa was waiting near the foot of the throne dais, her dark relic-staff anchored against the polished black marble floor. Her violet eyes shone with deep relief as she bowed her head.

"Welcome back, Sovereign," Vanessa spoke, her voice carrying through the high gothic arches. "The outer perimeter ward sensors have stabilized. I felt the spatial resonance shift moments ago- the Leviathan’s core signature has been fully integrated into the castle’s defensive matrix."

"It sleeps in the outer void sea now," Raphael replied smoothly, his deep voice echoing through the hall as he walked up the marble steps to take his seat upon the obsidian throne. "Our borders are officially secured."

He rested his arm on the carved armrest, leaning back into the dark stone. With a subtle flick of his gauntleted wrist, he summoned the golden interface containing his newly acquired quest rewards from subduing the B++ Tier anomaly.

Floating side by side in the air were ten golden Gacha Tickets and a shimmering, violet-bordered item card pulsing with Calamity-Class energy.

Raphael looked down at Vanessa. Since his awakening, the Iron Spire had been an untouchable fortress, but it was also a ghost keep, empty, vast, and managed entirely by Vanessa alone. To run a true domain capable of sustaining a long-term campaign during the continental alignment, he needed specialized human infrastructure and household management.

"We begin with the population," Raphael stated, selecting the 5x Citizen Gacha Tickets. He pressed the holographic confirm prompt.

BOOM!

Five pillars of brilliant, warm-amber light erupted from the marble floor at the center of the throne room, expanding until they reached the high stone vaulted ceiling. The light swirled with intricate domain runes before slowly condensing into five distinct human silhouettes.

As the amber light faded, five individuals bowed simultaneously, their hands pressed against their chests in absolute, unquestioning loyalty to the Sovereign.

The Head Butler, a tall, immaculate man in his late fifties wearing a tailcoat, with silver-streaked hair and sharp grey eyes, stepped forward first, bowing until his brow nearly touched the stone.

"This humble servant, Master Eldrin, greets the Sovereign," the Butler spoke in a crisp, refined tone. "My staff and I stand ready to manage the household affairs of The Iron Spire so that your Lordship may focus entirely on conquest."

Behind him, the Master Chef, a broad-shouldered man with a thick beard and a pristine white tunic, and the two neatly uniformed C-Tier maids bowed in silent unison.

Standing slightly apart from the rest was the Chief Systems Analyst, a thin, sharp-featured young man wearing lightweight tactical wire-rimmed glasses and a sleek, slate-grey tech tunic. His hands flickered with faint blue holographic data streams even while standing still.

Raphael’s silver eyes locked onto the analyst.

"You?" Raphael asked quietly.

"Julian, my Lord," the technician replied, his voice fast, precise, and devoid of fear. "My Quantum Analysis trait allows my mind to interface directly with high-density server grids and optical fiber feeds without physical delay."

"Good," Raphael said, gesturing toward the eastern corridor leading to the subterranean server chambers. "You will be stationed in the Intelligence Room. Your sole responsibility is to monitor all incoming streams from Jiston’s public networks, Bureau frequency channels, and corporate satellite arrays. I want every movement made by Captain Vale, Vanguard Coalition, and Apex Guild parsed in real time. And eventually, the whole world."

Julian’s eyes lit up behind his glasses. "It shall be done immediately, Sovereign."

"Eldrin," Raphael addressed the butler. "Take the staff and establish your quarters in the domestic wing. Ensure the keep remains pristine and the kitchen is fully stocked from our treasury reserves."

"By your command, my Lord," Eldrin bowed deeply, leading the chef, maids, and technician out of the throne room with quiet, practiced efficiency.

Raphael watched them leave, satisfied with the instant transformation of his fortress. The Iron Spire was no longer just a stronghold; it was an operational kingdom. He turned his attention back to the remaining reward floating in the air: the Random Weapon Gift Card.

"Now, for the Calamity reward," Raphael murmured, tapping the glowing violet card.

WSHHH!

The holographic card dissolved into a swirl of dense, crackling violet plasma. The spatial density in the throne room spiked dramatically as a six-foot staff materialized in mid-air, floating horizontally before the obsidian throne.

It was a magnificent, royal weapon. The staff’s shaft was forged from lightweight dark void-alloy, wrapped in intricate silver runes that pulsated with a deep, liquid-violet energy. At its apex sat a floating, diamond-shaped violet power crystal that rotated continuously, emitting a soft, low-frequency hum that vibrated through the stone floor.

[CALAMITY WEAPON MATRIX UNLOCKED!]

[Name: Aegis-Crest of the Void Empress]

[Type: Calamity-Class Catalyst Staff]

[Attributes: +85 Intelligence, +70 Mana Capacity, +50% Gravitational Control Efficiency]

[Special Skill: Event Horizon Ward-> Creates an absolute, self-sustaining gravitational field that neutralizes incoming elemental and physical projectiles]

---

Raphael reached out, grabbing the staff by its cool, dark shaft. He felt the immense, pure spatial-gravitational energy humming within the crystal, a weapon far beyond standard B-Tier equipment. He didn’t need a staff. His path was that of a martial Sovereign wielding dual adamantine blades and crushing spatial domain overwrites.

He looked down at Vanessa, who was staring at the glowing violet staff in stunned, silent wonder. Her old relic-staff was formidable, but compared to this Calamity-Class catalyst, it was like comparing polished iron to a fallen star.

"Vanessa," Raphael spoke softly, stepping down from the throne dais.

She snapped to attention, bowing her head. "Yes, Lord Raphael?"

Raphael extended his hand, holding the six-foot violet energy staff out toward her.

"Your dark relic-staff served its purpose during our early days," Raphael said, his deep baritone filled with genuine, quiet appreciation. "You are the Dark Saintess of The Iron Spire, my primary advisor, and the steward of my realm. You require a catalyst worthy of your station."

Vanessa looked up, her violet eyes widening as her breath hitched in her throat. She looked at the shimmering, violet-burning staff, then up into Raphael’s silver eyes. Her fingers trembled slightly as she reached out, taking the dark void-alloy shaft from his hand.

The moment her skin touched the staff, the diamond-shaped violet crystal flared with brilliant, harmonious light. A gentle wave of dark purple gravitational mana erupted from her body, wrapping around her dark silk robes like a celestial cloak.

Vanessa dropped to both knees on the cold black marble, cradling the Aegis-Crest of the Void Empress against her chest, her head bowed in absolute, profound devotion.

"My Lord... Sovereign..." Vanessa whispered, her silk-like voice trembling with emotion. "I swear upon my core, my life, and my soul... this staff shall only ever strike those who stand in the way of your absolute rule."

Raphael looked down at her, a cold, satisfied smile touching his lips.

The household was populated, his chief advisor was equipped with Calamity-tier hardware, and his treasury was overflowing. All that remained was to summon his high-tier vanguard warriors.
