I Summon Female Knights
Chapter 84: Obtaining Rewards (2)
The lingering violet radiance from Vanessa’s newly bestowed staff, the Aegis-Crest of the Void Empress, still cast long, shimmering shadows across the polished black marble of the throne room.
Vanessa stood at the base of the dais, holding the dark void-alloy shaft with practiced, regal grace. The floating diamond-shaped crystal at its peak pulsed in rhythmic harmony with her own mana core, wrapping her dark silk robes in a faint aura of gravitational force.
Raphael sat upon the obsidian throne, resting his chin against his gauntleted hand.
With his household staff now established and his chief advisor fully equipped with Calamity-Class hardware, only one crucial task remained to complete this phase of his isolation: summoning his military vanguard. With a flick of his wrist, Raphael brought up his remaining quest rewards.
Five golden Summon Gacha Tickets materialized in the air before him, flickering with deep, violet-and-crimson light.
"System," Raphael commanded, his deep baritone echoing through the high gothic arches. "Use the gachas."
He pressed the holographic confirm prompt.
BOOM!
The temperature inside the vast throne room plummeted instantly. The high stone pillars groaned as a massive spatial tear ripped open down the center of the hall, spewing clouds of thick, silvery-violet mist across the floor. Five distinct beams of intense, blinding light shot down from the vaulted ceiling into the center of the mist.

As the blinding light faded, the heavy mist receded to reveal four imposing figures kneeling in a precise, disciplined formation upon the black marble floor.
In the center stood three massive, eight-foot-tall Heavy Vanguard Knights. Clad from head to toe in thick, interlocking plates of dull black void-iron armor, they carried massive tower shields forged from high-density adamantine alloys and heavy war-picks that crackled with kinetic mana. Their faceplates were solid iron visors glowing with cold, pale-blue soul-flames.
Flanking them in the shadows was the Shadow Assassin, a lean, six-foot-four figure wrapped in skin-tight, matte-black void-leather armor that seemed to swallow light entirely. Two curved, jet-black daggers hung reversed at his hips, their edges coated in a faint, shimmering violet sheen. His face was completely covered by a sleek, featureless obsidian mask.
The fourth summon, the A-Tier Dark Wisp, did not take physical form. Instead, an orb of pitch-black, writhing shadow-fire floated in front of Raphael. It let out a soft, dark hum before dissolving into a crystalline void sphere, floating gently into Raphael’s open palm.
Raphael looked down at the dark sphere in his hand. An A-Tier entity core capable of being integrated directly into a living host... a parasitic spirit that could quietly corrupt, control, or enhance a target from within.
A Trojan horse, Raphael thought, a cold, dangerous smile touching his lips as he transferred the wisp directly into his spatial inventory vault. When the time comes to break the high-tier human guilds from the inside, this will be invaluable. Raphael turned his silver eyes back to the kneeling guardians.
"Rise," Raphael commanded quietly.
In perfect, terrifying unison, the three Heavy Knights and the Shadow Assassin stood. The sheer physical density of the three knights made the marble floor creak under their weight, while the assassin stepped back into the pillars’ shadows, his presence vanishing almost completely from perception.
"My Lord," the lead Heavy Knight spoke, his voice sounding like two massive iron plates grinding together. "The Vanguard stands ready to hold your walls against all who dare approach The Iron Spire."
"The shadows belong to you, Sovereign," the Shadow Assassin whispered, his voice a quiet, sibilant echo that seemed to originate from nowhere and everywhere at once.
"Good," Raphael said, gesturing toward the main gates. "Knights, take your posts at the outer gatehouse and reinforce the Abyssal Leviathan’s perimeter. Assassin, blend into the outer drift islands. Track any spatial anomalies or uninvited guests that drift near our domain."
"As you command, Sovereign!"
The guardians bowed deeply before turning and filing out of the throne room with military precision.
With the citadel populated, his perimeter defended by an apex leviathan, and his new vanguard stationed, Raphael felt the subtle, deep shift within the castle’s core. The Iron Spire was no longer just an isolated dungeon... it was a fully operational, high-tier domain waiting for the right moment to strike.
Raphael leaned back against his dark throne, taking a deep breath as he summoned his personal status screen to evaluate his total progress following his long training, void hunt, and domain expansion.

Raphael reviewed the numbers with quiet, absolute satisfaction.
His attributes had surged past the absolute peak of standard B-Rank limits, placing his raw physical and mental capabilities on par with top-tier A-Rank specialists. With Realm-Breaker mastered, his blades sharpened, and an elite staff running his fortress, his foundation was untouchable.
He closed the floating status screen, looking out through the tall gothic archways toward the vast, dark void stretching past The Sentinel Gardens.
Far beyond the spatial boundaries of his keep, in the rain-slicked streets of Jiston, the human world was slowly fracturing. Vanguard Coalition was collapsing under financial ruin, Apex Guild was mobilizing for war, and Captain Vale was fruitlessly chasing ghosts in the lower sectors. They believed they were fighting for control of a city.
They didn’t realize that the world was merely waiting for the long-term continental alignment to reach its peak.
Raphael rested his hands on the obsidian armrests of his throne, his luminous silver eyes flashing with dark, unshakeable ambition in the quiet twilight of his hall.
Whether the alignment took six months, a year, or a full decade to complete, it made no difference. When the spatial barriers finally shattered, and the human guilds looked to the skies in terror, the Iron Spire would descend upon the continent, and the world would finally learn the true meaning of a Sovereign.
