Chapter 599 -594: Fighting All the Kings

Body after body plummeted from the sky, staining a vast patch of the sea below red. It looked like a sea of blood—a truly shocking sight.

“That’s almost four thousand men. Doesn’t Ning Jiang ever get tired?”

Someone said with a trembling voice, watching the scene unfold in utter shock.

Ordinarily, Ning Jiang should have been completely exhausted long ago. Instead, he only grew fiercer the longer he fought. He rampaged through the great army as if no one was there, killing with every passing moment.

The Demon Race army was utterly helpless against him. The battle had turned into a one-sided slaughter.

Who would have believed such a thing possible if they hadn’t witnessed it with their own eyes?

An army of ten thousand facing a single man. No matter how you looked at it, Ning Jiang shouldn’t have stood a chance. Yet now, like a Divine Demon incarnate, he was slaughtering the great army, throwing them into utter chaos.

Anyone could see that it was only a matter of time before Ning Jiang annihilated the entire ten-thousand-man army.

“If he keeps this up, the Chaos Alliance will be forced to intervene, won’t they?”

Far in the distance, dozens of miles away.

Over thirty figures were gathered there. Their expressions were grim, their eyes filled with killing intent.

“We underestimated this young man. His power is even greater than we imagined.”

These were the various Kings of the Chaos Alliance.

Their hearts bled as they watched so many Earth Martial Realm experts perish. Each of those experts was a formidable figure in their own right, capable of holding a significant position within their respective clans.

In the Six Eastern Provinces, for instance, a single Earth Martial Realm expert could found an Upper Grade Sect and wield considerable power.

These ten thousand Earth Martial Realm experts were the foundation of their respective clans. With Ning Jiang slaughtering them on this scale, their clans would have their very foundations shaken. Moreover, they could all see that the army had lost all will to fight. Ning Jiang had slaughtered them into a state of terror, and some had even begun to retreat and flee.

“Enough. Retreat!”

The Flood Dragon King couldn’t bear to watch any longer and gave the order.

“WHOOOOO!”

The horn sounded. Immediately, the remaining Martial Artists retreated as swiftly as a receding tide, as if they had been granted a grand pardon. Their faces were masks of terror, and they repeatedly glanced backward, seemingly afraid that Ning Jiang would pursue them.

“He won! Ning Jiang actually won!”

The crowd of onlooking Martial Artists stared, dumbfounded, at the retreating army.

A single man had crushed an army of ten thousand in a frontal assault. How was that even possible?

One versus ten thousand. Such a thing was the stuff of legends, yet it had actually happened.

Ning Jiang did not give chase. At that moment, over thirty figures came striding toward him.

“It’s the Flood Dragon King, and the other Kings of the Chaos Alliance.”

The crowd of Martial Artists gasped upon seeing them. All thirty-odd of these Kings were renowned figures, and the deeds of any one of them could fill a book.

Normally, these thirty-odd Kings would never appear all at once.

Everyone present understood. They had all come for one person: Ning Jiang.

“Flood Dragon King. We meet again.”

Ning Jiang said calmly, his gaze fixed on the imposing, middle-aged man at the head of the group.

They had met once before in Celestial Treasure City, where the Flood Dragon King had revealed his fierce killing intent toward him.

“Ning Jiang, you are truly a breathtaking talent. In their youth, not even the Undying Celestial King or Golden Cicada possessed the combat prowess to face ten thousand foes at once. If you were a member of my Flood Dragon Clan, I would spare no effort to cultivate you. Unfortunately, you are my enemy, which means your only destiny is death.”

The Flood Dragon King said slowly.

The regret in his voice was genuine. If the Flood Dragon Clan had a talent like Ning Jiang, how could they fail to prosper?

But since Ning Jiang was an enemy, he absolutely could not let him live.

“Oh? You plan to gang up on me? It’s true, the thirty-odd of you pose a greater threat than that army of ten thousand,” Ning Jiang said calmly.

These thirty-odd men were all Kings. Even with their Cultivation Realms suppressed, each one was comparable to an expert of the Ten Great Earth Martial Realms.

An army of ten thousand, despite its numbers, had its power spread too thin; they were completely disorganized. But these thirty-odd Kings were different. Every one of them possessed a wealth of combat experience, and they could coordinate effectively even if it was their first time fighting as a team.

“Insolent whelp! As if we would need to join forces to deal with you! I will slay you myself!”

An old man’s eyes bulged like bronze bells. He strode forward, his entire aura swelling until it felt as heavy as a mountain.

“It’s the ancestor of the Blood Shark Clan,” someone in the crowd gasped.

“Ning Jiang has their Grand Elder hanging over there. The Blood Shark Clan has lost all face. It looks like their ancestor is here to settle the score personally.”

While they were still murmuring, the Blood Shark Clan’s ancestor abruptly charged forward.

Endless waves churned under his control. From the surface of the sea, pillar after pillar of water shot up toward the heavens. The pillars spun rapidly, like enormous drills, as they bore down on Ning Jiang.

BOOM.

With a tremendous crash, water sprayed in every direction.

Thunderbolts surged around Ning Jiang’s body, deflecting the attack entirely.

His gaze was impassive as he said coldly, “I will defeat you in three moves!”

“KILL!”

Hearing this, the Blood Shark Clan’s ancestor let out a furious roar. When had he ever been subjected to such contempt, especially from a junior?

The Spiritual Qi within his body erupted with full force.

RUMBLE!

Below, the sea in a thousand-zhang radius began to churn violently. The water coalesced into countless blood-red sharks, thousands upon thousands of them, which scrambled over one another to lunge at Ning Jiang.

The sight was breathtaking. The sharks swarmed everywhere, blotting out the sky.

“They say that when the Blood Shark Clan’s ancestor uses this technique, he can control the sea in a hundred-li radius and destroy an entire city with a single move,” an onlooker said, his voice filled with awe.

And this was with the Blood Shark Clan ancestor’s Cultivation suppressed. Otherwise, the technique would have been countless times more terrifying.

“Pathetic.”

A look of disdain crossed Ning Jiang’s face. Wielding his Thunder Dragon Sword, he shot forward from his position. He transformed into a Heaven-Reaching Sword Light that cleaved apart all the sharks in his path.

“First move!”

In an overwhelming display of power, Ning Jiang charged right up to the Blood Shark Clan’s ancestor, raised his foot, and stomped straight down.

The sole of his foot blazed with divine light. The force of the stomp was no less than that of an Ancient Divine Mountain crashing down from the heavens.

BAM.

The Blood Shark Clan’s ancestor threw up both arms to block the stomp. His arms instantly shattered, and his body was violently thrown backward.

“Second move.”

Ning Jiang’s figure blurred, and he was instantly upon the Blood Shark Clan’s ancestor. He threw a punch that seemed to land weightlessly on the old man’s chest.

CRACK.

The bones in his chest shattered, and he violently spewed a mouthful of fresh blood.

“Third move.”

SLICE.

It was a Sword Aura, incomparably sharp, piercing through heaven and earth, seemingly unstoppable.

At the critical moment, the Blood Shark Clan’s ancestor managed to avoid a fatal blow, but the attack still sliced off one of his arms.

‘I have to find a way to kill this brat.’

The Blood Shark Clan’s ancestor was filled with a mixture of shock and fury. The power Ning Jiang had displayed was terrifying. Even someone as mighty as himself had been grievously wounded in just three moves. He was no match for him whatsoever.

The hearts of the other Kings sank.

The ancestor of the Three-headed Snake Clan had also been thinking of going up to test Ning Jiang, but now he immediately dismissed the idea.

DONG!

The void trembled as a figure stepped forward. “I will be the one to slay you!”
