The wait was exceptionally long.

Someone suddenly brought up the ranking of Wuda’s top martial artists, sparking a discussion among the waiting crowd. Since most of the martial artists here to compress their pills were from Wuda, they were very familiar with this year’s batch of Wuda students. In the crowd, some supported Bai Xiaolong, while others backed Meng Yang. Naturally, there were also fans of Jin Guoqian.

However, the majority of the martial artists still believed that Su Yue was the strongest.

Of course, this was all just a debate. After all, the absolute top-tier experts were far beyond their reach. Listening to the others analyze him—and even badmouth him—Su Yue found it rather amusing, even though most of their claims were complete nonsense.

A while later, the topic of conversation took a strange turn.

The crowd gradually shifted from discussing Su Yue’s strength to gossiping about his private life. The rumors were outrageously absurd. Apparently, Su Yue suddenly had three girlfriends. The first was Mu Cheng. The second was Feng Jiajia from Dongwu. The third was Gong Ling from the Warring States Military Academy. These three female students were all famous as the strongest female martial artists in Wuda recently, and the scandalous rumors linking them to Su Yue were oddly well-reasoned.

"Brother, I don’t think Feng Jiajia is actually pregnant with Su Yue’s son. It’s all rumors. Wouldn’t you agree?"

The wealthy young man from B Wuda, who was queuing right in front of Su Yue, was very enthusiastic about the gossip. After debating with the other people in line, he ran back to chat with Su Yue.

Beneath his mask, Su Yue wore a bitter expression. He hadn’t expected to be seen as a scumbag in the eyes of others.

"I only have one girlfriend, and that’s Mu Cheng," he thought. "Where did these kids even come from?"

Su Yue nodded. Just as he was about to agree with the son of the big shot who owned eighty apartments, he was interrupted again.

"Brother, let me tell you a secret. I heard that Feng Jiajia is pregnant with twins, and Mu Cheng is also pregnant. Su Yue has three kids now, and the two women are on the verge of fighting each other!

"I believe the twin version. Which one do you believe?"

Brother Fang’s next words nearly choked Su Yue to death.

"Where the hell did my twin sons come from?" he wondered in exasperation. "Why does everyone know about this except me? As martial artists, shouldn’t you be focusing on my training methods? Every single one of you is even more of a gossip than Ma Xiaoyu!"

"Which one of you is Su Yue?"

The bustling noise in the waiting room abruptly ceased.

To everyone’s surprise, the master had personally rushed out of the training room. Behind him were his three assistants, all wiping sweat from their brows. The master wanted nothing more than to kick these three assistants to death. He rarely checked his phone himself; all his appointments were handled by his three assistants.

But just a moment ago, he had received a personal call from Li Yongjun at the Research Institute. They were considered old friends. After exchanging a few pleasantries, Li Yongjun asked over the phone if the master had compressed the Qi Blood Pills for Su Yue.

"Su Yue?" The master had double-checked if it was Su Qingfeng’s son. Li Yongjun confirmed that it was.

Instantly, the master’s forehead broke out in a cold sweat. When Su Qingfeng was young, he had done a great favor for the master. Not many people knew about this, so how could the master possibly dare to neglect Prince Qing’s son?

After hanging up, the master immediately found his assistants to check the appointment list. Sure enough, Su Yue’s name was glaringly present on the registration list. The master thoroughly scolded his three assistants before coming out to look for Su Yue himself.

However, he looked around the room but couldn’t spot Su Yue anywhere. He had just seen Su Yue on television not long ago, so the master knew he would be able to recognize him.

"That’s me!" Su Yue froze for a moment before standing up in a daze.

"Is it my turn already?" he wondered. "It doesn’t seem like it."

"Oh my, Su Yue! You should have just come to me directly. What are you doing sitting out here?" The master hurried over.

Of course, since Su Yue was wearing a mask and a hat, the master couldn’t be entirely certain. But since this young man dared to claim he was Su Yue, it had to be him. After all, everyone here was begging the master for a favor; no one would dare play such a reckless joke.

"Hello." Out of politeness, Su Yue took off his mask and quickly shook hands with the master. He hadn’t expected the man to be so enthusiastic.

"Prince Qing and I are old acquaintances. In a way, I consider myself your uncle, so there’s no need to be so polite. Come with me to my office.

"Is your dad doing well in Shenchu City?"

The master patted Su Yue’s arm, looking him up and down with an expression full of admiration. "What a fine young man," he thought.

At this moment, all the martial artists in the waiting room stiffened in place. They exchanged glances, seeing deep disbelief in each other’s eyes. This young man wearing a hat was actually the famously renowned Su Yue?! How could that be possible?

The father and son who had been chatting with Su Yue, in particular, were so shocked that their mouths went dry.

Soon after, the crowd felt a strong sense of absurdity, and some martial artists even felt a lingering fear. Just moments ago, they had all been discussing Su Yue. Many of them had relentlessly badmouthed him, even throwing out some very nasty insults. Who could have imagined that the man himself was right there in the room with them? This feeling was absolutely dreadful.

"By the way, Su Yue only has one girlfriend, and that’s Mu Cheng.

"The rumor about Feng Jiajia being pregnant is just a scandal. It definitely doesn’t have anything to do with Su Yue."

Before leaving, Su Yue furrowed his brows and offered the crowd one last explanation. Although it might not be of much use, he had to clarify it. Otherwise, things would only get darker the more they were painted over, and saying nothing would be akin to tacit admission.

Only several minutes after Su Yue left did the waiting room erupt into a thunderous frenzy of discussion. It turned out that Su Yue wasn’t some unreasonable maniac; he was actually quite polite. Moreover, he was even more handsome than he appeared on TV.

The father and son even took turns sitting on the chair Su Yue had just occupied, seemingly trying to rub off some of his brilliance.

The master truly lived up to his title; his skill in compressing pills was exceptionally high. Of course, the master was merely a retired Seventh-Grade Martial Artist. There was no way he could be compared to Mo Kai.

The pills that Su Yue brought out also gave the master quite a shock. It took the master three whole hours to barely finish compressing the pills inside Su Yue’s body.
