Chapter 204: Chapter 204: Mommy~, Wait 5 More Minutes, I’ll Show You a Good Show~
Hearing this, the unaffected bratty kids immediately panicked and threw a tantrum, their piercing screams shaking the roof.
"No! I don’t want to! I already bragged to my sister that I’m eating at Dewdrop Garden!"
"Christian Sloan, just get out of here! You’re not welcome. Don’t you have any self-awareness?"
The brats’ parents had only come to get a free meal. Upon hearing that they might lose this perk, their faces immediately twisted with disgust and spite as they glared viciously at the three children.
"Christian, it’s not that we want to kick you out, but our sons all hate you three! When your peers hate you, you should reflect on yourselves, shouldn’t you?"
Joseph Lowell yelled, "My aunt said your birth mother is a Jinx, so you’re Jinxes too! See? It’s because of you three Jinxes that Dewdrop Garden doesn’t have enough seats. You should get lost!"
Zachery’s eyes darkened, but Christian grabbed his wrist.
Christian swept his gaze over the crowd and asked meaningfully, "Uncle Lowell, Aunt Foster, are you sure you want me to get lost?"
Joseph spoke up first, brimming with a sense of superiority. "Duh! You three shamelessly tagged along just to get into Dewdrop Garden, didn’t you? Let me tell you the truth—the boss behind Dewdrop Garden is my Aunt Noelle. Who do you three think you are!
"Instead of getting kicked out later, you might as well obediently leave on your own now to save face!"
Hearing Noelle Lockwood’s name, Christian understood everything.
He pulled Zachery and Mia a step back. "Alright. But Uncle Lowell, Aunt Foster, you’d better not regret this later."
Serena Foster sneered, "A little kid shamelessly telling me I’ll regret it? Get lost!"
Rose Lowell had already said that Dewdrop Garden belonged to Noelle. By driving away these three little Jinxes, Dewdrop Garden ought to be thanking them!
Joseph swaggered arrogantly inside, completely missing how Christian, wearing his small backpack, gave a subtle nod to someone inside the restaurant.
Zachery and Mia were speechless.
Offending their young master? It was their own bad luck!

When Timothy Lowell reached the reception, he adopted a high-and-mighty posture and arrogantly ordered, "Check our private room."
The receptionist was just about to ask for Timothy’s last name when she received a phone call. Her attitude instantly turned respectful. "Ah, so you are Miss Lockwood’s esteemed guests! Please come this way!"
Hearing the title "Miss Lockwood," Timothy was extremely satisfied. Noelle was truly thoughtful.
Sure enough, Rose was right. Estelle Lockwood was a Jinx, but Noelle was a Lucky Star!
The receptionist led Timothy and the group into a massive, luxurious private room with a river view. She respectfully handed over the menus. "Miss Lockwood said her friends’ bills will be waived. Please order whatever you like. Later, we also have gifts for the children."
Expensive, high-end children’s watches were delivered to the brats’ hands. Everyone, including Joseph Lowell, found them incredibly novel and interesting, eagerly putting them on.
The parents couldn’t wait to suck up to them. "Mrs. Lowell, it’s so hard to get a table at Dewdrop Garden, and the dishes are astronomically expensive. Yet you have so much clout that the entire meal is free!"
"Mr. Lowell, I heard this restaurant was opened by your niece?"
"Joseph, your aunt is so amazing! Such a huge restaurant actually belongs to her!"
Joseph patted his chest. "Of course! Aunt Noelle is very capable!"
"That’s right! Not to gossip, but you all might not know this. Noelle and Christian’s mother are actually sisters. But those two sisters..."
Serena sighed deliberately. "...are like night and day! Christian’s mother is a Jinx, and her entire family despises her. Anyway, you kids should play less with Christian and his siblings, or it’ll be terrible if you catch their bad luck!"
Timothy didn’t hold back either, chiming in as he ordered.
Since it was free today, he ordered whatever was most expensive. The kids couldn’t eat that much, but he and Joseph gorged themselves. Even though Joseph was already quite chubby, the couple still felt he ate too little, believing that a hearty appetite was a blessing.
The total bill quickly exceeded half a million. Serena said in a passive-aggressive tone, "Joseph, if I had known, I would have let those three classmates of yours come in to broaden their horizons."
The other parents flattered her. "Mrs. Lowell, you are so kindhearted! Those three kids clearly have no manners. Who knows how their parents raised them!"
Hearing exactly what she wanted to hear, Serena was absolutely thrilled.
Just then, the door to the private room was suddenly pushed open. A middle-aged man walked in briskly and said with a smile, "Everyone, I am the manager of Dewdrop Garden. If you need anything, feel free to call for me at any time."
Hearing this, the crowd grew even more excited. The manager of Dewdrop Garden! To have him personally serve their table—they could brag about this for years!
Serena put on the full airs of a wealthy lady. "Not bad. We’ll be sure to put in a good word for you."
"Thank you, madam. It is our honor to serve Miss Lockwood’s friends—"
Midway through his sentence, the manager scanned the room, and his expression drastically changed.
"Who are you? Where is Miss Lockwood? Where is our young master?"
Serena didn’t know who this "young master" was, but on second thought, the young master Noelle mentioned had to be her very own Joseph!
She quickly replied, "Noelle didn’t come today. She must have instructed you to take good care of our Joseph, right? He is the sole heir of the Lowell Family..."
"The Lowell Family? Noelle Lockwood?!"
Unexpectedly, before Serena could finish, the manager frowned. His face darkened instantly as he demanded in a stern voice, "Who exactly are you people?! Unauthorized individuals without a reservation cannot enter Dewdrop Garden. Or did you sneak in?!"
The bratty kids and their parents instantly looked at Serena.
Serena’s face flushed bright red, and she felt dizzy from anger. She resolved to make Noelle fire this tactless manager later!
"Stop sprouting nonsense! My sister-in-law is Rose Lowell, the madam of the Lockwood Family!"
The manager grew even more furious. "Rose Lowell? Well then, so you’re Rose Lowell’s family! No wonder you’re so shameless! Don’t you know that Rose Lowell and Noelle Lockwood have long been on our blacklist? Anyone associated with them is barred from entry!
"Forget about you people—even if Noelle Lockwood came here herself, she wouldn’t be allowed through these doors!"
The room fell dead silent. The parents stared in wide-eyed shock.
A moment ago, Serena had been an esteemed guest; now, someone was pointing a finger at her nose and cursing her. She trembled with rage.
"We are guests! Is this how you speak to us?! It’s not like we’re eating without paying!"
The manager sneered. "Fine. Then please pay the bill right now. Since you are members of the Lowell Family who should have been stopped at the door, there are no waivers and no discounts. The total is five hundred and sixty thousand. As for the complimentary watches, please return them to us!"
Hearing "five hundred and sixty thousand," Serena froze completely.

When Estelle Lockwood arrived at the entrance of Dewdrop Garden, she saw the three children obediently reading books on the sofa in the lobby.
"Mommy!" Christian rushed over first, wanting a pat on the head.
Estelle breathed a sigh of relief. "Are you hungry? Let’s go eat now."
"Mommy, there’s no rush."
Christian blinked, looking in the direction of the private room, and feigned a profound tone. "Just wait five more minutes. We’ll show you a good show."
