He even had enough energy to spare to keep his pants intact.

"His body is that strong?!" Someone was so shocked they nearly lost their voice. "Isn't he supposed to be a Celestial Master who specializes in Thunder Techniques? …Oh, right. He's a Dragon, after all!"

The battle had already begun, leaving no time for idle chatter. No matter how shocked they were, the fight had to go on. Since conventional weapons were useless, the Spirit Summoning Association naturally had other methods up its sleeve.

Su Zhou said the times had changed—so be it. In this Era of Spiritual Qi Revival, resorting to a simple bombardment was indeed underestimating their opponent. If that was the case, then they would use Extraordinary means to fight the Extraordinary.

BOOM! In an instant, a viscous, grayish-black Unclean Fire ignited around the Reborn. This was the Demon Fire from Naraku Purgatory, an Immortal Flame born only after being watered with hatred, nurtured with sorrow, and pruned with rage and confusion. If not for the Reborn's chosen heritage from their innate Clan—the power of the Black Phoenix—even an ordinary Hellish Demon could never hope to control such a flame. Simply getting close would reduce them to ash.

Immediately after, the Demon Fire, a fusion of endless negative emotions, formed a Fire Cloud. Like a storm cloud falling from the sky, it collapsed toward Su Zhou in a way that seemed impossible to block. At the same time, the Controller finally completed her Orbit. The graceful woman hid behind everyone else, aiming a mirror at Su Zhou from afar. Su Zhou's reflection naturally appeared within it. She then used a small hammer made of human bone to strike the mirror's surface, causing it to ripple with strange, water-like waves.

Giant Tree-men were already charging forward, their footsteps shaking the ground like an earthquake. The Spirit Summoning Association's elites had abandoned their heavy, modern weapons, instead equipping Spiritual Power armaments of various styles. Small Magic Arrays inscribed with Rune Array Paths could be seen lighting up all over their bodies. Some of these Exoskeleton Armors rushed madly toward Su Zhou, while others remained in place, controlling Frost Fire and Thundering Dust, waiting for the right moment to land a fatal blow.

More Law Commanding Techniques were cast, each one enhanced at the cost of a Soul. Even the perpetually Silent controlled their armor and strode forward.

And their sole target was Su Zhou.

'A truly powerful attack, indeed.'

Su Zhou nodded slightly. Even though they were his enemies, he had to admire their exquisite coordination. This series of combination attacks was indeed incredibly powerful and shockingly lethal. To put it in perspective, if any random Divine Beast were to face such an onslaught, even one that had advanced to the Commander Tier, it would likely be severely wounded, if not killed on the spot.

After all, the main difference between the Commander Tier and a Transcendent, besides Spiritual Power, was the possession of Divine Techniques. Without a Divine Technique specifically for physical Enhancement, the pure physical strength of an Initial Stage or Middle Stage Commander would see some improvement, but not a revolutionary leap.

This truly was a combined attack capable of killing a Commander Tier entity.

'It's just… not as good as me.'

So, he earnestly raised the Blade of Annihilation in his hand and employed 'technique'.

Gale, water vapor, Thunder Light, and Flame Enhancement. With a Burst from the Gale Seed, a violent hurricane began to stir with the dance of the Blade of Annihilation. Su Zhou swung his long blade at the approaching Fire Cloud of Naraku Demon Fire. Wherever the sharp edge pointed, a gale would sweep through. In an instant, before Su Zhou and across the entire Black Forest, all the wind and water vapor began to surge, energized by the Thunderbolt that split moisture apart and the intense heat that vaporized water.

The four Attributes began to cycle as Su Zhou started to unleash his power.

Plants began to wither and the moisture in the earth dried up, transformed into scorching water vapor by a Flame Array. This endless, high-temperature vapor, carrying traces of Thunder Light, formed a giant hand of cloud and mist hundreds of meters tall at Su Zhou's command. It rose from the ground, caught the falling Fire Cloud, and 'gripped' it, before smashing it into the nearby Tree-men.

The Black Forest Tree-men, endowed with Soul and power by the Plant Master, each possessed the strength of the Extraordinary Tier. They were born with exceptional Talent in the strange Domain of Typhon, and when combined with the Plant Master's Divine Wood Power, it was a power that could truly work wonders.

But when smashed by the Naraku Demon Fire that Su Zhou now wielded, even the Black Forest Tree-men were instantly set ablaze, letting out painful wails as they thrashed wildly in the flames.

Far away, the Controller had just begun her attempt to reverse Su Zhou's fortune, to cause his internal energies to misfire, his Spirit Techniques to fail, and to trigger a backlash at the slightest use of Spiritual Power. But in that instant, she spat out a mouthful of crimson blood. Just like that, the Extraordinary Peak Cultivator's body went limp, and she collapsed to the ground, unconscious.

The moment she had cast her Secret Technique, it was like a supersonic fighter jet slamming into an eight-thousand-meter-high mountain. A fighter jet is certainly expensive and powerful, but can a mountain range even be described in such terms? They are simply not on the same level. She was naturally hit by a double backlash—one from her Curse failing and another from the sheer scale of what she had tried to curse—that nearly shattered her mind. If not for the Exoskeleton Armor's built-in life support system, she would have died on the spot.

The incoming Invisible Decree Spells, however, were indeed a nuisance. The combined attack from the Spirit Summoner and the Exchanger had shockingly reached the level of the Commander Tier, and not even Su Zhou could ignore it. His speed was reduced, his defenses were weakened, his thoughts began to slow, and his control over his Spiritual Power grew clumsy. In that instant, Su Zhou was slapped with at least three rows of debuffs. These binding Law Commanding Techniques—each powerful enough to instantly weaken a Transcendent to be feebler than a newborn, or reduce a tank to a sandcastle—were being hurled at him as if they cost nothing.
