"Wow, what an incredibly cute boy!"

"Look at him, he’s even wearing a maid’s apron, tee-hee..."

"He has a sign hanging on his chest too. Look, quick, he’s frowning again! I can’t help feeling he looks super handsome whenever he frowns!"

At the entrance of the Moe Jam Café, several women were swooning like teenage fan-girls. Most of them had wedding rings on their fingers, and some looked like they even had kids already!

What made Quillan not know whether to laugh or cry the most was that the reason these older ladies were loitering in front of the café was simply to stare at him!

This left Quillan utterly speechless. Did he really look like some pretty-boy toy?

What’s more, some had already secretly whipped out their phones and snapped who knows how many photos of him with rapid click-clicks. A few bolder ones even began making demands at Quillan: "Hey, handsome, give us a smile!"

"Strike a nicer, handsomer pose for us!"

Seeing someone take out a phone to photograph this remarkably ’cute’ boy, the other women followed suit one after another. Even the three beauties who had already sat down inside the café came over to the door to watch the scene unfold.

"Yoshiko-chan, should we also..."

It turned out the beauty wearing black stockings was named Yoshiko. Hearing her companion’s question, Yoshiko didn’t rush. Instead, she shook her head and said, "What’s the hurry? Anyone can see this handsome little guy is a waiter at this café! Since that’s the case, once tables free up, we can become customers. When that time comes, we’ll request this handsome guy to serve us. Forget just taking photos—he wouldn’t dare refuse taking a photo together, right?"

"As expected, Yoshiko-chan always has the best ideas..."

Hearing Yoshiko’s plan, the two women beside her beamed with delight.

Having caught every word of this, Quillan felt thoroughly uncomfortable.

What was this supposed to be?

A maid café, yet customers were flocking to the door because of him—a guy—and even wanted photos and joint pictures?

Whether Ai Oda overheard Miss Yoshiko’s words or not was unknown, but her eyes suddenly darted around, lighting up with a bright gleam. She pushed Quillan back inside the café, saying as she did, "Oh my, Quillan-kun, look at you! Just asking you to watch the door managed to stir up this much trouble. If you don’t want to end up as a mascot saved in these women’s phone galleries, hurry up and get inside the café! I’ll watch over things here for now!"

Never expecting Ai Oda to actually be this kind-hearted, Quillan immediately expressed his gratitude to her, then ducked inside the café as if fleeing for his life.

Heading straight toward the staff breakroom, Quillan bumped into Haruka Himuro in the back hall, who had just finished changing into her maid dress.

Since Quillan had been standing at the front door the entire time, he hadn’t noticed Haruka coming in; she must have entered the staff breakroom directly through the side door!

Having just caught his breath, Quillan hadn’t even reacted before Haruka arrived right in front of him, mimicking Miyuki Sakurai by doing a quick spin in front of him.

"Master, how is it?" Haruka looked at Quillan with a mix of bashfulness and anticipation, asking, "I also feel like this maid dress doesn’t fit quite right. Please be sure to inspect it carefully for your exclusive maid!"

Haruka intentionally placed heavy emphasis on the word ’carefully.’ After saying this, she couldn’t help but blush crimson.

Haruka’s figure was vastly superior to Miyuki Sakurai’s. Not only was Haruka taller and more slender than Miyuki, but when it came to her level of development, Miyuki couldn’t compare to Haruka at all!

Most importantly, Haruka possessed a cup size that seemed entirely out of proportion with her age—conservatively estimated to be a D-cup!

Who knew how Haruka had grown? Her body didn’t look chubby at all; on the contrary, she was slightly slender, yet the places that were supposed to be full were strikingly so. Put into a maid dress, her chest looked prominently filled out.

Quillan felt his mouth and throat go dry, giving a perfunctory response: "Ahem, Himuro-san, I think your outfit fits quite well. There shouldn’t be any need to inspect it carefully, right? I’m really thirsty right now, so I’ll go pour myself a glass of water first!"

"Does Master want water?"

Haruka gave chase, rushing ahead of Quillan to fill a cup of warm water at the dispenser and hand it over.

Taking the glass, Quillan casually offered a, "Thank you."

"You’re very welcome!" Seeing that her gesture of pouring water hadn’t been rejected, Haruka felt delighted. Like Miyuki Sakurai before her, she pulled up her skirt hem and said to Quillan, "Master, help me take a look!"

That sickeningly sweet tone caused Quillan to accidentally choke on the water he was drinking, breaking into a fit of violent coughing.

Haruka hurriedly came over to pat his back, her exceptionally full chest unconsciously pressing against Quillan’s arm.

Quillan was nearly on the verge of a mental breakdown. Now he finally understood why that guy Gavin had been so enthusiastic about helping him come to Japan—because this place was simply not meant for someone like him to survive in!

It wasn’t that Quillan was lacking in that department, but rather that he had spent very little time around women growing up. Actually, phrasing it like that wasn’t quite accurate; it was more that aside from Victoria Quinn, he had barely interacted with women, and that little demon Victoria Quinn had completely robbed him of any interest in women.

A toxic friend—Gavin was absolute toxic friend material!

Quillan tried his best to control his wandering thoughts, mentally picturing hanging Gavin upside down and beating him up—only that could vent the hatred in his heart!

Fortunately, after Quillan coughed for a bit, Haruka was called away to serve customers. Quillan finally let out a long sigh of relief, found a spot to sit down, and rested for a moment.

However, Quillan had no idea that while he was slacking off, that cunning Ai Oda was standing at the entrance of the café, having completely sold him out!

"Hello everyone, I’m the manager of this café, Ai Oda!"

After introducing herself to the women who had yet to disperse, Ai Oda proceeded to pitch her café’s advertising: "Our shop is a café with a traditional moe-subculture theme! The service and food inside are meticulously prepared for everyone by our staff. Furthermore, our shop doesn’t just feature a maid theme—that handsome guy from earlier specifically caters to patrons like you! As long as you spend up to a certain amount in our shop, you can even take a keepsake photo together with that handsome guy!"

"Is that true?"

"You mean that cute boy who was just standing at the door?"

"Awesome! We can even take a photo together with him!"

At the café door, those women felt their hearts throb with excitement!
