“Venerable Chu Feng, that Ninja from the Wo Country is getting arrogant again! Why don’t you go knock him down a peg?” a Cultivator said to Chu Feng, his face flushed with anger.

Just as Chu Feng looked over, someone had already jumped onto the battle stage to fight the opponent.

Of the twenty-four Martial Arts Venerables present, three had already died.

However, many of the powerful foreign enemies had also died. In fact, they were nearly wiped out, slaughtered by the nation’s Cultivators to the last man.

The Great Xia Country had numerous Martial Cultivation Sects teeming with experts. These foreign enemies were no match for them at all.

Besides, these guys only dared to cause trouble during the Martial Arts Grand Ceremony. They wouldn’t dare set foot in the Great Xia Country any other time. If discovered, they would be hunted down and killed.

The rule allowing foreign enemies to participate in the Martial Arts Grand Ceremony was established by influential figures of the past. They intended to use these outsiders to temper the disciples of Great Xia’s various Major Sects.

“That’s the Third Elder of the Celestial Mountain Sect, isn’t it?” Chu Feng asked, watching the man on the stage.

On the battle stage, the Ninja from the Wo Country shot a dismissive glance at the Celestial Mountain Sect’s Third Elder, his expression dripping with contempt.

“This guy from the Wo Country is so arrogant,” a Cultivator beside Chu Feng grumbled.

“What kind of tricks does this Ninja from the Wo Country have?” Chu Feng asked.

“The guy is uncannily strange. His Body Skill is especially bizarre, and it seems he can conceal himself. His Sword Skill is wickedly deceptive, too. That’s how the last three Martial Arts Venerables were killed,” the nearby Cultivator said grimly, his expression turning sour.

Clearly, the Cultivator was extremely wary of the Ninja.

“He can conceal himself?” Chu Feng asked.

“Yes, Venerable Chu Feng. That kid is incredibly strong. Even Venerable Bai Han was in grave danger when fighting him; he nearly died,” the Cultivator continued.

“Hmph. Let’s watch for now.” Chu Feng nodded. Inwardly, however, he was unfazed.

‘Concealment? Bizarre Sword Skill? To me, it’s all meaningless. One strike is all it would take to end him.’

‘This so-called concealment is probably just some kind of Escape Technique, not true invisibility.’

‘Achieving that level of invisibility is impossible for someone at the Martial Arts Peak Realm, or even the Martial Arts Limit.’

‘At best, he’s just using special tricks, leveraging the surroundings to deceive the eye.’

“You dwarf from the Wo Country! Scram now and I’ll spare you. Otherwise, you’re dead!” the Third Elder of the Celestial Mountain Sect snarled.

The Celestial Mountain Sect was a fairly large and powerful Sect within the Great Snow Mountain.

“Why do you people from the Great Xia Country love to spout nonsense so much? Let’s get this over with!” the dwarf from the Wo Country said, his face cold and harsh.

His eyes were filled with malice.

“Fine! Since you’re so eager to die, don’t blame me for what happens next!” The Martial Arts Venerable from the Celestial Mountain Sect drew his blade and slashed.

The flash of his blade surged forth, tearing through the air with a deafening BOOM.

The Ninja from the Wo Country drew his own blade and countered. Their weapons clashed with a dull thud.

Yet, after just one exchange, the Ninja from the Wo Country vanished into thin air. It was as if he had never been there. Everyone stared, wide-eyed. ‘What’s going on?’

No one could understand it. ‘How could he just disappear like that?’

It was simply too bizarre to be believed.

BOOM!

The blade’s light slammed down onto the battle stage, which instantly shattered, leaving a deep gash as stone fragments flew everywhere.

The Third Elder of the Celestial Mountain Sect’s expression changed instantly. He never imagined the Ninja from the Wo Country could simply vanish.

Unfortunately, his Divine Soul wasn’t strong enough to be projected outward, so he couldn’t sense his opponent’s location.

Even as he scanned his surroundings with intense focus, he couldn’t find the slightest trace of the Ninja.

Chu Feng, watching from below the stage, couldn’t help but let a knowing smile grace his lips.

‘Is that all he’s got? And here I thought it was some incredible ability.’

‘He must have used some kind of special powder that refracts light, making it seem like he disappeared. In reality, he’s still right there.’

“Honey, why did you suddenly start laughing? What’s so funny?” Su Miaoke asked, confused. She couldn’t understand why Chu Feng was laughing at a time like this.

“I’m laughing at that Ninja from the Wo Country,” Chu Feng said. “I thought he was using some profound technique, but it’s just a cheap trick. If I were on stage, it would only take a single strike to kill him.”

“What? Venerable Chu Feng, you know where the Ninja is?” the Cultivator beside Chu Feng asked in astonishment, utterly shocked.

Chu Feng didn’t answer. Instead, he sent a voice transmission to the Third Elder of the Celestial Mountain Sect on the stage.

“Third Elder, the Ninja is two meters behind you to your left. Seize this chance and finish him,” Chu Feng said.

On stage, the Third Elder of the Celestial Mountain Sect’s expression changed the moment he heard the voice transmission. He was shocked at first, but he quickly recognized the voice.

He didn’t hesitate, immediately tightening his grip on the Battle Saber in his hand.

He had no reason to doubt Chu Feng’s words. After all, everyone had witnessed Chu Feng’s strength firsthand.

Seven consecutive victories, slaying seven experts at the Martial Arts Peak Realm.
