In Huaxia, even the commercial housing is at least fifty square meters, generally over a hundred square meters, while in the slums of Thailand, the houses are basically only about ten square meters. These places, originally meant for one person, are occupied by a family of three or more. And then there are all kinds of furniture inside; just thinking about it shows how cramped it must be.

But in Huaxia, it’s different. The rural houses in Huaxia are big enough to host a factory. Su Xuan looked at the dilapidated and pitifully small house, feeling awkward inside!

"Why don’t you just take me to a hotel instead!"

Although Su Xuan isn’t particularly concerned about where he stays, this is way too small!

At this moment, Su Xuan saw two people walking out, dressed in patched-up clothes. Both looked like they were in their fifties, seemed very simple, and there was a child around ten years old who looked like he was still in school!

"Guests from afar, please come in quickly, old lady, hurry and tidy up the house!"

Su Xuan rubbed his nose; he had actually understood most of what was said. Lemoore told his mother that he was the guest he brought this time to stay for a few days. Of course, it wasn’t free; Su Xuan heard Lemoore say it seemed to be about five hundred Thai Baht, which is only a few dozen yuan, not expensive, and his parents seemed very happy!

"Boss, let’s go in and have some tea first!"

Lemoore very politely ushered Su Xuan inside. As soon as he entered the house, Su Xuan instantly felt like he couldn’t go in!

A stench hit him; it wasn’t the smell of rot, but chicken and duck feces. Lemoore’s family still raised chickens and ducks, and in such a small space, it’s really not the same as in Huaxia. Rural areas in Huaxia also raise chickens and ducks, but they usually have chicken coops or a small courtyard to keep them enclosed.

But in this slum, you can’t even think about it. They all live under one roof with chickens and ducks, and the chicken coop is practically where they sleep!

So naturally, there were lots of chicken and duck droppings in the room.

Although Su Xuan isn’t a picky person, isn’t this too difficult to handle? He couldn’t bring himself to step inside.

Lemoore’s mother seemed a bit embarrassed too, promptly picking up a broom to start cleaning, and Lemoore also felt a bit awkward, quickly saying!

"My father is in the chicken and duck business. Why don’t you wait outside for a while, we’ll tidy up first!"

Su Xuan helplessly sighed, then found a stone outside to sit on, took out a cigarette to smoke, and seeing that the surroundings were basically all garbage, Su Xuan knew people in the slums mainly survive by scavenging waste. All the city’s trash is scattered around the slums, and people here spend every day scavenging to survive!

Those who always complain about how bad things are in Huaxia should really see the slums here; Su Xuan still feels the people’s livelihood in Huaxia is pretty good. Nowadays, the rural areas in Huaxia are filled with small villas, and the government even allocates funds to help the poor build houses!

Many people who come to Thailand only see the bustling cities but never really see the people living in the slums!

After taking some photos, Su Xuan expressed in his circle of friends!

"I’ve been sold!"

Soon after, the comments quickly reached ninety-nine, and Su Xuan felt a bit embarrassed to rant in his posts as every time he posted, there were a bunch of commenters!

And the most explosive comment belonged to Monkey, who directly said.

"Laoer, trick a few Shemales back; Boss said he wants to get married!"

After joking a bit with them, Su Xuan saw Lemoore’s younger brother sitting not far away, resting his chin in his hands, gazing dreamily at the sky.

"Hey, come here!"

Su Xuan looked at Lemoore, beckoning him over, and Lemoore’s younger brother timidly approached Su Xuan. Su Xuan rummaged through his pocket, pulled out a packet of chocolate, and said!

"This is for you to eat!"

"My sister taught me. She said Huaxia is beautiful and told me to study hard to try to go to Huaxia to study in the future. After making money, take parents there, so she taught me Chinese from a young age!"

The child’s voice was very soft, clearly an insecure person! Su Xuan looked at Lemoore’s brother with sympathy, realizing living here really isn’t easy!

"What’s your name?"

"I’m Ya Cai!"

"Ya Cai? It’s a memorable name. Why do you keep staring at the sky?"

"My sister said people should have broad minds, like the sky. She said don’t blame fate for being unfair; she said as long as you work hard, you’ll have a chance to leave here in the future!"

Ya Cai said intently, and Su Xuan knew living in such a slum truly doesn’t instill much sense of belonging. This place is nothing like a rural area in Huaxia, and most people would find it intolerable to stay here even for a day!

It’s not raining now, but from what Su Xuan could see, the drainage measures here are drastically inadequate. Apparently, when it rains heavily, the garbage here can almost float away, so the water here can’t be very clean!

So perhaps the biggest wish of people living here is to leave the place and survive in the outside cities!

"Eat it, this is really tasty!"

Su Xuan said softly!

Ya Cai skeptically opened a chocolate, sniffed it, then carefully licked it with his tongue before he started salivating!

It seemed like he’d never tasted anything so delicious. Ya Cai cautiously wrapped up the rest, and Su Xuan found it a bit strange!
