Three ambulances sped side by side toward the largest hospital in Karua City. Right behind the ambulances, a black car was driving just as fast, continuously following them.

As soon as they arrived at the hospital, Kevin immediately ran after the medical staff carrying Jexy toward the operating room.

Zahn quickly followed from behind. "Let me perform the surgery!" Zahn shouted at the group of doctors who were about to enter Jexy’s operating room. "Grandma’s condition is extremely dangerous. Let me do it!" he shouted again, his voice still sounding childish.

The doctors who were about to enter immediately stopped. One of them frowned. "Whose child is this? Take him away! Don’t his parents know this isn’t a place for children to play?"

Zahn quickly stepped forward and stood directly in front of the door, blocking the doctors who were trying to ignore him and perform the surgery on Jexy. "I understand my grandma’s condition better than you do. She can’t be operated on normally. She has a problem with her brain structure. If you perform an emergency surgery without carefully examining her first, you could put her life in danger!" Zahn shouted.

The doctor in charge frowned. "Little boy, did you watch some strange cartoon about this? This isn’t something you can understand just from a movie. Stop causing trouble and leave immediately. Don’t get in our way while we’re trying to treat her. Do you want your grandma to die?"

Zahn shook his head. "I’m telling the truth."

He reached into his pocket, intending to take out his medical identification card as a certified medical doctor of the Melvin Continent. However, his movement stopped. "What now? Are you going to play around with us?" the doctor scoffed. "Move aside before we call security to throw you out for interfering with our work."

Zahn frowned. His medical identification card was not in his pocket. "It should be in the car. I’ll go downstairs and get it. Give me one minute."

The doctor simply waved his hand, completely unwilling to pay attention to him.

"Wait!" Sean and Kevin shouted at the same time when they saw the doctors still trying to enter Jexy’s operating room.

"Didn’t my little brother already tell you that he will perform the surgery?" Sean said.

"We only want to borrow your medical equipment. We’ll handle everything else ourselves. You don’t need to interfere with this," Kevin added.

"Little boy, you should go home and nurse from your mother. Don’t bother us if you don’t want your grandma to die." The doctor turned around and opened the operating room door.

"Are you deaf?" Sean shouted as he grabbed the doctor’s coat. His eyes sharpened, and the aura of authority flowing through his blood began to radiate despite his small body and childish appearance.

"My little brother is getting his medical identification card. He only asked you to wait one minute."

The doctor fell silent for a few moments. His hand even trembled without him realizing it before he turned back and stared at Sean.

"It seems you’ve misunderstood. I am the doctor in charge here. I have no intention of waiting and letting your little brother interfere with my work. Do you know what will happen if the woman inside isn’t operated on immediately?"

Kevin stepped forward and stood beside Sean. "That’s our grandma. Stop acting arrogant as if you’re capable of treating her. If my little brother says you can’t do it, then he’s definitely right," he sneered.

"What troublesome children." The doctor pressed the call button on the phone in his pocket. "Call security. Throw these children out and don’t let them get near my operating room."

"You want to operate on my grandma while carrying a phone? You don’t even know the basics of performing surgery, and now you want to operate on our grandma? Get out of here. Don’t even try to go near our grandma’s operating room," Sean said while continuing to pull on the doctor’s clothes.

The doctor’s assistant standing beside him immediately pushed Sean away so he would stop disturbing his superior. "Do you know who he is? How dare you act rudely, mock him, and even try to drive him away?" the assistant shouted. "Little boy, we already warned you. Do you know who this doctor is? He is an apprentice of the Second Medical Doctor of the Melvin Continent. If he can’t do it, do you really think your little brother, who can’t even read yet, can?"

He pointed toward the corridor ahead. "Leave now, before hospital security actually arrives and drags you by force to the garbage dump."

Sean glared sharply at the doctor’s assistant.

Bam!

He pushed back, causing the assistant to fall to the floor.

"Damn you, you little brat!" cursed the doctor standing beside the doctor in charge. "We were still speaking nicely because you’re just a child, but you dare do this to our doctor’s assistant?"

Sean did not answer. His hand was still gripping the doctor’s clothes, refusing to let go. "If you dare go inside, don’t blame me if I destroy this hospital."

The doctor glanced at his watch. Without saying anything else, he moved his hand and shoved Sean hard.

Thud!

"Sean!" Kevin shouted when he saw Sean’s body hit the floor. He immediately approached and helped him stand.

"You dare hurt Sean? Are you looking for death?" Kevin asked, still struggling to contain his anger.

The doctor only snorted. Seeing security finally arrive, he turned around and immediately opened the door to Jexy’s operating room.

"Stop!" Sean and Kevin shouted at the same time.

They both got up and rushed forward to stop the doctors who were about to perform the surgery on Jexy.

"Damn! Whose children are these? They’re really getting in the way," grumbled the security guard who had just arrived. He immediately grabbed both of them by their clothes and held them back so they could not interfere with the doctors.

"What are you doing? Let us go!" Kevin shouted.

The security guard shook his head. "Go find your mother. This isn’t a playground. Don’t interfere with adults doing their jobs."

Sean and Kevin continued struggling, but the difference in strength between them and the security guard was simply too great.

"Damn it! Stop moving! Do you want me to throw you into the garbage dump from the third floor of this hospital?" the security guard threatened.

"I said let us go! Let us go!" they shouted, still struggling. "They’re idiots! They can’t save our grandma!" Sean shouted. "Stop! Let us stop them!"

The two continued trying to attract the attention of everyone around them, hoping someone would help.

The security guard scoffed. He tightened his grip on their clothes and dragged them out of the hospital.

However, just as they were about to descend the stairs to the second floor, a sharp, low voice sounded from behind them, accompanied by a chilling aura that immediately made the security guard stop in his tracks.

"What are you doing to my sons?"
