Orland Hesh stepped closer and immediately grabbed both arms that were gripping Sean and Kevin’s clothes.

"Ah! Ah! Let go! Let go of my arms!" the security guard stammered as Orland twisted both of his arms.

As soon as they were freed from the security guard’s grip, Sean and Kevin instinctively ran behind Orland Hesh.

"You dared to drag and try to hurt my sons?"

"I-I really didn’t mean to. Please let go of my arms. I was only doing my job. I really didn’t mean to."

Crack!

The sound of a breaking bone came from one of the security guard’s arms. Orland stared at him with a cold smile.

"Anyone who dares touch my Hesh Family has never managed to walk away alive."

Thud!

Orland released his grip on both of the security guard’s arms.

"Ah!!!" the security guard screamed in a high-pitched voice.

Orland snorted before looking at the hospital director standing behind him. "Take this man away from me. If I see him again, don’t expect me to let your people off so easily."

The hospital director hurriedly nodded. He immediately waved his hand, ordering several doctors who had followed him to take the security guard to the ward at the very end of the hospital.

Orland immediately checked Sean and Kevin’s necks. There were sharp scratch marks on the backs of their necks.

"Does it hurt?" he asked gently.

Sean shook his head before grabbing Orland’s hand. "Grandma. Grandma Jexy. Those doctors... that incompetent doctor wants to operate on Grandma."

Kevin nodded and grabbed Orland’s other arm. "Quickly order your people to stop them. Only Zahn can perform this surgery."

As soon as Kevin finished speaking, everyone’s attention turned toward the staircase beside them.

Zahn came running up the stairs, breathing heavily as he carried his Melvin Continent medical identification card. He looked up and glanced at Sean and Kevin one after another. His brows furrowed before he quickened his pace again.

"What are you doing here? How is Grandma?" he asked as he grabbed both of his brothers’ hands.

Sean immediately turned around and looked at Orland. "What are you doing? Quickly arrange the operating room. Stop all of them. Do you want to see your aunt and our grandma die?" he asked in dissatisfaction.

Orland, who had been momentarily stunned, immediately nodded. "Do what they want."

Orland immediately turned around and walked quickly toward Jexy’s operating room. The hospital director hurriedly followed him.

"But, Sir, wait... That old woman’s condition is extremely critical. We’ve already arranged the best doctor in this hospital to operate on her. If we stop the operation midway, it will only put her life in even greater danger."

Zahn walked quickly between his two brothers. His hand moved to wipe the sweat from his forehead and neck.

"My grandma will die if the doctor you arranged actually finishes the operation. Stop it immediately. I’ll handle the rest."

The director frowned upon hearing Zahn’s childish-sounding words, yet there was also an extraordinary amount of arrogance in them.

Orland stopped when they reached the door of Jexy’s operating room. He stared sharply at the hospital director. "I am the owner of this hospital now. Don’t forget that. Follow his orders and tell the doctors inside to stop their procedure immediately."

The hospital director swallowed hard. "But, Sir... if that person dies, this hospital’s reputation will definitely be damaged and tarnished."

"Do it!" Orland Hesh ordered again, his voice filled with pressure.

"Y-yes."

The director finally obeyed. He immediately pressed the control button kept in his trouser pocket. The operating room light behind them instantly changed from red to orange.

"Stop all ongoing surgical procedures. This is a highest-level order."

After delivering the order through the device in his hand, the director looked at Orland.

Orland immediately turned around and looked into Zahn’s blue eyes. "Can you do it now?" he asked.

Zahn quickly nodded. "Where’s the changing room? Let me sterilize myself first."

"I’ll help you," said a young doctor standing beside the hospital director.

It did not take long for Zahn to return to their side wearing clean clothes, surgical scrubs, and a mask.

"You will be my assistant during this surgery," Zahn said.

"Me?" the young doctor asked in disbelief.

"You don’t need to do anything. Just help me get whatever I need later."

Zahn did not give him a chance to refuse. He immediately entered the operating room in front of him.

The doctors who had previously been operating on Jexy looked at him unhappily.

"Little boy, are you really going to play around with someone’s life? You even had your father pay our hospital director to suddenly stop our operation."

"Move back," Zahn ordered without answering.

"You!" the doctor in charge shouted angrily. "If she dies, don’t blame me. I will not take responsibility for any of this."

He turned and looked at the hospital director through the clear window of the operating room, where hospital executives usually watched high-level surgical procedures.

"I’m leaving right now! I really can’t work in a hospital filled with crazy people like you, to the point of allowing a child who can’t even read properly to perform surgery."

Orland, who heard him from behind the glass, only snorted. "This is the doctor you called the best doctor? Didn’t you tell him that this glass blocks the sound from reaching outside?" he asked flatly.

Zahn said nothing. He immediately moved to the side of Jexy’s head, which had not been opened at all, while dragging a chair over.

He climbed onto the chair, took a slow breath, then looked at Jexy, who was still unconscious.

"Prepare scalpel number eight," Zahn said to the young doctor who had been following him.

"What?" the doctor asked to make sure he had heard correctly.

Zahn frowned. "Scalpel number eight!" he repeated impatiently.

The doctor beside him swallowed before quickly taking the requested scalpel and handing it over.

Zahn accepted it and began making the incision on Jexy’s head, precisely at the location he had already mapped out clearly in his mind.

He did it without the slightest hesitation. Other than the force he used to move the scalpel across Jexy’s head, there was no sign that he was struggling at all.

"Scalpel number three."

Zahn’s brows furrowed again when he saw the scalpel the young doctor beside him had handed over.

"Are you stupid? Scalpel number three!"
