"Two little kids were playing there just before me. It was obvious they hadn’t had any training—their aim was absolutely terrible. The owner was really happy watching them fail, but the moment I finished, his whole expression changed completely!" Hiroshi said with a grin, looking down at the small fish swimming in front of them.

Harumiko laughed softly at his story. Then they both stood up and walked away from the crowd. It was too crowded, stuffy, and hard to talk properly there, so they moved to the other side of the Lake of Mirrors. There were far fewer people here since hardly any vendors had set up stalls.

"This is much better. Hardly anyone around, and the air is so fresh. It’s completely different from the busy side. It really is strange though—this place is packed with people every single day, yet it always stays so incredibly clean," Hiroshi said as he slowly sat down on the grass.

Harumiko nodded in agreement and sat beside him. "Maybe people from the village come and clean the area regularly every day. That’s probably how they keep it so tidy. Without anyone looking after it, it would definitely be a total mess!"

Hiroshi thought that made perfect sense. Without regular cleaning, it would be almost impossible to keep a place this busy so spotless.

"Well, anyway, that’s not something we need to worry about. But no matter what, this place really is wonderful," Hiroshi said, looking up at the blue sky and white clouds above them.

Harumiko looked up too. She noticed how incredibly blue the sky was here and how pure and white the clouds looked.

"In the world I came from, there was a place called the Grasslands... I don’t remember all the details, but the sky there looked exactly like this. Blue skies, fluffy white clouds, just like here," Hiroshi said softly, gazing at the sky.

Harumiko immediately perked up, her eyes shining. She really wanted to see a place like that.

"I’d love to visit that place someday. From what you describe, it sounds so vast and wide... like it goes on forever," she said with a smile.

"To be honest? I think it wasn’t as nice as Konoha. Sure, it was wide and open, but hardly anyone lived there. Just sheep, wolves, and things like that... Ah, never mind. There’s no way we can go back there anyway. We just have to make the most of life here."

"But still, this world really is beautiful. Especially this village—it’s completely different from any other," Hiroshi said, lying back on the grass and looking happily at the sky.

Harumiko nodded with a smile. She also thought this village was truly unique and special.

"We need to enjoy ourselves properly today! I was so busy watching those fish just now that I didn’t get a chance to look around anywhere else. I bet there are lots more fun and interesting things to see over there too!" Harumiko said eagerly.

Hiroshi nodded. When he had been looking for her earlier, he had seen plenty of attractions and stalls—though most of them cost money to enjoy.

"Don’t worry. I promise you’ll have a wonderful time today. There are so many fun things to do here. I’m sure we can spend the entire day exploring and playing," Hiroshi said, suddenly standing up and smiling warmly at her.
