Chapter 67: Kurama’s Work

Combining his knowledge of the Tailed Beasts’ resurrection protocol with information about Orochimaru’s Cursed Seal and Otsutsuki Karma, he created a similar technique using Yin-Yang Release.

Unlike the current Naruto, Future Naruto had no idea about using chakra to train the inside of the human body.

This way, humans could have a strong physique that could produce more Chakra.

With enough training or even a Cursed Seal, they could use Senjutsu as well.

The Future Naruto never thought of that, and the future Kurama was the same.

Both wanted the past Naruto to follow a simple route.

Become friends with Kurama, access Six Paths power from Kurama’s new technique, and become as strong as an actual Sage of Six Paths.

So, the future Kurama sent the technique through the Chakra Ball, and immediately, it merged with Naruto.

Not only with Naruto but also with Kurama.

If Naruto got the boost of Otsutsuki Chakra, Kurama got the boost of Ten-Tails Chakra.

Not the pseudo Ten-Tails Chakra but an actual Ten-Tails Chakra.

Because while Naruto was fighting Luffy in that strange competition, the Future Kurama was experimenting with the Six Paths Senjutsu Chakra plus pseudo Ten-Tails Chakra.

Kurama just wanted to find out what would happen if the Chakra of the Six Paths (Otsutsuki) was merged with Pseudo Ten-Tails Chakra.

He knew what would happen if a full-blooded Otsutsuki was fed to the Ten-Tails, but he didn’t know what would happen to the Chakra itself.

Coincidentally, Naruto wasn’t lacking Six Paths Senjutsu Chakra in that battle world.

No matter how many times he used Baryon Mode or Six Paths Sage Mode, it would immediately refill itself.

So, Kurama kept separating Six Paths Chakra from Senjutsu Chakra to merge Six Paths Chakra with the pseudo Ten-Tails Chakra.

As it turned out, the Pseudo Ten-Tails Chakra did turn into the complete Ten-Tails.

Kurama quickly realized something. If he had more of Six Paths Chakra plus an enormous amount of normal Chakra, he could combine it with Pseudo Ten-Tails Chakra to produce an actual Chakra Fruit.

It would be more of a Senjutsu Chakra Fruit since a lot of that Chakra would contain Senjutsu Chakra, but it would still have some capacity of a Chakra Fruit.

Unfortunately, Kurama wasn’t sure it would succeed. So, after he made a complete Ten-Tails Chakra, he used Yin-Yang Release to modify that Chakra and send it to the Chakra Ball.

That Chakra merged with Kurama, and now Kurama was constantly absorbing nature energy to complete the merging process.

This didn’t mean Kurama would become a Ten-Tails. It was just a Chakra, not a complete transformation.

Just like how Naruto wouldn’t turn pale and become a complete Otsutsuki, Kurama would remain an orange fox.

But he could awaken the Rinnegan plus gain the ability to merge Naruto’s Otsutsuki Chakra with his Chakra plus nature energy to produce an actual Ten-Tails Jinchuriki’s Six Paths Senjutsu Chakra.

This would be a massive boost.

Unfortunately, his chakra hadn’t changed completely. Unlike Naruto, who was a human and had a small body, Kurama was big.

Its entire body was made out of Chakra. So, for that small amount of Chakra to affect him, it would take quite a long time.

Of course, Naruto did receive the Otsutsuki Bloodline through Kurama’s version of Karma and gained the Byakugan.

But since Kurama received Ten-Tails Chakra while he only received Otsutsuki Chakra, he didn’t awaken the Rinnegan.

He could only go through the process of awakening the Rinnegan, using trauma to awaken the Sharingan and slowly take it to the Rinnegan.

Yes, Naruto could awaken the Sharingan.

Unlike most Otsutsuki, Hagoromo’s chakra had the genetics for the Sharingan.

Coincidentally, the Six Paths Senjutsu Chakra contained Six Paths (Hagoromo Otsutsuki) Chakra.

That Chakra merged with him while his bloodline was transforming, giving him the ability to awaken the Sharingan.

That Sharingan could produce the Mangekyo Sharingan, and that Mangekyo Sharingan could produce the Rinnegan.

And just like that, Naruto awakened the Sharingan.

No, not through genetics like Indra, but through anger.

The higher the talent, the purer the emotions, the easier it becomes to awaken the Sharingan.

Naruto had seventy-five percent Otsutsuki Chakra. So, when he received the memories of his clones, in a fit of rage, his Byakugan transformed.

Naruto’s House;

’No, no, no, if I stay here any longer, my mind will be clouded.’

Naruto frantically shook his head and left his room. Hinata was on the bed, and his primal desires were awakening.

He was a clone, but he was a clone of Naruto.

He wanted to get in bed and hug Hinata, but as a clone, he should know his limits.

So, he immediately left the room and went to the living room.

He started molding his Chakra. Unlike his main body, he discovered something different about his body.

First of all, it was far too active.

Second, he wasn’t producing the normal Chakra like usual.

Since he created this clone after the transformation, it also retained the Otsutsuki Chakra and the Byakugan.

More importantly, his sensory ability was also active. Because he was just a clone receiving far too much information, he closed his sensory ability.

Suddenly, the world became silent.

He could no longer sense any Chakra Signature or movement of a ninja.

"Hoo! That was quick; otherwise this clone could’ve exploded."

Naruto realized something brutal.

Since his body only produced seventy-five percent Otsutsuki Chakra, the rest was still his normal Chakra.

But normal Chakra would instantly be assimilated into Otsutsuki Chakra. Unfortunately, the gap between the two was massive.

So, most of his normal Chakra was assimilated into Otsutsuki Chakra instantly.

That also meant his Chakra Reserves had gone down.

Its quality had increased, but his Chakra was down.

Of course, this would change quite soon, as Kurama’s Chakra would keep merging with his Chakra pool.

But until then, he had to be more cautious with his Chakra.

’Of course, that didn’t matter since I can do a lot more with this Chakra.’

’Let’s see what it can do.’

As he activated his Chakra completely, his blue eyes suddenly transformed into pale white eyes.

In an instant, the surroundings changed into black and white. ℯℯ𝑙.

But with his 360 vision, Naruto saw something, and his expression drastically changed, with anger flashing in his eyes.

’This kind of cold Chakra. It can only be Root!’

As he watched two Root members trying to capture Hinata, his anger boiled.

Being an emotional person, his anger was immense even though he should’ve expected this before.

’What a fool I am to forget my objective.’
