Chapter 70: Kurama’s True Power

"Minato, I don’t understand. Why is this fox suddenly so smart?"

Kushina elbowed her husband and whispered.

Minato looked very awkward because he knew Kurama could hear them. After all, they lived in the same space.

But Minato was also very surprised.

The fact that Kurama could replicate something the Otsutsuki had been using as a backup file for their resurrection proved how smart Kurama was.

"Humph! I am not an idiot like you."

Kurama simply pointed his finger at Kushina and said.

"I was taught by the Sage of Six Paths. I have completed my studies in Yin-Yang Release Jutsu, Chakra Manipulation, Ninshu, Biology, Physics, and Chemistry."

"You think I am illiterate like you."

"Damn it! Who are you calling illiterate?"

Kushina raged up as her hair rose, and several golden chains appeared on her back and rushed towards Kurama.

This time, Kurama simply flicked his nails and destroyed those chains. While they had incredible Sealing Capacity, the difference in chakra was too much.

It was just like how Hashirama, using his Wood Release, could make an entire Nine-Tails fall asleep instantly.

But Yamato needed the power of Hashirama’s Chakra from the Chakra Crystal just to seal Four-Tails Naruto.

Although Kurama hadn’t completed his transformation, this was Kurama with the experience of power and Chakra from the future.

Even in its half state, it was stronger than his complete body.

"Humph! Fourth Hokage, I need your help with something."

Kurama ignored the angry woman and turned towards Minato.

"How can I help you?"

Minato was genuinely surprised.

"I am incomplete. The transformation is going slowly because my speed of absorbing the nature energy is also very slow."

"More importantly, losing the yin half severely locks my potential, which is not good when my body is going through a transformation like this."

"So, I need you to complete the Jutsu to pull out your soul from Shinigami as quickly as possible."

A stream of pseudo Six Paths Senjutsu Chakra entered Minato’s body.

The reason why it was pseudo Six Paths was that Six Paths Senjutsu Chakra was precious.

He diluted that Chakra by merging it with his own Chakra.

Kurama’s situation was very complex. Since Naruto mostly received bloodline and memories, Kurama received Chakra.

He not only received Six Paths Senjutsu Chakra but also Six Paths Chakra and a small portion of Hamura’s Chakra.

He already knew that for the Karma to work properly, he had to use Six Paths’ Chakra. ℯ

He transferred Hamura’s Chakra to Hinata when Hinata kissed Naruto.

The reason why Kurama had this Chakra was that, on that battlefield, Naruto could use the Chakra from any point in time.

Even if it was only used for a split second.

That meant that when his Chakra merged with Hinata’s Chakra while they were destroying the Tenseigan, he could use that Chakra as well.

It wouldn’t actually increase his strength, but Kurama sent it anyway.

Because he believed this Chakra would help Hinata.

Hinata was Naruto’s wife. So, naturally, he wanted to help her.

So, all that remained was Six Paths Senjutsu Chakra.

Fortunately for his Karma, he only needed Six Paths Senjutsu Chakra to increase Ten-Tails Chakra.

Unlike humans, Kurama was made entirely out of Chakra. That meant every part of it needed to transform.

So, he would need a lot of Six Paths Senjutsu Chakra.

He could just absorb more nature energy and merge it with Chakra to produce more Senjutsu Chakra, and merge that Senjutsu Chakra to increase Six Paths Senjutsu Chakra.

This increased Six Paths Senjutsu Chakra would merge with Ten-Tails Chakra and increase its amount.

The more Ten-Tails Chakra it produced, the faster his transformation would be.

And just like that, he would transform.

That was the whole process, but he needed his complete body for this.

"So, you want me to help you right now?"

Minato also felt something different about his soul body.

Kurama nodded and said.

"Using this soul, you can control one of the roots and release your soul from the Shinigami’s stomach."

"Then, you can just merge with your soul and return here along with my other half."

He pointed at Kushina and said.

"The majority of her soul is in the Pure Land. Once you do that, you can ask Naruto to use Impure World Reincarnation."

"Then, I will provide her with the same Six Paths Senjutsu Chakra, which will improve her soul and help her merge with her main soul."

"Once my transformation is complete, I can use my enhanced Chakra plus Yin-Yang Release to create two bodies for you."

"You two can use those bodies to relive a new life."

At this moment, Minato froze, and so did Kushina. They never thought their chance of resurrection would be so close.

But then Minato noticed something and frowned.

"Wait a minute, I remember something. In the future, the Sage of Six Paths needed to transfer his Chakra to Naruto and Sasuke."

"If he fears the resurrection of his mother so much, why couldn’t he just create a body for himself and fight her?"

Hearing his words, Kurama nodded at him with satisfaction.

Most people would generally ignore this even if they knew it, but Minato didn’t.

That’s right! If Kurama didn’t know the actual situation, he would’ve thought Old Man was trying to play a game in the dark.

Kurama calmly explained.

"That’s because the body he can create can’t house his Chakra. Look at us as an example. We are a part of Ten-Tails."

"But to create us, Old Man needed the Chakra of the Ten-Tails. Only then did he split the remaining Chakra between nine of us."

"That’s why, despite being a complete being, we can easily be merged into the Ten-Tails with the right method."

"Because we are essentially just souls with Chakra bodies. The main body is still that Ten-Tails Husk."

"Old Man and Isshiki can create bodies, but those bodies can’t bear their Chakra. That’s why the Otsutsuki Clan sacrifices lower-ranking Otsutsuki."

"Their Chakra is not strong, so they can be reincarnated into any body. But higher-ranking Otsutsuki have strong Chakra."

"Old Man is just as strong as those higher-ranking Otsutsuki, making it harder for any normal body to house his Chakra."

"That’s why Isshiki took a thousand years to find a suitable body through several modifications."

"That’s why Momoshiki chose to implant Karma on Boruto instead of running away, considering he should be able to use Yomotsu Hirasaka."

"Of course, you could say he was too arrogant, but you should understand just how strong Boruto has gotten after receiving 80% of his data."

"Your Chakra is even weaker than a Lower Ranking Otsutsuki. So, naturally, I can use this method to resurrect you."
