Omega Summoner - Chapter 2904: Final Phase: Nidhogg
Levin Cloud really wanted to check if he could defeat the Myrmekes Queen but the entrance has been sealed. He also wanted to at least kill the player that dared to defile the world tree. Still, he needed to focus more because what he needs to do is help the world tree in its transition. He poured every ounce of concentration into helping the world tree as waking it up will help them immensely against the Primordial Beast Nidhogg.
“I want to help them now but the world tree takes priority. If it cannot defend itself in this time then there might be other forces that use the taverns in the roots. I need to fix everything here as there should be no beings able to tunnel at the roots of the world tree.” Levin Cloud stated as he used his ability to commune with the world to shift the tectonic plates to bury any tavern or tunnel in the area of Neo Alfheim.
Meanwhile, the Primordial Beast Nidhogg is now in a state where it is being overwhelmed by the power that it had taken from a mysterious benefactor. The body was coated in scales is now overflowing with red stringy blood that is sucking the life force of every being in the area. It is not just the life force but even the elemental mana around it which is why it became extremely dangerous for the elementals to be near the Primordial Beast Nidhogg.
[The Primordial Beast Nidhogg is now entering its Final Phase.]
[The Fragment of T???’s Heart has been activated and the Primordial Beast Nidhogg is now undergoing a mutation.]
A notification suddenly appeared for all of the players as the Primordial Beast Nidhogg suddenly created a cocoon for itself using the blood strings it used earlier to sap the life out of the living beings around it. All of the players there tried to stop it from forming its cocoon but the energy inside the blood strings were able to easily defend against their attacks. It became impossible to stop the Primordial Beast Nidhogg from entering its final phase.
“Grand Meteros!” Adrian stated as he finally activated one of the spells that he is familiar with.
Before the Primordial Beast Nidhogg is covered by its blood string cocoon, Adrian summoned meteors from outer space to strike at the enemy. Numerous meteors covered in chaos energy slammed towards the Primordial Beast Nidhogg but there was nothing he could do as well. The blood strings proved to be full of power given that it absorbed all life in the area it is in.
The Primordial Beast Nidhogg got covered in a red cocoon but the problem is that it is not in a dormant state. All of the players tried to destroy the cocoon in order to stop the Primordial Beast Nidhogg but a powerful pulse of energy swept across the area and dealt damage to them. The cocoon of the Primordial Beast Nidhogg is not normal as it released a pulse of negative energy that deals a significant amount of damage.
The negative energy pulse is basically its defense mechanism as it changes to its final phase. Adrian tried to summon the meteors again but not all of it landed on the red cocoon. Some of the meteors got turned to dust when it got hit by the negative energy pulse. The players abandoned the notion that they needed to attack while the Primordial Beast Nidhogg as they have seen what happened to a large chunk of rock.
“We have no other choice. Attack it once it emerges from its cocoon.” Adrian stated as he also prepared for everything.
All of the remaining guild alliance members heard his command and started to prepare. They would have done more damage if the dead alliance members are alive but Adrian does not want to use his reversal now. He needed to make sure to save it as a trump card later as he needs it for what he is thinking.
“Do not worry about the troops. I have already recovered enough. Gaea’s Tears: Last Blessing!” Anastacia stated as a brilliant golden heart made of leaves and light came out of her body.
The heart blessing as she called it dropped to the tree of life and a large magic circle appeared once again in the entirety of Neo Alfheim. All of the players that waited have their patience answered as their souls seeped into the ground. A large number of flowers then sprouted which housed the killed players.
Anastacia did not designate the revival for just the guild alliance because she cannot do so. This should be a blessing of the Goddess Gaea and no life should be above another. Even if some only wanted to have the guild alliance members revived, the number of players might affect the victory of this battle. The aura of the Primordial Beast Nidhogg is not something that can be handled by just the guild alliance.

All of the players felt that they were being warmly hugged by a very compassionate mother. One would have teared up but they were in a battlefield. The Primordial Beast Nidhogg did not wait long as well because its body transformed completely in just a short time. The blood strings finally returned inside of its body and revealed its new horrifying form.
The Primordial Beast Nidhogg that looked serpentine and closer to a dragon suddenly became a monstrous humanoid beast. The head of the Primordial Beast Nidhogg remained the same but it now has a torso made of twisted spikes and scales. It has two snakes as arms with their heads being its new hands. The most noticeable part of the new body of the Primordial Beast Nidhogg is the large bat like wings on its back that extended upon the cocoon unraveling.
The Primordial Beast Nidhogg unleashed a roar compared to the hiss it created as its mouth actually parted four ways. When the Primordial Beast Nidhogg roared, it fully unfurled its wings and lifted its body into the air. When the Primordial Beast Nidhogg started flying, all of the players finally saw its full form and they were shocked because the lower half of the Primordial Beast Nidhogg are filled with numerous tentacles from a distance.
The it looked like it has ten large tentacles hanging from below its body but they were actually snakes upon closer inspection. The Primordial Beast Nidhogg has transformed to a being that looks more like a chimera than a beast of nature. The red gem on its chest is still present but it is not exposed as before. The red gem is currently inside of its chest area while it releases a red glow.
“ROOAR!”

[All enemies will have 20% decreased damage if they have less than 70% Poison Resistance.]

[The world is trying to suppress the Primordial Beast Nidhogg from destroying the balance of the world.]
[The world is requesting the help of its Savior in order to suppress the Primordial Beast Nidhogg.]
Adrian suddenly found a notification that was directly sent to him by the world itself. The world is trying to suppress the Primordial Beast Nidhogg from ascending into higher tier existence. If it does not do so then all of the beings in the main world will have to bow down to the Primordial Beast Nidhogg. It could also lead to the destruction of the world barrier but Adrian actually smiled when he got that message.
“We have justifiable cause.” Adrian stated with a smile as three beings suddenly appeared in the sky via spatial cracks.
“The Primordial Beast Nidhogg has encroached upon the world barrier. The clause of protection for Primordial Beasts will no longer apply to you.” The Elder Ascalor of the Daemos Elders stated.
