Kent slowed down and eventually came to a halt. The mist created from running around at increasingly high speeds died down.

His claws were coated in blood, a clear sign that he had indeed done a number on the yeti. However, while the giant beast was forced to drop to its knees, Kent knew it was far from defeated.

Even so, it was at the point where he could have a conversation with it, or so he thought.

Before Kent could say anything, the temperature dropped sharply, instantly freezing everything within a 40 km radius.

Yggzrael and the others had to retreat further back just to evade the bone-biting cold that had filled the space.

Kent, who was at the center of this coldness, exhaled, his breath turning solid in an instant. He felt it, even his soul was being affected by the Extreme Ice.

ROAR

A thunderous roar came from the yeti, causing Kent to feel his soul tremble.

‘Soul Attack,’

While his soul immunity stepped in, Kent felt the power behind the attack, and that told him that, had it not been for his immunity to soul attacks, he would have sustained severe injuries from that one roar.

Even with soul immunity, he realized his soul was shaken.

But that put a smile on his face. “Looks like you are a special one, yeti. I wonder how you would wiggle your way out of this one.”

Kent grinned, and then his body started to emit faint evil qi. Suddenly, the coldness in the space intensified. He unleashed Evil Qi to counter Yeti’s Extreme Ice.

A bone-chilling ice came from the yeti, but the one coming from Kent was evil ice, the kind that is cultivated from great slaughter. Killing intent itself is made of ice qi, so the evil qi was basically killing intent in its purest yet darkest form.

“Show me what you got, yeti. If I make my move, you would not have the chance to turn things around.”

Another roar came from the yeti, but Kent felt nothing this time. The next moment, however, Kent’s right leg slid on the ice, and his body was suddenly pulled forward.

Looking ahead, he saw the yeti’s maw wide open, a terrible sucking force pulling his body forward. Kent narrowed his eyes and tried to resist. However, he soon realized he couldn’t.

‘Damn, just what kind of devouring ability is that?’

Kent narrowed his eyes and assessed his abilities. Suddenly, his dragon tail appeared and transformed, turning into a whip formed from arranged and stacked scales and ending in a razor-sharp piercer.

It moved and stabbed into the ground, instantly locking Kent in place. The yeti tried to pull with all its might, but a few seconds later, it realized it was futile.

Seeing this, it changed tactics, and Kent finally heard it speak.

“World Ending Glacier Fall.”

Kent sensed that Yeti had channeled over 40% of its energy into the attack, something that shocked him greatly. To be able to use that much energy, one must possess a very powerful body.

The air on the battlefield died down, causing Kent to turn and look around him. Suddenly, a terrifying pressure fell from the clouds, sending Kent to his knees.

“What in the hell,”

The sky tore open as a gigantic glacier descended from the heavens like a world-ending mountain. Kent instantly felt restricted, his body locking in place by an invisible force.

However, with the circulation of his [Dragon Intent], he broke free. It was as if that invisible force wasn’t even there. The pressure also lessened. However, Kent could tell the descending glacier would soon add to it. The closer it got, the higher the pressure.

He had to destroy that glacier, or else he risked sustaining critical injuries or retreating. He most certainly would never retreat, so destroying the glacier was the move he needed to make.

However, before he could make a move, a quest appeared.

Kent felt his back break into sweat. However, he smiled and looked at his right fist.

Up in the air, a 50-meter-wide glacier was falling down at him, and he was expected to destroy it with his mere fist. Naturally, that is impossible, but not to Kent.

He first channeled 10% Flame Qi to coat his arm, making sure all Flame veins assembled around his fist and arm. While he had been using the flame veins to boost his speed, they can also be used for strength and defense.

He then channeled his ice qi to further enhance the flame qi. However, because he had no ice core, there were no runes to harness.

But that is okay, since Kent tapped into his Chaos Qi and channeled just 2% of it. If he tries channeling me, he risks shattering his own hand. To use more of his Chaos Qi, he first needed to temper his body further. By possessing a robust body, he can use more of his Chaos Qi.

Once the Chaos Qi took effect, Kent felt like he could use just this. However, a part of him wished to go further, else he risked missing an opportunity.

Feeling this, he tapped into his Evil Qi and channeled 5% to further augment his fist. Just when that happened, Kent sensed his unawakened darkness element stir, and shadows on the battlefield moved, augmenting his fist.

‘Oh, it seems the darkness and evil qi are meant to be used together.’

The next energy he channeled was Blood Qi. The moment that was channeled, all 250,000 blood runes merged with his fist.

*BUZZ*

His fist vibrated, waves of power oozing from it. For a moment, Kent felt like he could shatter the very heavens with his fist. However, that thought vanished when 5 Blood Life Seals and 5 Blood Death Seals merged with his fist.

If it was shattering the heavens at first, now, he felt like he could shatter the universe.

Kent rose into the air, and his body surged with power. He looked at the yeti and smirked… “Watch how I shatter your glacier,”

With powerful speed, Kent rose into the air, his fist clenched. As he drew closer to the glacier, the pressure from it threatened to push him back down.

However, Kent was determined, and with terrifying speed, he closed in, his fist shooting forward. As it moved, sonic booms were created, showing how devastating the punch was.

Just before his fist struck the glacier, Chaos Scales appeared around it, doubling its terrible power.

*BOOOOOOM*

His fist landed on the glacier, and at once, it exploded, turning into chunks of ice. A powerful shockwave erupted from the explosion, sending Kent falling back down while Morveth and the others were blown away.

Yeti, however, coughed a mouthful of blood and fell back. It did not pass out, but it became weakened, severely weakened.

The chunks of ice fell, some crashing hard and creating craters, while others merely slid across the ground.

One chunk fell toward the yeti; however, Kent blasted it away, making sure the poor brute wasn’t accidentally killed.

Kent landed back on the ground and rolled to break his fall.

When he regained his stance, streaks of blood could be seen on his right arm, a clear sign that he hadn’t walked away unscathed.
