Sumatra's Greatest Fan - Chapter 172: Free Cultivator

Chapter 172: Free Cultivator
Nature–Kinesis Solidification!
That was the Silver Humanoid’s Nature. And upon killing it, Torq would gain the respective power as his Secondary Nature. He, however, didn’t want that to happen, for that would mean his loss of a guaranteed trump card.
Moreover, he wanted to use his Blessed Clansman powers as stepping stones to further his Spectral Boar Clansman’s power.
Therefore, he made the current plan.
Glug! Glug!
The Nectar with concentrated Bludder essence flowed down the silver humanoid’s throat and settled in its stomach, which upon digestion, added new genetic strains that actually began to morph it.
In an hour, the silver humanoid had grown scales across its back, sporting a longer vertebrae, having gained a significant amount of the Bludder’s genetic traits that it was no longer the silver humanoid.
Advanced Silver Grade Pranic Beast–Blessed Bludder!
It had become an entirely new Pranic Beast race. And this change was also reflected in its ability.
Primary Nature–Eddy Solidification!
The moment it had finished forming, Torq ripped out over a dozen patches of its skin, each of which could be used to make a Pet. And then, he consumed it, turning it into a Tangible Nature, “Step one is done!”
The ritual failed, since the silver humanoid changed races, erasing the substance that would have originally entered his body and condensed to form the Secondary Nature of Kinesis Solidification.
Now, not only did he gain a powerful Pet, Torq could unleash the ritual at full power once again, ’As long as Sumatra has power left in it, I could keep spamming this forever.’
That was why he prepared the Nectar with the concentrated Bludder essence. The quantity was enough to birth a new race out of the silver humanoid.
As the ritual failed, the monochromatic dome vanished. To the outside world, nothing seemed to have changed. They noticed Torq seated at the same spot on the branch, continuing to hum a broken tune while dangling his legs about.
“Well, that’s that.” He got up with a groan and began to return to his room, “Back to research.”
The Nature of Eddy Solidification was powerful, resulting in a solid blade capable of destroying the target’s body, mind, and soul. However, the cost was insane, and even a single activation could destroy his blood vessels.
To activate it, he needed to accumulate 3600 units of Prana in a tenth of a second, concentrate his psychokinesis to the limit to condense it into solid form, and then shape it as a blade.
Even though its destructive power was peerless, it wasn’t practically in the slightest. He would pretty much be killing himself to activate it even once. ’But it’s shaping up nicely according to my expectations.’
Returning to his room, he focused on his research, which he called The Regressive Accumulation, since the end goal involved regressing all the Natures of the target until one Nature remained behind.
Starting with the Mud Viper genetic strains, he added Bludder genetic strains.
Mud Vipers lived in a region with an abundance of Decodus Trees, whose root tendrils provided them unlimited sustenance. The region had great exposure to the sun, rainfall at regular intervals, and a tropical climate with grassland winds.
It had genetic strains related to surviving in these conditions, which Torq could add to the Boutique Lizard’s genetics.
The Bludder Race lived in Guna Caves, a region bordering the Dralh Sea that had endless, intersecting, interconnecting tunnels, each with their own field of gravity, which was completely dark and narrow.
These environmental conditions could be stimulated through the respective genetic strains, which Torq added according to his experimentation.
“ARGH!” The Boutique Lizard Pet screamed in pain, going mad as the many genetic strains were in conflict against each other. Torq added a few droplets of Nectar, and watching the conflicting genetic strains interact with each other to produce a new, gentler strain bearing milder characteristics of the original, conflicting strains.
These milder strains suppressed and destroyed the original strains, allowing the Boutique Lizard Pet to feel better. This was Nectar’s function, allowing a realistic combination of different genetics until now strains with better effects were produced.
“Stand in a corner now.” Torq said upon noting down the changes to the Boutique Lizard, ’The potency of its Primary Nature has reduced, but hasn’t disappeared yet.’
Using one of the many patches of skin he took from Whoaja, Torq created a new Boutique Lizard Pet, ’Thankfully, she has accepted my excuse of influence issues, and doesn’t react much whenever I rip off a patch of her skin.”
Of course, the primary reason, which he was aware of, was the fact that Whoaja was attracted to him, on multiple levels. That’s why she didn’t mind it. Torq was taking complete advantage of the other party, ’But it’s okay, since I’ll be granting her wish soon.’
Assassins were still being sent after him, as the days passed. But since none of them were a State of Harmony user, they failed to breach through his guards.
Nine months after he had begun his research, Torq watched with a heated gaze as the Boutique Lizard Pet before him began to morph until it started to turn into a new Race.
The presence related to its Primary Nature began to subside, deemed unnecessary, since the conditions simulated a lack of resources, while caught in a narrow place. Only the human form could survive in these narrow places, and the food growing in the nooks and creaks could only be digested by the stomach acids of a human.
The simulated conditions created grass that selectively couldn’t be digested by a Boutique Lizard, while a human’s stomach could digest them without much issues. Moreover, the human had to constantly crawl to new nooks and crannies to find food. Staying in one place meant death.
These conditions made its Primary Nature not just useless, but a burden to bear, causing new genetic strains to form that wiped out the original strains bearing information related to the Nature.
Soon, only the Nature of Cultivator remained in the creature’s Spirit Container, which promptly became recognised as the Primary Nature. This modified the Pranic Beast’s physique accordingly, creating the following.
Beginner Gold Grade Pranic Beast–Boutique Lizaroid!
It had reached the gold grade, for the Nature of Cultivator was Gold Grade. As such, once the genetics associated with it became dominant, the Grade of the Pranic Beast jumped accordingly, resulting in a Gold Grade Pranic Beast.
Primary Nature–Free Cultivator!
The Boutique Lizaroid looked similar to its Silver Grade counterpart, but bigger and stronger, as evident by its Gold Grade status. However, this was only treated as a base of its strength. All this level of strength, toughness, durability, etc. were converted into a humanoid form upon activation of its Primary Nature.
Basically, it was a Pranic Beast capable of harnessing its original body’s strength while in human form.
Torq poured in a good chunk of his Nectar reserve, allowing the stranded genetics of the Boutique Lizaroid to ease up and improve to an optimal level, allowing this Pranic Beast to give birth to its progeny without genetic defects.
“Another success!” Torq grinned, for he had taken the second step to his grand plan.
