Lin Moon’s car stopped in front of the building, and after getting out, Luke and Lin Moon walked into the building.

Everything went smoothly for some seconds; in this bustling city, it was not that easy to be recognised unless he interacted with someone, and one such example was the staff at the entrance.

"Isn’t that Luke Kingsley, the former heir? I remember seeing him on TV."

"Yes, that’s him. What is he doing here?"

"Now I feel completely useless, knowing so many celebrities, including exiles like him? I should do something with my life..."

Luke flashed his best smile and walked up to their counter, explaining his business in the building.

When they learned that he had a meeting with the persons who had booked the best conference room in the office, they were all taken aback.

Luke Kingsley, a disgraced exile, what does any of this have to do with him? Why does he seem to have such a good grasp of his life, and why is he accompanied by someone who looks like a secretary?

"Luke Kingsley, given your mixed reputation, we will give you the benefit of the doubt and let you go upstairs to handle your business, but remember, I am also calling security in case we hear any trouble," a stern-faced female employee said, her demeanour resembling what people call a "Karen."

Luke merely dismissed her hypocritical heroism with disdain, picked up the key card, and strode to the elevator, taking Lin Moon with him to the conference room.

In the conference room, some conversations were already in progress, so when Luke walked in, the discussions came to an abrupt halt.

All the guilds were present, so whoever came in must be their mysterious business partner, and everyone wanted to get a first look.

Luke felt a dozen eyes staring at him, especially at his face, fixedly watching him as he and Lin Moon walked to their seats, sitting down and enduring the scrutinising silence.

*cough cough.

Someone coughed.

Luke sighed, sat back, placed his hands on the table, tapping them impatiently, and fixed his gaze on the person who had coughed.

"Mr. Larry, is the air in the room tight, or are you coughing because you’re discountenanced?" Luke asked.

Ahem.. Mr. Larry coughed, ironically again, adjusted his tracksuit, sat up straight, crossed his fingers on the table, and said with a hint of amusement, "Haha." It’s not like that, it’s just that you can’t expect us not to feel a bit confused, because everyone in this room knows who you are."

Luke nodded and replied, "Yes, I understand. And I assume there’s no problem with that?"

"Not at all..."

"Since you know who I am, it actually makes things go more smoothly, doesn’t it?"

"Apparently, yes! However, there’s one problem... How sure are we, really?"

Everyone started looking at each other, and after a brief discussion, they reached a consensus that they weren’t even sure if Luke was Mr. Rhino Mask or if he had just stumbled in by chance.

Therefore, the only way to prove it was for Luke to summon the Molten Triceratops Mask and dismiss it within seconds, providing them with the confirmation they needed while also eliminating this relic of the mystery.

After he did, he got down to business.

"I am willing to start signing contracts and making statements. This is my business help, Lin from Blackstone Corp. My decisions here could also affect my partnership with Blackstone, so she is here to ensure the integrity of all parties involved..."

"Good afternoon, gentlemen." Lin Moon stood up and took the spotlight, likely intimidating these men because she stood up. "I heard that you have all maintained a very solid relationship with Mr. Luke; I believe now that you know who he is, this relationship will not waver. Furthermore, I suspect that should you choose to waver, the price you would pay would be greater than any cost he might incur. With that in mind, let us discuss the licensing agreements.

"Not every party present here is entitled to access Luke Kingsley’s sales channels at all times. That’s why we have to categorize you into different licensing agreements, which are valid for a specific period until renewal."

"There are too many capable women these days," one representative complained to himself.

As for the others, they are still recovering from Luke’s identity, but the day’s matter has arrived, and they must work hard to get into his heart.

An hour later, the representatives finally reached an agreement on the licensing tiers, which was the most important matter of the day, so it was addressed first.

These tiers determine each guild’s access level to Luke’s sales channels, exclusive products, priority orders, and future business opportunities.

Maintaining a higher tier requires higher contract payments and renewal fees to retain their privileges.

After repeated rounds of negotiations, this classification was finally agreed upon. Reluctantly.

The first tier is the Ember Knights Guild and the Green Grace Guild.

The second layer is the Nexus Guild and the Blue Star Guild.

The third layer is the Silver Pirates Guild and the Phasma Guild.

The fourth layer is the Ox Guild.

With this hierarchy, the representatives can now continue to handle the remaining matters in accordance with the very heirachy.

The next items are supply quotas, resale, and distribution.

Supply quotas refer to the number of dimensional items each guild can purchase within a time frame.

Resale and distribution refer to whether they can sell and supply other manufacturers through their own channels.

Luke agreed to provide up to 20,000 dimensional items per week, and the distribution is based on each guild’s licensing level.

Therefore, higher-tier guilds will get larger quotas and enjoy greater priority in supply distribution.

Afterwards, Luke asked each guild to list their channels and manufacturing partners, through which his dimensional items would be distributed or incorporated into other products.

The reps collaborated and provided the necessary information for review.

Fortunately, everything is going smoothly—although the guilds would prefer a larger supply, they are satisfied with this arrangement, and Luke is pleased with the integrity of their secondary partnerships.
