Pioneer Lord: I Have Conquering System

Chapter 431 - 294: Miskar 2

"This is impossible!" Bartley looked as if he had seen something unbelievable, his face a mask of disbelief.

"Nothing is impossible!" The Lord slung the Giant Sword, several times his own size, over his shoulder. Paired with his golden Armor, he looked like a living incarnation of the Holy Hall. "My dear pal, my stats are higher than yours!"

"ROAR~~ You wretched ant, I’ll kill you!"

The Balrog Flame Demon, finally free, could no longer restrain itself. As if going Berserk, it let out a tsunami-like roar, bent its legs, and leaped. Its massive, burly body tore through the air with a WHOOSHING sound, its iron fists, still wrapped in chains, hurtling straight for Levi’s head.

"Fuck off!" With a flick of his wrist, Levi swatted at it with his Giant Sword.

A collective gasp swept through the crowd, like a chorus of leaking bellows.

The Balrog Flame Demon Bartley was sent flying as if smacked by a Giant, crashing to the ground with a tremor that shook the earth.

It was dazed from the blow. It struggled to rise, then staggered, its massive body swaying before it toppled backward onto the ground, kicking up a cloud of dust.

CLANG CLANG!

Iron weapons slipped from the hands of the Demons, their faces etched with disbelief.

They never imagined that Lord Bartley, who in their minds was as invincible as one of the Gods, would be knocked down in a single blow.

Even the Saintess Fatir was dumbfounded. If she were to remove her gilded mask, one would see that she was exceptionally pure and beautiful.

Mandela cluelessly rubbed his bald head, not even noticing a leaf that had fallen on it.

"Lord Levi, what incredible... Power!" Bodoff said, smacking his lips.

"A truly unique human," Xi Ang noted, a smile playing on his lips as his eyes twinkled.

Jaws dropped all around.

Only the Lord himself looked at the Giant Sword in his hands with some dissatisfaction. He had managed to lift the weapon, named Digen’s Howl, through sheer force, but of its ten-thousand-pound weight, ninety-nine hundred and ninety-nine pounds of it felt defiant.

’I was trying to do a clean slash,’ he thought, ’but it ended up as a swat.’

But the sword certainly lived up to its magnificent appearance. Despite his violent handling, it hadn’t broken or even sustained the slightest damage, as if it were tailor-made for him—exceptionally durable.

In the distance, the Blood Swordsmen and Griffin Knights all watched with curiosity and adoration at Levi’s tall, magnificent figure standing resolute against the wind.

"ROAR!"

With a heaven-shaking roar, the Balrog Flame Demon shot up from the ground. It wiped the blood from the corner of its mouth and the stars from its eyes with one hand, while a long whip of fire materialized in the other, which it lashed viciously at Levi.

Its face was contorted with humiliation and rage, nearly driven mad. Its eyes were as crimson as a sea of blood in the Abyss, filled with venomous hatred.

Just as Bartley unleashed his frenzied strike, the Lord’s Giant Sword, as wide as a door panel, swung with the force of a thunderbolt and smashed into its chest.

"CLANG!"

The deafening sound was so immense that everyone instinctively covered their ears.

The Balrog Flame Demon’s chest caved in. It was thrown backward, landing on its knees before the Teleportation Gate. The burly giant, over Quadruple-Blade in size, sprayed an umbrella-shaped column of blood toward the sky before slowly collapsing backward onto the ground.

But as expected of a Legendary Powerhouse, it had taken two solid hits from the Lord—delivered with seventy percent of his strength—and was still not dead.

Levi had always been cautious, and he placed great importance on securing a kill. He walked up to the Demon, stepped onto its caved-in chest, aimed for its neck, and raised his Flame Sword.

"Don’t!" The proud and arrogant Warrior finally felt fear, crying out in desperation, "I am Bartley Fiat, Marshal to His Divine Majesty Miskar! The Teleportation Gate is about to stabilize! If you kill me, you will be slaughtered by His Divine Majesty, ruler of the 36th Floor of the Abyss!"

It was too late.

A flash of fire, and the once arrogant and indomitable giant’s head was severed from its body in an instant, rolling to the side with a look of venomous hatred frozen on its face.

Only then did Levi look up.

On the other side of the Teleportation Gate, which was over a dozen ren tall, was clearly the plane of the Abyss.

The ground there looked like molten lava, and the sky was blood-red. A dense horde of Demons stretched to the horizon, greedily eyeing this world.

Among them, there were not even any Low Tier Demons like Little Demons or Babu Demons; they were all unknown, burly Demons, as large as Giants.

Some Demons even rode terrifying, towering Magical Beasts, each one as massive as a four- or five-story building.

A dozen or so Balrog Flame Demons stood at the forefront, clad in Extraordinary Armor forged from Abyssal Crimson Ore Ingots. Two sharp horns jutted skyward from their Horned Helmets, and their hands, clad in Crimson Iron Fist Gloves, rested on the Broadswords at their waists as they watched everything with cold indifference.

One of the Balrog Flame Demons raised a horn from some unknown Giant Beast to its lips and blew a low, wailing note. As if on command, the surrounding Demons parted like Moses parting the Red Sea, the throng of heads moving to either side.

A massive and terrifying figure gradually emerged from the sea of Demons.

Four or five terrifying creatures, each seven or eight ren tall, were harnessed by reins as thick as a man’s arm, pulling a magnificent, towering carriage forward.

It was a massive, mobile White Bone Throne, constructed entirely from beast bones as white as jade. The top of the carriage was adorned with a dragon’s skull as large as a multi-story building; even without flesh and blood, it was an awe-inspiring sight.

Seated upon the throne was a burly young man. His imperious gaze commanded everyone’s attention, and every muscle on his bare torso looked as if it were forged from Fine Steel.

Even while seated, he was a giant of Quadruple-Blade proportions. His body was like the most majestic mountain in the world, a colossal peak. It was as if the Creator had concentrated all of mankind’s Power and masculinity into his being alone.

The sharp horns on his skull extended forward before curving back, and the Demon wings on his back were like a deep black hole, capable of eclipsing the Sun and Moon.

A dozen or so bare-breasted Succubi and Zor Elves writhed seductively all over him, a sight impossible to look away from.

The being’s gaze locked onto the Lord, like the king of beasts on a mountain looking down upon an ant below. He said nothing, yet he seemed to say everything.

"Looks like the main character is about to make his entrance!" the Lord sneered.

’No wonder that Balrog Flame Demon said what it did,’ Levi thought. ’This Divine Miskar fellow looks like he has the power to destroy the world. His lifestyle is a bit too debauched, though.’

The Lord expressed his strong condemnation.

Although they could see into each other’s worlds through the Teleportation Gate, it was clear that sound could not pass through.

"You can have your ugly thing back!"

The Lord deliberately mouthed the words, then kicked the Balrog Flame Demon’s giant head with all his might.

The head WHISTLED through the air like an arrow loosed from a bow, instantly flying through the Teleportation Gate and heading straight for the young man on the White Bone Throne.

’Looks like the gate is two-way,’ Levi mused.

Unfortunately, the satisfying scene the Lord had imagined of the enemy being caught off guard never happened. The moment the head flew through the Teleportation Gate, it was whipped into ash by a Balrog Flame Demon.

But there was no doubt his actions had thoroughly enraged the enemy.

Countless Demons glared at him with savage expressions, raising their weapons and roaring as if they wanted to flay him alive and tear him limb from limb.

A Great Monk, were he here, would likely have paled and trembled uncontrollably.

But the Lord was completely unconcerned. ’If they could cross over, would they still be playing these games with me? And if they can’t cross, what’s there to be afraid of?’

However, Levi could sense that the Teleportation Gate was about to stabilize. When that happened, these Demons would be able to charge through without any restrictions.

Not being afraid didn’t mean he was careless. He turned his head to Bodoff, "Old Bodoff, when will your Magic be ready?"

"Lord Levi, please give me a little more time!"

Bodoff was drenched in sweat. He had started preparing the Magic to close the Teleportation Gate the moment Levi crushed the Balrog Flame Demon, but his earlier expenditure of Magic Power had slowed him down.

Just then, the Lord seemed to sense something. He turned back to the Teleportation Gate and said in a grave voice, "I’m afraid it’s too late!"
