Polluted Zone Live: The Useless Guide Stole the Show!
Chapter 88: ARF! ARF! ARF!
As Summer read the comments on the panel, she couldn’t help pressing her lips into a thin line.
She honestly couldn’t imagine being forced into an arranged marriage just for the sake of producing children.
Well, now that she thought about it, her situation in her previous world hadn’t been much better.
After all, those people had removed her uterus so it wouldn’t interfere with her training. Otherwise, there was a good chance they would have used her to produce more children as well.
Just thinking about it made her feel disgusted.
Still, judging by the way Saddie and Balian interacted, Summer had a feeling that neither of them had been particularly happy about their arranged marriage.
They weren’t exactly friendly with each other, but they didn’t seem to hate each other that much either.
At the very least, Balian didn’t appear to hold any grudges against Saddie for running away. And Saddie, despite looking annoyed whenever he spoke, didn’t seem to genuinely hate him.
"That must have been hell for you," Summer suddenly said. She reached out and gently took Saddie’s hand, giving it a small squeeze. "Running away from people who were close to you couldn’t have been easy."
For a moment, Saddie looked surprised by her words, then she suddenly burst into laughter.
"Oh, no, no, no! You’ve got it all wrong!" Saddie finally smiled again, looking much more like her usual self. "Leaving that damn family was actually the easiest decision I’ve ever made!"
"Really?" Summer blinked.
"Of course! I mean, can you imagine being stuck in a marriage you don’t even want for the rest of your life?" Saddie shook her head. "If I hadn’t run away, I probably would’ve never gotten to taste freedom!"
Just the thought of it made her shudder.
Balian, who had been listening quietly, let out a helpless sigh. "It’s not like I was planning to lock you inside a cage, Miss McKay." He paused for a moment before adding, "But of course, I understand what you mean."
"Well, to be honest, it’s not like I regret marrying you," Saddie suddenly said.
Summer raised an eyebrow. Now that was unexpected.
Just a moment ago, Saddie had looked as though she wanted to throw Balian out of the helicopter and now she was saying she didn’t regret their marriage?
Summer couldn’t help feeling curious. "Why?" she asked.
Saddie turned toward her with a completely serious expression. "Because he made me realize that I don’t like men."
She paused for a moment, as though wanting to make sure Summer understood exactly what she meant. "Like... at all."
Summer blinked at Saddie, wondering if she had heard her correctly. But deep down, she had expected their conversation to suddenly take this turn.
"Well, I mean, he’s handsome, right?" Saddie suddenly asked.
Summer glanced toward Balian, who was still sitting in the co-pilot’s seat.
To be fair, calling him handsome was probably an understatement. With his beautiful face, silver-white hair, and those snow leopard ears, he looked like someone who had walked straight out of a painting.
Still, considering they were talking about him right behind his back, Summer felt a little awkward.
"Yeah, of course," she answered hesitantly.
"Exactly!" Saddie nodded enthusiastically. "And let me tell you something. Not only is he handsome, but he also has a really beautiful dick!"
Summer’s eyes widened so much that they almost popped out of her head.
WHAT?!
Why would she suddenly say something like that?!
And why was she saying it so casually when the owner of that particular body part was sitting right in front of them?!
Balian, who had been listening to their conversation, slowly turned his head. "Thank you for the compliment, Miss McKay. But—"
"BUT!" Saddie interrupted him before he could finish. "If even that beautiful dick couldn’t turn me on, then I’m definitely not attracted to men at all!"
She said it with such confidence that Summer genuinely didn’t know how to respond.
Meanwhile, on the livestream, things had already descended into complete chaos.
The moment Saddie started talking about Balian’s private parts, BeastNet’s automatic censorship system immediately kicked in.
Unfortunately, instead of simply muting her words, the system replaced every inappropriate word with the sound of a barking seal.
"So, on our wedding night, when we did ARF! ARF! ARF!, I realized that his ARF! actually disgusted me a little," Saddie continued without a hint of embarrassment. "And my ARF! was as dry as a desert! So when we tried to ARF! ARF! ARF!"
Summer slowly covered her face with her good hand. Oh, for fuck’s sake!
She didn’t need this much detail! Or maybe she needed it?
[????????????????]
[WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON?!]
[BEASTNET, YOU COWARD! LET THE WOMAN SPEAK!]
[THE CENSORSHIP IS WORKING OVERTIME LMAOOOO.]
[??! ??! ??! ??!]
[I CAN’T BREATHE. WHY DOES SHE SOUND LIKE A SEAL GETTING INTO AN ARGUMENT?! ??]
[WHAT DID SHE SAY ABOUT BALI-AN?! I NEED ANSWERS!]
[THIS IS A VIOLATION OF MY RIGHT TO GOSSIP.]
[Someone please read her lips! I NEED TO KNOW WHAT SHE’S SAYING!]
Unfortunately for the viewers, the camera had automatically turned toward Summer the moment the censorship system was activated.
Instead of showing Saddie’s face, the livestream now displayed Summer’s horrified expression in full detail.
[WHY IS THE CAMERA POINTING AT SUMMER?!]
[Because her face is literally the funniest thing I’ve ever seen!]
[Summer looks like she just learned a government secret!]
[HER EYES LMFAOOOOOO.]
[FREE THE CAMERA! WE WANT TO SEE SADDIE!]
[No, keep it on Summer! Her reaction is literally carrying this livestream!]
"Miss McKay, I think that’s more than enough information," Balian finally spoke up.
For the first time since Summer met him, his usually calm voice trembled slightly. He even turned his face away, clearly not wanting to make eye contact with the pilot after everything Saddie had just revealed.
"Let’s just... let’s just bury our marriage deep underground and leave it there forever," he said with a sigh.
Unfortunately for Balian, Saddie didn’t seem interested in letting the matter rest.
"Why? It’s not like I’m saying anything bad about you!" Saddie protested, looking genuinely confused. "In fact, I’ve been complimenting you this entire time!"
He smiled helplessly. "Miss McKay, I would greatly appreciate it if you stopped complimenting me."
