Chapter 1841: Chaos Ascension King Legacy (1)

Among the many things Kent had to do, one of the most important was to find out what kind of life he had lived before the 13 incarnations he was currently recalling.

He had met Paragon, who seemed to have pointed out a time in the past, or perhaps yet to come, when he sought out seven individuals with overwhelming power and strength to aid him in something extremely vital.

Kent was part of that team, and while he would have loved to hear something good, it turned out they had failed to accomplish what they had set out to do.

That was what Kent wanted to know.

He wanted to know the kind of life he had lived that would compel a monster like Paragon to consider him one of the seven individuals in all of existence qualified to fight by his side.

At the end of the day, Kent knew that when it came to Paragon, nothing made sense, so he was determined to know more.

Of course, the Blood Empress had also shed some light on that life, and so being the only one who didn’t know made him a bit sad.

That changes today.

While he only had one page out of hundreds, he was content to know what was within those pages.

Kent sat down on a stone-like platform, immediately feeling his mind clear and his soul surge with power. Inside the Soul Tower, after the tower’s upgrade and awakening, a lot had changed.

One of those changes was the appearance of the Dao Enlightenment Stone. Just by sitting on it to cultivate, his comprehension of the Dao would become 300 times deeper, regardless of how deep or complex it was.

So he sat on it, knowing that what he was about to read contained so many secrets that he would either benefit from them or not.

But before all that, he summoned his loyal aide...

"Tower, my love, come over."

A loli clad in a three-piece white suit appeared from thin air, her wavy silver hair sweeping the ground behind her, a smile on her cute little face.

Kent furrowed his brow, seeing Tower appear as a loli.

She had big, round, silver eyes, cute little cherry lips, and round, adorable cheeks.

The Tower he knew, or had seen inside the Chaos Ascension King Trial Chamber, was much taller, more mature, and equally beautiful.

However, it appeared that while her beauty was now even more radiant, Tower had decided to become a loli just so she could blend in with Gaia and her minions.

She was just as cute and adorable as they were, which, from what Kent knew, made her one of them.

’Now, I do wonder, but which of my incarnations aided lolis in the past, resulting in so many finding their way to me?’ Kent asked inwardly, a smile forming on his face.

He hadn’t considered it yet, but out of the incarnations he had yet to recall, perhaps one of them had formed a Loli Legion. He doubted it, but he was also eager to find out why he seemed connected to lolis like that.

He already had over ten of them. Now, Tower had also joined them, and from the smile on her face, Kent knew she was happy.

"I won’t ask, so don’t tell me," Kent said with a smirk, causing Tower to giggle and jump into his arms, showering his face with kisses.

"Big Brother... can I call you Big Brother?" she asked, a bit hesitant to take Gaia’s advice.

She had already met them, and Gaia and her minions had told her that if she wanted to feel like family, she had to call Kent Big Brother.

That way, she could make demands, and as a big brother, Kent wouldn’t dare turn her down.

Come to think of it, all this started because of Li Hua. That little loli, who became Kent’s very first ward after he agreed to become her guardian, had polluted Gaia’s mind, leading Gaia to also pollute the rest of her sisters.

Now, whenever a new loli came along, they made sure she was comfortable before teaching her their ways. Li Hua would be proud of her achievements and insatiable love for money and shiny things.

Kent smiled and nodded. "You can call me Big Brother whenever you want. I don’t mind."

Tower nodded and then asked, "Are you planning to read the first page of the Chaos Ascension King Legacy Manual, Big Brother?"

"Yes. But before that, I want to know, are there any downsides to reading it?"

"Yes, but that all depends on how deep your comprehension abilities go." Tower turned sideways and looked at Kent.

"You see, every word inside that book is written using the language of the Dao. The beginning is simple, but as you progress further, the complexity will increase to the point that even Eternals would find it hard to look at a single word in the book.

Basically, this manual is the legacy, and as you read, so will you inherit it. The question then is, are you ready to pierce into the Dao and uncover its secrets? Because trust me, after reading this first page, the way you perceive things will start to change.

You will start to change, finally coming to terms with your 13 reincarnations and why you had to walk that path to begin with."

Kent sighed, a smile forming on his face. "So it all boils down to how fast I can comprehend my own Dao and inherit my legacy."

"Yes, Big Brother. But rest assured, you are much stronger and more intelligent than to face any challenges within the first couple of pages. That said, be ready for anything, since even I don’t know what is contained inside it."

Kent nodded and thanked Tower. "Thanks for the explanation, Tower. I will be sure to absorb everything, and hopefully, when it is over, I will have some answers to my endless ocean of questions."

"Good luck, Big Brother. If you need me, just call me. I will be here in no time."

Kent nodded and readjusted his posture. "I will, so don’t get too absorbed in your loli life."

Tower pulled on Kent’s slightly longer ear and ran off, vanishing from sight.

Kent smirked and flipped open the book, his mind instantly getting pulled inside.
