Chapter 161: Getting Rich

William looked at Liam and Alicia, who were still dazed because of what had happened earlier, and chuckled.

"What are you thinking about?"

Liam’s mouth twitched upon hearing William’s nonchalant voice.

"Just wondering if I should pre-book a good coffin for you."

"I know a few people who make luxurious coffins for nobles," Alicia immediately added. "If you want, I can immediately contact them. No need to pay. Consider it a final gift from me."

William was barely able to maintain the calm expression on his face upon hearing the dangerous words of these two people.

He took a deep breath before speaking.

"You are thinking too much. I am definitely going to live a long life."

"I doubt that..." Alicia whispered in a low voice. "After what you did earlier, I wouldn’t be surprised if Edrin or some other noble student sends a Star Lord to kill you the next time you leave the academy."

"So, how was it? Did you guys sell the mine?"

According to his estimation, the price of that mine was about three to four thousand credits. And four thousand was when someone offered the highest market price.

But five thousand... That was an amount he had never expected.

"How did your brother agree to such an absurd price?"

"I don’t think it’s much..." William said calmly. "If you hadn’t sold the mine at such a sky-high price, I wouldn’t have given forty percent to you guys."

After giving three thousand credits to William, Alicia gave one thousand credits to Liam while keeping one thousand for herself.

Once she was done, William grinned at them.

"Now that we have money, let’s go buy some useful stuff."
