Chapter 1986: Chapter 1966:

Mo thought it through and decided to cure the poison of the lightest person. Di Jun knowingly performed a basic Healing Technique. Although it didn’t restore his condition to its peak, there was no doubt he could at least leave this place, and that was enough. As for the others, it was their own business, unrelated to him.

Nevertheless, Luo Qianqian didn’t forget to secretly record the whole process with a camera to prevent being falsely accused later without being able to explain.

Mo, however, didn’t care much and just left with them. Even if he wanted to rest, the area here was still dangerous. He wasn’t reckless enough to walk into danger willingly. Not to mention, apart from a group of people nearing death, the impending death struggle between the centipede and the sand beast is enough to make him anxious and scared.

In this environment, his abilities were ineffective, leaving him in a passive state, unable to casually display his trump card which didn’t deserve it here.

He walked one path after another but couldn’t find the right way, which puzzled Mo deeply. They couldn’t have been on the wrong paths after all this time they’ve spent searching, could they?

After a moment of silence, Luo Qianqian asked Qhianqhian: "What’s the range of your exploration capabilities?"

Qhianqhian gazed blankly at Long Tu, realizing his serious demeanor, she too pondered for a moment: "If it’s comprehensive, roughly two kilometers; if meticulous, around five hundred meters." In a single direction, it could be even further, but in this environment, it’s impossible to go in a single direction. They didn’t even know the initial direction they moved in.

"How about downward?" asked Long Tu earnestly.

Qhianqhian shook her head in difficulty: "I can’t break through barriers to explore. If the passage is too far, I fear even the position underfoot can’t be explored."

Mo looked at Long Tu: "Are you saying the place we need to go is below us?"

"It should be, and it’s probably not Wood attribute." Long Tu nodded slowly.

"How do you know? Are the messages from the Forbidden Land clearer to you than us?"

"Hey, just a freshman, don’t get too cocky!"

"There are plenty of people better than you; don’t think you’re everything."

Clearly, the Heaven Class was dissatisfied with the emerging Yellow Class, especially since these three came from Freshman Heaven Class, yet the Yellow Class displaced the long-standing dominating Heaven Class from its throne, creating a miracle.

Qhianqhian was immediately silent, glaring at those people, feeling a bit impatient. They were classmates, and these people knew nothing yet constantly criticized, who gave them the right?

"Then let’s form groups." Di Jun lazily commented: "If you disdain us, don’t group with us; it keeps everyone happier, as if anyone wants to be with you. Whatever..." Support your own brothers, the rest don’t matter?

"..." As soon as Di Jun finished, Qhianqhian was silent as well. To avoid suspicion, despite knowing Huangfu Yihui, they had to keep quiet. If they’re all ’our people,’ it seems indeed convenient.

Mo glanced at the others, inspecting them with scrutiny. Clearly a team but filled with sarcastic remarks; if only he could choose his own people, he’d rather have fewer if they were familiar.

As a loyal member of the Luo Family, Qhianqhian hardly had to think about it; she absolutely agreed with her kin, whoever else didn’t matter to her.

So she boldly glared at the opponents, standing before Di Jun without pressure, making her choice.

Her classmates were far closer than those from other classes, especially from the Heaven Class.

"I’m indifferent," Long Tu said.

"Heh, split up; see if you know how you died."

"Standing out among freshmen makes you think you’re strong? Compared to us, you’re trash!"

Mo’s face darkened hearing this: "If that’s the case, I’ll take them." He looked at Qhianqhian and gently smiled: "Initially, I disagreed with splitting up since this was the dean’s task given to me, but thinking it through, I’ve graduated, why care so much? As long as you guys are fine."

Upon Mo’s words, a few people turned pale with disbelief. Compared to them, elites, the leader chose the opposing few kids? How incredible could that be?!

However, they remained confident; after all, the leader had no function in this environment, doing nothing was like being a burden!

Without agreement, glaring at the opposing individuals, they turned away, clearly forming closer small groups compared to them, despite the large crowd.

Mo sighed: "Forget it, decide how to go," knowing his capability was useless here, relatively speaking akin to Di Jun’s. But unquestionably, Mo’s close combat prowess was higher.

Qhianqhian pulled a face: "These people just walked away? If things go wrong, won’t you still get blamed?" She worriedly eyed Mo, entirely sulky: "This group lacks team spirit, overly self-centered; what’s wrong with being small? Can’t smaller outperform them? Do they even know what genius means? Do they know the bigger picture view? Understand what’s sacrificing small for the greater good?"

Mo laughed easily: "Originally, if not for me, it should’ve been that silent person leading. Bringing you guys divided their original team." Though he knew all this, he didn’t care; knowing it wasn’t necessary; anyone discontent could’ve opted out early, no one was concerned whether he was in the team.

If he led the team, don’t try stealing the spotlight!

No choice; even if his ability couldn’t be executed, his prowess still squashes disobedience.

"It’s fine anyway." Di Jun sarcastically chuckled: "At least they didn’t take my intended path; otherwise, it’d have been awkward." Then he laughed.

Long Tu seemed plainly relieved while Huangfu Yihui decisively removed his cloak’s hood, gazing at Qhianqhian with such affection: "Finally, I can speak!" As Qhianqhian passed by earlier, she handed him a candy, allowing him to be occupied silently.

"No one said you couldn’t speak; alright then, let’s start looking for treasure! Just stating, we mustn’t fight internally!" Qhianqhian eagerly declared. Initially, if they found something, they’d be conflicted as they could converse, but they weren’t familiar with others; what if unfairness arose?

While if they felt it fair, these individuals weren’t guaranteed to feel the same, so splitting up was beneficial.
