Chapter 1447: Chapter 1447: What Should I Do

Daniel Clark was worried about offending Charles Seymour, so he gave up on Elder Clark and the others.

On Elder Clark’s side, in order to continue cooperating with Daniel Clark and the others in the future, it’s only natural to solve the problem of the Chamberlain Family, the main culprit.

It’s the only way to prove their determination.

Once this storm has passed, whatever cooperation the Clark Family in Imperial City has will not forget Elder Clark.

Elder Clark is sacrificing short-term benefits for long-term development.

So, this time the Chamberlain Family is destined to be the one sacrificed.

Charles Seymour is impressive, he doesn’t even need to make a move himself, others will take revenge for him.

Fortunately, he hasn’t offended Charles Seymour or Sophie Wilson, otherwise, the Fenton Clan might end up like the Chamberlain Family.

However, the Chamberlain Family and Elder Clark’s side should receive a lesson too.

They’ve been an established family in this area for too long, without bothering to gather information from outside, getting into trouble without investigation, they can’t blame anyone else for the outcome.

Amid the chaos here, Sophie Wilson and Charles Seymour aren’t concerned, as soon as their vacation time arrived, they took a flight back.

As for the final outcome, someone will come to handle it, they know Daniel Clark is a smart guy and won’t handle it poorly.

Of course, if she wants to know anything, Sophie Wilson can always ask Uncle Grant.

After Sophie Wilson and the others returned home, the happiest was their son Baor, who clung onto her and wouldn’t come down.

Charles Seymour had already unpacked, looking at Baor, who was clinging to his wife like a koala, and frowned.

The child is so grown up, how can he still be so dependent on his mom?

No sense of masculinity at all.

Despite his dissatisfaction, Charles Seymour was tolerant towards his child, oh well, let him cling for a while.

Sophie Wilson played with Baor for half the day, and even at night while sleeping, she cuddled him to sleep before finally placing him in his bed.

Tiptoeing back to her room, Sophie Wilson saw Charles Seymour sulking and staring at her.

"What’s wrong?" Sophie Wilson asked, then quickly waved her hand to interrupt, "I know, you don’t have to tell me."

Charles Seymour had a bunch of complaints stuck in his throat, speechless, the feeling was suffocating.

In frustration, he hummed and turned his face away.

His childish act made Sophie Wilson burst out laughing: "Mr. Seymour, are you being childish, jealous of your son."

"I’m not jealous," Charles Seymour stated solemnly.

Sophie Wilson lifted the quilt, climbed onto the bed, and yawned: "If you’re not jealous, then I think the sun might rise from the west."

Charles Seymour frowned, suddenly turned around, and supported himself with one hand on the bed, trapping Sophie Wilson in his arms, gritting his teeth, asked: "Am I not allowed to be jealous?"

He was already restrained enough not to drag that brat away, Sophie even dared to resent him, it’s too much.

"Alright, alright, of course, you can." Sophie Wilson reached out, wrapped her arms around Charles Seymour’s neck, and gave him a big kiss on the lips, "Mr. Seymour in my family is the most adorable and the best."

All the gloom in Charles Seymour’s heart was kissed away by Sophie Wilson, he sighed lightly, touched her nose with his finger, and said: "Why is it I just can’t deal with you?"

"Well, what can you do? You’re in love with me, so I like to flaunt it, what’re you gonna do about it?" Sophie Wilson smugly asked.
